"Hike Coogee Beach to Bondi Beach The hike from Coogee Beach to Bondi Beach in Sydney , Australia , is one of the best urban paths I have experienced. Although you're never far from the city, the walk feels quite scenic at times, and the many beaches you come across along the way are all beautiful. Of course, you can always walk from Bondi to Coogee if you find yourself heading in the other direction. Either way, you'll find yourself at one of Sydney's top beach destinations. The hike is an easy walk that will include towering cliffs, sandy beaches, public pools, rock formations, parks, and epic vistas along the 6-kilometer trail. You could do the hike in a few hours, but it would be best to allocate at least three hours to fit in a stop at Bronte Beach for lunch or drinks. And if it is a hot day, you'll want some time for a swim!"

Charlotte has been a joy to train with. I came to her as a runner who'd never picked up a weight before, and have developed a genuine love and interest in weight training and more varied training overall. As someone who had never done any kind of PT before I met Charlotte, I really appreciate her friendly and educational approach. She goes above and beyond for all her clients and is a genuine legend. If not not only want to train but learn – don't hesitate to hit her up!

If you want to improve your health and fitness whilst having fun at the same time, Charlotte really is the person to go to. When I started I was pretty nervous because I was soooo out of shape. From the first minute I started training Charlotte really alleviated all of this, put me at ease and showed me everything calmly and properly. I've gone from not really lifting weights at all to lifting 45kg and loving it! Aside from being a phenomenal athlete (seriously, wait till you see her abs) and incredible PT I think what sets Charlotte apart is the level of care. She really is on the journey with you every step of the way, whilst making you accountable and motivated. There is never any shame or embarrassment but a real want for you to do your best for you. With this level of care she has also built a great community with a group chat where you can share tips n tricks etc. We now go for coffee every week after group training and honestly I can say I love it almost as much as the class itself. Really great people, led by a really great leader. Cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough.

Charlotte has been an absolute blessing in my life! She has been guiding me through a 16 week program, and has been so supportive of my goals, thoughtfully answered every question and concern I have. In such a short time, I have seen so much progress physically in terms of my strength, my confidence in the gym has increased tremendously and I mentally and physically feel absolutely amazing! She constantly shows faith in me and what I can achieve, and I am so grateful for all Charlotte's guidance, she is unreal!

Elevate Fitness is EPIC!! Charlotte helped me overcome some major back issues with key training. I was pretty worried that I would not be able to train properly ever again after an injury. But Char was nothing short of AWESOME with her attention to detail and the support she gave to me throughout the program. She made me a really specific training for me, worked with me over 3 months, and literally rebuilt my body. I’m training full time now. Stronger than ever. So good!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Charlotte is such a wonderful PT and person. Her approach to fitness and training is incredibly accessible and supportive.
