Zay was an excellent server. Our food was great. My husband ordered his steak medium well but it wasn’t to his liking. Zay took it back to the chef and he corrected it and made him a completely whole new plate and it was cooked just right the second time. We ate here for lunch and the vibe, service and food was awesome. We will be back again to check out the night time vibe!!

We had an amazing experience at Elevation! The food was absolutely delicious — the salmon sliders were especially outstanding and full of flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service was truly A1 from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience even better. I highly recommend Elevation and will definitely be back! Oh and our girl, Stephanie, was absolutely amazing too!!!!

Jose was a great server! Got everything right and made sure we had everything we needed. Great vibe! It was karaoke night. We found the place by accident but would return! I had the strawberry fields salad & it was very good. I also like the cheese steak egg roll appetizer.

We've been here a few times and they have failed to disappoint each time! The food is always seasoned and delicious. Whatever server we have always has a smile and the willingness to go above and beyond. Valentines dinner there was a live band and they were awesome! The owner Shane makes sure we're happy and taken care of. Most Atlanta restaurant owners don't have time for that. This place is a vibe, a nice grown folks vibe. I would definitely recommend

I went during their brunch hours with a friend and I was impressed with the service I received not just from our server JOSE but from the staff members there. The waffles and chicken was AMAZING!!! My friend decided on the French toast and eggs and she was impressed with how freshly made everything was. So all in all we had a great experience 10/10 and would DEFINITELY recommend!!! Oh! And thanks to our server JOSE we plan on checking out their live Dj on Saturday Nights!!!!!

First time coming here and Zay was amazing!! We seated on the Patio because it was such a beautiful night. Zay energy was top tier he explain everything to us and the popular drinks and food. I decided to go with the jerk lamb chops, mashed potatoes and broccoli was so good. I love going places where you can tell the staff love what they do and make sure the customers are happy. He checked on us often so if you guys ever come please ask for Zay! He usually be here on weekends😘

The experience was great, the mood, was nice and the food was magnificent. Took my goddaughter there for her Bithday and she loved it. The young lady with the Hookah suggested an Awsome blend that was good. Im not a Hooka person but enjoyed that also.

This place is the ideal spot for the mature and sexy crowd! We celebrated a 60th birthday, along with others who were there for the same. The grown up vibe is the reason we chose it, along with the separate cigar room and outdoor seating. The servers were great, very attentive to our party of about 30 guests. The food is always on point each time I’ve gone, no complaints. DJ Black Snake who was there when we arrived had us jamming on the floor from the moment we arrived with a variety of music! I’d definitely go back again for a celebration or just a night out.

Great Food Great Service Extremely Clean with a chill vibe. There is a "family room" if you come in with children. We did brunch after service and had our child with us. They were very kind and we didn't feel out of place at all. Our waitress was kind and had a GREAT memory!

Service and ambiance were excellent and the music was at a tolerable level where I was able to enjoy it yet still have a conversation. I had the jerk lamb chops with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately someone must have accidentally put too much salt in the broccoli and lamb chops. The mashed potatoes were great. For my app I had the Thai friend shrimp which was delicious. I had a drink that was also delicious, I can't remember the name of it though. Our server was Z. Gratuity is already included and then their system adds an "additional tip" pay attention because you can remove the additional tip which is optional. It definitely was not a $120 meal. I'd go back but only for apps and a drink or two. I wish they had a dance floor...

I've been here about 2 times and I had a good experience both times. I like my waitress Katie the second time I came. She was on point ! I came on taco Tuesday , which is a great day to come . The wings were pretty good as well as the tacos. It's also Karaoke night. The dj plays pretty good music. I will be back . I forgot to mention they have hookahs as well

Sits off the main street in an area of its own. Plenty of parking. They are doing some updates to add a patio but not disruptive. Nice decor with a grown and sexy vibe (approved 40 and up). Attached Cigar bar with plenty of seating and small cigar selection. Music played at a good level to allow for convo without telling. A DJ came later around 8pm with good music and a plus with line dancing. Server was nice and attentive with checking in but could not recall all the needs asked of individuals as we had a large party. The owner (OG) did come at a point to help. Drinks were good. Food was saltier than we would have liked but a good taste so wish it was not as salty. Had lemon pepper and regular wings, chicken Alfredo and the Jambalaya (was not salty). I would go back.

I ordered pickup and decided to order the fish and chips. I'm used to fish and chips being a cod but they did it with catfish. The fries are supposed to be truffle but are basic cheap fries you can get at your average wing shop more than likely drizzled truffle on top. The portion and quality of this meal for the price of $17 does not make sense to me. They skimped on the tartar sauce too. It was just okay. Not worth returning

This establishment was once called "The Reserve", seems that everything is the same except the name change. The decor is beautiful, the atmosphere is grown and sexy, the drinks were good, it is very spacious, and there's plenty of parking. There is automatic gratuity, even at the bar. I went on a Friday night to hear the band, and they were great! I sat at the bar and enjoyed several old-fashions, which were smoked and delicious. I also ordered a small pizza. It was okay. I would love to go back to try other dishes. My only complaint was (as I mentioned to the male bartender) that we didn't get the same service as some of the other patrons, which I assume are regulars. It was almost overkill for a gentleman sitting next to me, both the male and female bartenders were very accommodating, but my service was subpar compared. I had to get up several times and walk to the other end of the bar to get the bartender's attention.

Overpriced . Ordered truffle fries and got less than average fries with a sprinkle of truffle on top. Had the elevation seafood platter which came with 1 small overcooked piece of catfish , 6 overcooked pieces of shrimp , 6 wings and a side of broccoli. $45!!! Won't be back .

First time here. The atmosphere was amazing. I really love the set and the decor. Our waitress Kianna was amazing and she had great customer service. I had a blueberry lemon drop and Kianna made it, it was so good. My husband hand a glass of red Moscato he said was good. For the most part the food was good. My smash burgers were a little burnt and had pickles when I asked for no pickles. I am assuming the gentleman walking around was an owner or manager ( OG ) he asked how was things and I told him( respectfully) We will go back overall it was a good first time

Nice decor and available parking. However, I made a reservation for Mother's Day and the restaurant was not prepared for the volume of customers. There was no hostesses. Multiple parties waiting that had not been greeted. The restaurant was filled with but no food on the tables. I wouldn't recommend this place on a busy day. The entire customer experience process needs a major overhaul. Proper staffing and management is the start. Many parties just left the restaurant before things got more out of hand.

My new favorite chill spot! The restaurant is beautiful-it's a whole vibe. Service is great, the staff is super personable-gotta love OG lol. Everything I've had so far has been tasty especially the cauliflower crust pizza. I also love that they have live bands and different themed events throughout the week and on the weekends.

I visited this restaurant for my first time today with my sisters and a few friends. We had beverages and desserts, which were very good. I ordered some wings to go however, when I got home later this evening to eat them not only were they the wrong type of wings that I ordered, they were fairly small and dry, especially for the price.

The inside is ok with nice decor but I wish I can say that about the food. Food is awful and overpriced. The mac and cheese was extremely old. We waited at least 10 mins for the waitress to even address us. Im not sure why the service is so slow its empty with hardly any customers. I wont be back.

The food & drinks were delicious! I had a Strawberry Bliss which I enjoyed. When we ordered food, I was asked what temperature I'd like my salmon cooked which I'd never been asked before but it was cooked perfectly. We also had the jerk lamb chops which were so tasty! Our server was very sweet & helpful since it was our first time. They do allow hookah in the food service area so be aware if it's not your thing. My only complaint is their tipping protocol. There is an automatic "Service Charge" on your bill which is usually okay with me. However, our server let us know that that service charge is only split between the part time workers, & not the full time workers, which our server was, so we had to tip extra on top of the service charge for our server to receive any tip at all. I've worked in a lot of restaurants & this policy is sure to run away your staff and customers for being forced to tip twice on an already quite expensive meal. Nice for a date night every now & then, certainly not somewhere I can afford to go regularly.
