So incredibly glad we chose this place for our first meal in Greece. The food was some of the best I’ve had in my life and the service was nothing short of perfect. Location is amongst the narrow laneways of Old Kos Town and offers great people watching and atmosphere. Just smoked mackerel, salad and grilled calamari was heavenly!

What an experience! You absolutely have to come and try Elia! We came from a suggestion and we had Roberto serve us through the night. I am not a fussy eater and asked him for the best experience and he chose my order, this was the best thing I could have done, I had the Greek Salad starter and the Pork Neck main. He asked my preferences and didn’t oversell anything which made me trust him! Food was insane, honestly the best we’ve had in Kos and maybe the best of all of Greece we’ve travelled! We met other servers too who were all really personable and friendly. To miss this restaurant would be to miss a piece Kos. Thank you so much Roberto for a fantastic night ❤️

We are nearing the end of a trip through Turkey and Greece and this was one of the best meals we had! It’s in a small pedestrian area so nice and quiet and away from the cars. We sat in the front but there’s also a nice back dining area. Such friendly service, delicious food (try the lamb with cinnamon and aunt’s chicken!!) and drinks. We also appreciated the complimentary bread with olive paste and liqueur. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We tried Elia after meeting Roberto at a coffee shop this morning and while chatting he mentioned he works here, we said we would come and visit for dinner and WOW!!! The atmosphere is romantic and relaxed, the service is 10/10.. every waiter we spoke to was so friendly! Roberto especially took very good care of us! He recommended us the ‘pork neck steak’ as a main dish and OMG it was one of the nicest dishes i’ve ever had anywhere in the world!! The ‘Aegean Island’ cocktail was very tasty and refreshing, the aubergine rolls were delicious, and I got the last moussaka of the night, so if you come here order this quickly! Definitely recommend a visit here when in Kos! The menu is small, but the food is some of the best! Big up Roberto, he was the best host and really made our experience unforgettable!

Typical Greek food. In theory we could stopped eating after the starters. The food was good , prices reasonable. Atmosphere a bit old school, but stuff very kind .

If you can, book in advance to reserve a table on the garden side. Very friendly people, all speaking a very good English. Very good fish.

All the dishes we ordered were fantastic, except for the fried calamari, which was a bit rubbery. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was equally impressive—the waiters were genuinely friendly and helpful, patiently answering all our questions. We were also treated to some local olives, which were absolutely delicious. We ended up buying two kilos to take home! A big thank you to the staff for making this such a great experience for my family.

Super friendly staff. They put up with us switching seats and asking loads of questions about the wine list. The Boulliet Doux had a good kick and was surprisingly light. The tzatziki was also some of the best we'd had. Really garlicky and fresh. Delicious with the thick cut home-made bread. The lamb Kapamas fell off the bone and had the tastiest sweet herb marinade. Even the potatoes tasted like they'd been boiled in stock. And the Aunt's chicken rice is some of the best rice I've ever had. The sauce was so rich and creamy too with just the right amount of flavour to not overpower the butteryness of the cream.
