Small Hotel on a quiet street. On one hand, it is clean and it has the most welcoming and kind staff I've ever ever known. On the other, the rooms are very small (no table or chair in a room), the wifi has some problems, the hot water is rarely available, the security box does not work properly, and the walls are so thin they provide no acoustic insulation. Moreover, the staff does not speak english.

Very nice place to stay in Santiago. Rooms are perfectly clean, breakfast is great, location is good. WiFi is fast and steady. I didn’t like that there is no fan or air conditioning in the rooms, but night sleep was ok even in Santiago summer time. There were no hot water for almost a day when I stayed here. And there is no elevator, only stairs which makes it hard to go up if you have a lot of luggage like me.

Internet not pretty good. In one week electric power surge issues in 5 occasions. Shower flooded. The stars only for the friendly staff.

The hotel Is clean and the staff Is kind, but they tried to cheat us with the payment. A very unpleasant experience.

Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

O hotel é simples e atendeu nossas necessidades. O funcionário Régis foi sensacional! Ele é brasileiro e nos ajudou muito! Deu dicas preciosas e foi muito solícito! O quarto e banheiro sempre limpos e organizados. Não fechamos o café da manhã, portanto não podemos opinar sobre.
