Lovely and friendly staff. The room we had was fantastic, nice deep bath, balcony and plenty of storage. Food was phenomenal, the spa is a plus and having a locker for snow gear accessible by elevator was incredibly handy. There is also a dedicated bus for the gondola, and it’s even one of the first stops too, so you always have a seat. Looking forward to staying there again!

A perfect alpine retreat at Elisabeth Hotel, Mayrhofen||From the moment we arrived, Elisabeth Hotel impressed with its warm Tyrolean hospitality and polished service. The team strikes the ideal balance between professional and personal—every interaction felt genuine and effortless.||Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully styled in contemporary alpine chic. A comfortable bed with quality linens, thoughtful lighting, and a well-appointed bathroom made it easy to unwind. ||Dining was a highlight. Breakfast is generous and fresh, with local cheeses, breads, and made-to-order egg options that set you up perfectly for a day on the slopes. Dinner showcased regional flavours with a modern touch. Special mention to David in Food & Beverage: attentive, knowledgeable, and wonderfully personable. He not only guided us to excellent pairings but also did a fantastic job “selling” the Zillertal for the summer.||After a day of skiing, the spa was exactly what we needed. The pool, saunas, steam room, and relaxation areas are immaculate and soothing, with plenty of cozy corners to decompress. Little details—herbal tea & flavoured water, and calming ambiance—made it feel like a true sanctuary for tired legs and sore muscles.||From reception to housekeeping to the bar, the entire team is attentive and proactive. Service feels heartfelt, never forced, and that consistency elevates the whole experience.||In short, Elisabeth Hotel delivers the full package: stylish comfort, excellent cuisine, a superb spa, and standout team. We left relaxed, well-fed, and already looking forward to returning—perhaps in summer next time. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing ski vacation at this hotel in Mayrhofen. From the moment we arrived everything felt perfect. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff was warm, professional and always helpful, and they truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and spotless, with great attention to detail. The spa area is outstanding with a wide variety of saunas, a lovely indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool that is perfect after skiing. The food was excellent and the breakfast was rich and indulgent with a great selection of high quality options. The location is also very convenient, about a 10 minute walk to the gondola. In our opinion this is the best hotel in Mayrhofen and we would absolutely love to come back.

Beautiful hotel really close to the town. Stayed in the newer part of the hotel. Lovely seating area with table and chairs and huge balcony. Enormous bathroom and very large comfortable bed. The hotel is spotless and room cleaning is to a high standard. The food is exceptional. Not only do you have a very good breakfast buffet, with cooked options, you can also have an excellent buffet at 3pm with soups, cheese and fruit , bread and delicious cakes and strudel. The food in the evening is course upon course of fine dining with service to match. Thank you to Cosmos who was very attentive and hugely professional. We 100% recommend this hotel and the only tiny criticism is that it would have been nice to have a tea tray in the room.

The hotel is beautiful, we booked through Crystal Ski and stayed in room 133 which was a premium option. It was definitely worth the extra money, was a great size and done out well. The food was outstanding, and all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The spa is surprisingly big, perfect for relaxing in after a day skiing. There is a ski bus stop right outside the hotel which was ideal. The hotel is also very close to other shops/ bars etc. I couldn’t fault anything with our stay, I’d 100% reccomend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Mayrhofen.

The hotel is incredible I would return here in a heartbeat, so much so that we have booked for next year already!||We stayed here as a party of 8 over new year 2025/6.||We recently stayed at the Elisabeth Hotel in Mayrhofen as a party of 8. We are a family of four and had two rooms, both of which were excellent – very spacious, well laid out and extremely comfortable. Our room in particular was lovely, with a large terrace. While it wasn’t much use in winter, I can imagine it would be fantastic in the summer months.|The rooms were a highlight – plenty of space, a brilliant walk-in wardrobe with lots of hangers and storage for unpacking ski gear. The only thing missing was a full-length mirror, which was surprisingly annoying. It’s also worth noting that the beds are made up in traditional Austrian style with two separate duvets, which may come as a surprise if you’re not used to it but it actually worked really well.||The ski facilities were excellent. The ski lockers were great with heated boot warmers and plenty of room for skis, boots and helmets – ideal for leaving your gear not in your room after a day on the slopes.||The food was absolutely sublime. Every evening meal was fantastic, with great variety and high quality throughout. There was an excellent choice of meat, fish and vegetarian options, and the starter buffet was particularly impressive with lots of choice. Breakfast each morning was equally good – plenty of options and a very good egg station. Our waiter, David, was brilliant and really added to the dining experience.||The bar staff were all very friendly, and the afternoon snacks were great – soups, cakes and lots of choice for a post-ski snack.||The spa and pool area were also amazing – very relaxing, calm and the perfect way to unwind.||The only minor downside to our stay was the initial welcome. A large group arrived just before us and had left luggage and skis strewn all over the reception area, to the point where it was difficult to even get through the door. On busy ski changeover days, the hotel could perhaps benefit from some sort of luggage service. It wasn’t the best first impression, and we also later realised we never received our welcome drinks. ||The reception staff were probably the weaker point of the hotel, they were ok but some of the sarcasm was… interesting, although this may simply be a cultural difference.||Despite this, out overall experience was excellent. The hotel is of a very high standard and offers fantastic food, spa facilities and ski amenities. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. It is located on the edge of the town within easy walking distance to the train station and the town centre. The ski bus stop is right outside the hotel, so getting to the slopes each day is easy. The ski lockers in the basement are very good and operate using your room key.||The hotel is a mixture of the traditional and the modern. The main communal areas are part of the original hotel and are typically tyrolean. They were beautifully decorated for christmas. The main dining area formed the centrepiece for the Christmas Eve music, story and singing of Silent Night, which was very moving.||Some rooms are in the modern extension, which also houses the pool and spa area. This is an absolutely fantastic amenity for after ski relaxation or for those who prefer a more relaxed holiday. ||Our room was in the old part of the hotel and was very Austrian. it was very large with a roomy bathroom, sleeping area, TV area and balcony. We had fresh towels everyday and the room was very clean. We like the traditional Austrian rooms and this was the best we have stayed in over many years of skiing in Austria.||The hotel is adults only and was very quiet, even during busy meal times.||The food was out of this world with 10 exquisite courses for the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner. ||The service from the staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.||This hotel is expensive to stay in, especially when you are paying for 4 adults. (We were travelling with our 2 daughters!) I was concerned that it would live up to expectations. It surpassed all of our expectations and was definitely worth every penny we spent. We had such a wonderful Christmas and created some great memories for the years to come.||I commend it to other travellers without any reservations.

Fantastic hotel- great location in the town with easy access to Penkenbahn and the train station and to the shops. |The facilities in the hotel were excellent- comfortable rooms and excellent spa facilities. |Even if you don’t ski, you would be happy to relax in the hotel with its top rated spa facilities. |Food was excellent too - very high quality and prepared to a very high standard.
