Great selection, huge selection. Biggest selection of cigars I’ve seen since on my journey or cigar smoking. Racked up a large bill on 21 cigars to try. Staff were helpful, nice atmosphere. Will be my restock store from here on out when in town.

So, let me tell you, this is my cigar shop, “Cheers.” This has been my spot for at least 15 years. I love the staff and the cigar selection is amazing. However, for me, it’s a place I call home. Thank you. You’ve gotten me through times of which you were never aware. But sometimes you need to go somewhere where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came. Ashlee and Amanda made me feel right at home.

I visited Elite Cigar Cafe for the first time tonight, and my experience was awesome. The waitress was very kind, hospitable, and profession. This place has a great selection of different cigars and the gentleman have been very helpful. I would definitely come back to this place once in a while since I live in McKinney. I'll try their food next time and the old fashioned was tasty.

Dude, this is a fantastic cigar shop. My and my lady came in not knowing what to expect and we we’re instantly greeted by Taz who was extremely passionate about cigars and gave us a grand tour through all the limited and new releases along with some of his favorites. Currently I’m sitting outside smoking the new Macanudo Emissary which so far is a stellar stick. I wish this place wasn’t so far but I’ll definitely have to come back!

Great cigar selection and prices, the bartenders including Amanda, AJ, Mandy and Rebecca are amazing! Service is next to none. This is my regular spot and will continue to be.

I love this place! Great staff! Great ! Vast selection of cigars! The humidor staff are very knowledgeable and will surely direct you to a cigar that will delight your pallet! The patio is nice and every once in a while, you may see a Dallas celebrity. A worthwhile jaunt!

I love Elite! The staff is always friendly, the vibe is always chill, and the food is surprisingly good. Shout out to David the cook. They could definitely improve on the alcohol pours (hint, hint). I'm always disappointed with the pour on my "kettle one" on the rocks, even when I order a double. Other than the weak pours, they have a great cigar selection, food, a full-service bar and an outdoor patio for those that are bothered by the cigar smoke. I've been coming here for a while and always have a great time.

Second Night in Dallas. Looking for a new home to smoke in. Amazing selection. Anything you could want but my 1st choice pick. That being said they did have my second choice, but I opted to go with something new. It was exactly as it was described. This place has music and food. I her the wings are the best. I would comeback for sure! Will continue looking for my Stillwells.

Great humidor, things all stacked around everywhere there is a place to sit it. Gives off a Harry Potter movie store vibe, but believe me it is organized. Staff was knowledgable. Asked me what I was looking for, gave a few recommendations based off what I like. After buying my Perdomo 10th Anniversary I went over to the bar area which is well ventilated. It was also medium lit, dimly lit enough to give a good cozy vibe, even though it was 3pm I was there, yet bright enough where everything is clearly visible, readable etc. Ordered a drink to go with my cigar and the price was really reasonable. It was like $12 for a coke and some bourbon in a glass. The only downside I have for this place, and it does not affect my rating on it, is he location in DFW compared to where I usually am. Its in Addison, so a little further up north than I would like (Im usually more around the I-20/I-30 part of town. That being said, I will most likely make the drive up next time I have a few hours free.

This place has some very bad customer service Rude behavior if you're not a regular I will never go here for cigars .I will go around the corner to the Addison Cigar Shop Please Don't give them your money because you will regret it

I'm an avid cigar smoker and would actually consider myself an aficionado! Elite Cigar Company gives you the best of all worlds. They have an extraordinary humidor filled with all kinds of cigars to hit your pallet. The ambiance is great as well with great drink specials and food is great as well. I highly recommend the honey garlic wings! Overall I will come here for my cigar experience which is always bar none. The general manager Tremayne Scott extends amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable about cigars and makes your experience here second to none!

Food was great. Service was great. And a fantastic place to smoke a cigar. My type of place. Not pretentious, relaxing, friendly, fun. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax with a good cigar and food/drink, go here. Enough said.

Elite Cigar Cafe is a combination cigar shop/lounge and bar/restaurant located in Addison, Texas at the northeast corner of the Belt Line / Midway intersection. Top drawer cigar selection at reasonable prices and a relaxing bar/lounge area to unwind and imbibe. Food menu is filled strong sandwich choices, as well as an option to enjoy an omelet at any time, day or night. The new bar manager, Mandy, is a treasure. She's knowledgeable about cigars, whiskeys and wines, and personable with much depth and range of conversation (not just typical bar chatter). Mandy's presence makes a great place greater!

As a place to smoke a cigar great; when comes to service for drinks are food, bottom of the barrel. Our server, who also working the bar, had the opposite of friendliness and was slooooow on top of that-and wasn't busy! This is the third time in a row we have had this type of poor service here. So if you want to have a relaxing smoke, it works. If you are looking for a friendly bar with good service you're in the wrong place, though the food, when it finally arrived, was tasty. The Elite Cigar Lounge in Plano, is very friendly and relaxing, though it is byob and no food available. Still, a better place to enjoy a cigar than this Addison location.

Their humidor is second to none. An incredible selection. The guys working there are fantastic as well, don't be shy - ask! The space has some comfy lounge chairs as well as booths & tables in the bar area. There's an outside patio as well but not when it's 100° outside! A great selection of beers on tap and all the various liquor you'd expect to find in a cigar bar. If you're looking for a great spot to enjoy a cigar, look no further, this place is a 10 out of 10.

We visited this place twice on our vacation in Plano. Great selection of cigars. Nice ambiance. Drinks and food, ok.

They have a very large selection of cigars. Great place to hangout. The draw back is that they do not have enough servers to handle large crowds. You will have to wait a long time to get a server's attention to order a drink. The service is not any faster at the bar. Also, the ventilation system is not good. The whole place will smell like smoke and you will smell like smoke when you leave. This is a cigar bar, you should expect to be around a ton of smoke and smell like smoke when you leaves. The food here is surprisingly good. I have had the burger, buffalo chicken sandwich, and pizza. All were good. The service is actually good when there is not a crowd. The service for getting cigars is great and the staff made good recommendations.

I was very impressed with the selection at this lounge! There was a wide variety and the prices were less then expected! Now, the bar and lounge vibes was an entire other level! Neighborhood pub feel ...where everyone knows your name! The bartender was on point! Attentive and knowledgeable!

If you into cigars, these guys have a great selection. It is also pretty cool to hang out in there bar and patio area.

A good place to grab some bar food and smoke some cigars. I went to an Drew Estates event and came away with good sticks. The Nachos were good.

This place is fantastic, I have visited cigar lounges, from LA, San Diego, Ybore City, and many other cities. This lounge ranks with the best. wonderful selection, beautiful seating areas, with wifi, and a very friendly staff, If you are on the fence? Jump.

First timer here. Invited by a friend and was skeptical because I'm not a smoker and I really can't stand the smell nor breathe thru the cloud but I was a trooper anyway. Got here...very impressed off the bat. The selection of cigars is HUGE. The cigar experts working there really know their stuff and made some great recommendations for me. The place was packed but I didn't see any smoke...very well ventilated. I sat on the patio which was nice also. Laid back casual atmosphere and crowd. Good selection of bar food and drinks. I have told all my friends about it...i will definitely be back.

Ive been here a few times before and i have enjoyed myself with no issues. But tonight has changed my viewpoint if this trend of service continues. Sat at the bar, smoked with only one beverage. Thats it and at one point i was ready to tab out. It took thirty minutes to get pid out give or take. I took some time to let the two bartender gals do their thing. But the timing or attendance was horrendous. All around me, both new and older patrons were taking care of quite quickly. I did my best to remain fair but as the minutes going on to give the cues that i was done. Book down. Phone down. Smoke out and so on. Nothing. Not a single acknowledgment after i sat down and ordered my single beverage. No refills, no check ups. Nothing until i was able to get the attention of one of them with the universal check out hand gesture and all i got was a little joke (wasnt terrible, i just didnt hear her properly) and was not helped out even after getting her attention finally until i had to walk up to the register to get my bill. The service before with previous were great and on time with it. But tonight was very annoying that the other patrons were handled as easily as it could've been. But the bartenders tonight were not good. Between keeping up with the cleaning and drink making (fair enough) BUT between mingling and being in their phones here and there. Wow. The attitude observed between me and the others were night and fucking day. I would love to come back and chill. But if the two bartenders are there. I am very hesitant to stock around. By all means, check the joint out. Have a smoke from their store (that got handled quickly at least) just take note that the bar service is a coin toss. As a service worker from before. I would've given a bigger tip. No disrespect to the workers but tonight was not that night.

This is one of my favorite places to go get good drinks and enjoy a good stick. Great selection, good food and the Elite associates are all on top of their game!

This place can get pretty packed, inside and out! Please note that this cigar cafe has tons of regulars and it can get very loud! So just keep that in mind! People are having fun and enjoying themselves. You may look up and the Pickle Guy is out front selling pickles! If you see this guy, YOU MUST get a jar or 2! I promise these are some of the best pickles you will ever have in your life. On a fun night, music will be playing, the games will be on and everyone will just be jamming AND of course smoking. Pretty good selection of cigars or bring your own. You can order drinks and food too if you like. The patio is covered so if it's raining don't be surprised at still how packed it is! #smokeup

I've been frequenting Elite for several years and my experiences have been great. Today, 15 February 2023, was drastically different. I went to Elite with a few coworkers and we ordered drinks and food. After one hour, the food was not ready. I asked the waitress about it and she said that they had just received a shipment and the food would ready soon. After two hours, the food was still not ready. I asked again and the manager said she was sorry. I asked if I had been refunded and the manager said yes. I understand that things happen, however, two hours for chicken and burger sliders is completely unacceptable. I had to make several inquiries instead of the waitress or manager informing me of the situation. It was one hour before I knew anything about the food, and that was after I asked.

I remember when this place was only a cigar shop and did not have the café. Back then they had a large humidor with a great selection of cigars. I'm happy to say the addition of the 'café' did not change this. They still have a large humidor with a great selection of cigars. For the most part the cigars are priced nicely. On occasion I've come across a cigar that I know I can get cheaper elsewhere but that is rare. The addition of the café makes this the perfect place to relax, have a drink or two and smoke amazing cigars. The food is added bonus. They have a wide variety of menu selections; from brunch type items to grilled salmon and ribeye steak. I've always had the more typical sports bar items: chips/salsa, wings, etc. These are always tasty and hit the spot for me. The bar is well stocked with a lot of my favorite vodkas (Ciroc, Kettle, etc) along with some decent cognac. And everything is nicely priced. They also have several TVs that are usually tuned into various games depending on the season. They also have a great patio which usually has a TV on it. The staff here is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on what they carry/stock. My cigar palette is fairly well developed so it's rare that I'm looking for recommendation on what to smoke. My questions are always "do you carry....." and "where is located". In the rare event they don't carry what I'm looking for, they recommend something similar which has always turned out to be a nice smoke. If there was one thing I'd like to change about the Elite Cigar Café would be to have a few more big comfy leather chairs/couches in the cigar shop. I feel this part of the shop could be expanded a bit. That said, the café definitely is a good compromise. Elite Cigar Café continues to be one of my favorite cigar shops in the Dallas area. One more thing...be sure to get added to their mailing list. They always have special events with various cigar makers, etc.

This is a must whenever we are in town!! Friendly staff, diverse crowd and great cigar selection with a nice patio to boot.

After a second incident at Elite, I will not be going back EVER. The rudeness of the management is despicable and not in the least professional. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but this one is well deserved. I wish I could leave zero stars. The manager basically told us we were lying when we brought the problem with our food to his attention. We gave him specific details and he tried to tell us different. It makes no sense that you don't listen to your customers and their concerns. The service is HORRIBLE and the food and drinks mediocre at best. And my friend said their cigar wasn't the same as one they got at another spot, even though it had the same name and label. Between bad service, an off-brand cigar falsely labeled and management telling us we were lying, it made for a horrible experience. Never again!

Elite Cigar Cafe is an absolute gem. They have a great selection of cigars. The staff are all knowledgeable and have made some great recommendations. The food here is also very good!

I didn't start coming to this establishment until about a year ago when a few friends informed me how relaxing this little hideaway was. It was nice evening so we decided to sit out on the patio, and I was wishing we could of gotten there sooner. We couldn't find parking and when we did, there was no room on the patio. We entered the place and decided to get a cigar first before grabbing drinks which are on special $3.00 for top shelf Monday -Friday. Establishment/Service: As crowded as this place is, they still provide the most amazing/attentive service. Although this place could use a remodel inside and out (parking lot) I feel it would take away from the home away from home feel. DISCLAIMER: if your not into cigar smoke this place may not be for you. It reminds me so much of my daddy as a little girl that I enjoy it. It brings me closer to him. Food: we decided to order grapefruit vodkas and the wing and fry special. It was decent for bar food. I love the lemon pepper and they always get my wings nice and crispy... yummy! I have come here with girlfriends and my boyfriend and everyone loves it. I've never been disappointed. I will definitely be here a few times a week. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

I haven't been to many cigar bars so when I was invited to go I jumped at the chance. I was in town for my daughter's baby shower and didn't want to hang around with her friends so my son in law invited me to come with him and we ended up here. It seemed that he has been here a few times and he thought I would like it. He was right I thoroughly enjoyed it! Upon arriving we went into their humidor. It was very large and there were a huge inventory of cigars to choose from. After walking around for a while, I couldn't make up my mind so I asked if they had any Cuban cigars. He laughed and suggested a Dominican cigar which I accepted and proceeded to check out. After purchasing the cigars we went to the bar side and found a table and ordered a few drinks. The bar looked very well stocked with most all brands that you could choose from.They had several TV's over the bar that we could see from our table and were able to watch some college football. We didn't order any food but after reading a few Yelp reviews after I returned home, I wish we had. We had very good service and it was an enjoyable time. I will be returning in a few weeks after her baby is born and I will definitely take a break and return here. It was a top notch experience.

Staying outside of Dallas in Addison/Plano, TX for a business trip, I happened to notice Elite Cigar Cafe come up on my radar AKA my Yelp app. Liking a good cigar as I do and seeing it was a stone's throw away from my hotel, it was a no-brainer I had to check this one out. ECC is unique in that one side is a complete cigar shop/lounge and on the other side a eatery and bar on the other side. You can enjoy your cigars on both sides. That means that Elite took care of both of my likes in one trip, food/drink and a good cigar. Definitely like this type of layout and atmosphere. The store side is excellent. A huge walk in humidor with a massive amount of different types/brands of stogies to pick from. If you are not quite sure what to go for, I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Thumbs up on the good service for the cigar store, I was truly impressed. However crossing over to the bar/eats side while enjoying my selection for the night, I found I turned into the Invisible Man. The guy behind the bar did everything but acknowledge my existence and take my order. Luckily a nice young lady did eventually come along and set things right. A great selection of beers, drinks, and food can be found here. I settled for the meat, cheese, and fruit plate on the apps section. It was a very large amount of all three foods stated and for nine bucks, a pretty good deal to fill you up while you enjoy a beer or drink and your cigar. Bottom line: An excellent cigar store and bar/eatery in one. Except for a very frustrating long wait when crossing over to get something to eat and drink, I thoroughly enjoyed my two visits here at ECC. They have a good thing going, worth checking out.

What's not to love! The last time I was here was about 4 years ago. Imagine my surprise when I arrived today! New location, in the same small strip mall, with a outside patio, bar, and food! I grabbed a cigar, a beer, and sat outside on the patio. The patio has heaters, fans, and speakers. The cigar selection is awesome. Haven't tried the food yet, but I will since I'll be spending plenty of time here!

Horrible wait service is an understatement. She literally waited on a table full of regulars and then a group of 3 men she seemed to know who had just arrived. But never spoke, stopped at our table or even let us know you have to go to the bar to order a drink. We waited almost 30 min before realizing this was how it worked. Zero hospitality. Substandard level of service for a place that has a great selection of cigars. Night out ruined -- I could have gone to a BYOB place if I wanted to serve myself

I've been coming here for the last two and a half years. I enjoyed Elite back then when I started, and it's only gotten better as times gone by. I'll be breaking down why I give this place a 5* review in the following categories: cigar selection, food quality, atmosphere, and staff. Cigar Selection: Elite had a FANTASTIC humidor stocked with pretty much anything you could ever want. I've had my tastes expanded time and time again, and continually try new things here. If there's anything negative I can think of, there might be too many cigars to choose from. You won't be disappointed by the selection. Elite is also one of just a handful of TAA licensed retailers in the area, so you have access to TAA exclusive brands as well. Food Quality: Eat here. Just do it. For bar food, Elite pretty much has some of the best around. The steak and the pork quesadillas are always phenomenal and come with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. The French dip sandwich is also fantastic here. The prices are reasonable and the food tastes great. Shoutout to the chicken tenders too for being a great and filling bargain meal. Happy hour deals are excellent and Sunday's feature $2.5 beers and $2.5 chips and queso as well (which comes with salsa) Atmosphere: It's a cigar bar. There's going to be smoke. Don't like a smoky room? Go on the patio, it has heaters for even when it's cold. The atmosphere is almost always lively as people hang around chatting and watching games. Elite makes a phenomenal spot to gather some friends and watch football or basketball at any time. I regularly meet up with friends here to either watch some sports or just hang out with people I haven't seen in months. Staff: The staff here is excellent. Unless you're the kind of person who goes into a humidor looking for the one cigar they've smoked every single day religiously for the past 10 years, ask for a recommendation. I've only ever been recommended a "meh" cigar ONCE, and it was by a former employee who now works elsewhere. Otherwise I only have good things to say about recommendations I've received, in fact some of the recommendations I've gotten I liked so much I constantly am debating whether to smoke another or try something else new. Cut and dry, the staff is fantastic, they're super personable, have a wealth of knowledge regarding cigars, and are super fun when you get to know them. At the end of the day, I strongly recommend checking Elite out. Two strong thumbs up. When I first came here two and a half years ago it was initially just as a place to buy some cigars to smoke. Then as time went on, I realized it was an awesome spot to watch a game or two while smoking. Then I realized it was a great spot to eat, smoke, watch a game, and just hang out in general. Elite's a staple hangout location among me and my friends now, and I honestly can't recommend it more. Keep it up guys!

Had a great late lunch visit to watch a game with my FIL Ken. Jason recommend the Perfect cigar and now we have a new favorite, 2012 Oscar Yellow wrapper. Lydia was our bartender and did a nice job, but recommend you check on us and see how we're doing at least once instead of us asking for water, another beer, etc. We'll be back next month for sure!

Elite Cigar Cafe is not just about Cigars it's a neighborhood spot for locals and even those who are visiting the Addison area on business. You can get a good drink, some tasty bar food and the staff is very knowledgeable on their Cigar assortment. It's super casual and very diverse which is another reason why i like it so much.

Stopped to buy a cigar, enjoy it while having a couple drinks before dinner. Cigar selectstill good, and helpful staff there. However, service in the bar has declined to the point it's pathetic. The servers won't get out from behind the not-busy bar to even take our drink order. After 10 minutes of waiting I got up and walked to the bar and ordered. When the drinks were delivered, no one even ASKED if we were interested in ordering from the menu. We're eating elsewhere. Ugh. Sad.

My fiance and I love this lounge. I buy most of my cigars here and the atmosphere is always welcoming and cozy. Some of my favorite date nights have been here!

I love this place! The customer service is amazing, the drinks are cheap. They have a nice sized patio and the cigar prices are reasonable. A great place to go relax after a long week. I am becoming good at this cigar stuff. I am struggling to find a cognac that flows well with my fave cigar. I expect the staff to be able to recommend something that flows. I've been twice and I haven't been led to the right combo. I will be going back until I find it.

Just don't get it when the sign on the entrance of the humidor and then the sign in front of the cigar box say it's a special, but at the register I keep hearing that is "only good while supply lasts". I am standing in front of the staff with those very same cigars from the sign? Twice we went through it.. I stopped, cleaned out my earned discounts, put back other cigars I wanted... Customers stay, and some leave based on crap like this. I am moving on ....

Great atmosphere. The crowd is a good mix and if you are into cigars, everyone is willing to share their knowledge and experience. The atmosphere is laid back and the music is low so people can socialize without screaming. Clientele is not pretentious or snobby like some cigar bars. The drink prices are great. Its like an oasis in Addison. Most places like this are on the other side of the tollway. I also tried the chicken strips and their house kettle chips. Omg. This is going to be a regular stop for me.

Update: I saw Leslie again yesterday and I think she may have got that training. She was very nice and personable. I'm updating this review to reflect that. So I changing the 2 stars to 4. I would love to give it 5 stars but I'm not because this should have never happened. All I want is my Friday wings! I hate new people at a restaurant...or she might not be new but she's rude as hell . I ordered to go... and she gets an attitude because she is having a bad day?! I've had headphones in the entire time and you're mad at me because of what? Leslie really need some type of customer service training or need to call off when she's in a bad mood. And then to top it off she gets the order wrong. How do you mess up lemon pepper wings, ranch, and blue cheese? The other servers are outstanding but this lady is blah.

When in Dallas this is my go to stop...outstanding selection of cigars, full bar and terrific food at VERY reasonable prices, great staff and clientele along with a large covered patio for dining and smoking. You won't be disappointed. .

Drove all the way out here for nothing. They need to update their hours somehow. The kitchen closes at 10:30pm.

I was there saturday night December 12, 2020 with a few friends. It was our first time visiting this Cigar lounge. We were very disappointed with the service from the bartender. We even just stopped ordering drinks and when we left (she had swiped our cards for a tab) we didnt even try to tab out. She took so long and seemed to skip us quite frequently to serve what seemed to be her regulars. Even taking our order for our drinks but proceeding to help others that walked up without making our drinks first. When asked where our drinks were she responded that she was alone and have we ever done that job before... Being too busy was not the issue. She just chose not to take us in order and skip to the ones she wanted to help. We had to ask multiple times for everything we ordered. This was very disappointing and we will not be returning unless we know this girl has been replaced.

I found this establishment the first week I moved to Texas with a best friend. We instantly loved it. The diverse group and friendly nature instantly made us regulars. The cigar humidor is the largest I have personally seen and I smoke frequently. Maki Solomon, who is a manager and cigar expert got me hooked on a couple new favorites such the tabernacle and Don Pepin Garcia. Excellent smokes with a good lead and ring gauge. But they have anything you want. He also is exceedingly knowledge as a bartender. The bartender who makes most of my drinks is named Jaz who is a total babe and always makes sure my glass is full. It is to the point now where instead of ordering I just give her a look a new glass of Jameson, Oban, or Balvenie is placed in front of me. Whether you are looking for a regular spot or just in town on work you gotta check this place out.
