Elite Hotel Marina Plaza, Helsingborg

What a beautiful hotel and the most incredible breakfasts that all guests are welcome to which is included in your rate…. The bishop arms was our favorite pub in town! We loved our time at this hotel! Purfect location and amazing staff!

The hotel is located right on the seashore, offering a stunning view of the sea. It is next to the ferry port, allowing guests to watch the arriving and departing ships from the sauna—a truly unique experience. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is simply exceptional, offering a wide selection of both local and international cuisine.

It is a good hotel with good location and a nice room. The only downside was the place The Tivoli, which is located nearby. They played loud music on Friday night, which could easily be heard in the room.

Very convenient location next to ferry terminal, train and bus station. Hotel is good with pub inside and local store in close vicinity. Breakfast is really good. Nice staff and good rooms.

Location is amazing, especially if you're getting the train into Helsingborg. It's easy to walk into town and to the harbour and beach. ||Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. ||The breakfast buffet has a huge variety and is plentful. Plenty of seating but if it's particularly busy there's overflow in the attached pub and reception area. ||Staff are friendly and efficient, everything you'd hope for. ||It's an old building so the fixtures and fittings in the room can be a bit wobbly or loose, but it didn't detract from our experience at all. The basic rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent showers. ||This was our 2nd visit to Elite Hotels Marina Plaza and we've already booked to bring my parents here next year. ||Is it expensive? Not in comparison to other hotels in Helsingborg and it significantly outperforms the other one we've stayed in.

This hotel is really close to the trains/boats which is convenient and fitted the purpose of my trip. Great lounge area at the lobby but the rooms was a bit so and so. With a old bathroom and loudly AC. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast meet all my expectations!

This hotel is really located in a perfect spot. It is in the harbour and next to the central railway station. If you are lucky and get a room that Is heading in the right direction, as we did, the view is magnificent over the harbour. It is very clear that the hotel has been built for some time ago. It is clear from the design with a bathtub with high edges and an old fashion control to the air condition system. However, everything was fine in our room, beside that. The breakfast was good even if it lacks an omelette cook, as most Swedish hotels do. The hotel has a nice bar. There were two very nice waitresses, a decent singer and low-priced champagne. So, in all in all a good but slightly dated hotel in an absolute perfect spot.

I was booking on Expedia. You never know what you're going to get. Hostels even call themselves hotels. We weren't able to get parking here, but every other desire was met exponentially. We stayed in the Hilton while we were up in Stockholm. It's the only one in Sweden. But I would say this would easily compare to that and our room was even bigger here. This was a beautiful stay and it's too bad we couldn't stay more than one night. There is not a Park to check in. There is paid parking basically at the edge of the roundabout at the front of this hotel. They also run out of parking. So they were sold out by the time I arrived. We parked on a surface Street.
