Travis Beaston has been so helpful and professional with planning two trips with Elite Island Resorts! A few years ago for my daughter’s graduation present we went to St. James Club and loved it so much so when she recently turned 25 she wanted nothing more than to go back to Antigua! This time we went to the beautiful Pineapple Beach Resort! The beaches are Stunning and the seaweed is cleaned every morning! The resort is completely renovated and with four restaurants to choose from every meal was delicious! I had an amazing massage at the Spa while my daughter joined a jewelry making class. We played pickleball on the brand new courts, snorkeled, took morning rides on their catamarans but Mostly enjoyed the incredible beach and beautiful pools! The parties at night with live music and DJs was a blast and made for creating new friendships with the guests and staff! We unplugged! Everything about our vacation was just pure FUN! Our party of 8 had an absolutely wonderful time at The Verandah. We stayed for 7 nights in Dec 2024. Staff were lovely, no complaints except for the occasional short wait for service. Waterview rooms were near everything (food, pool, beach, spa). Rooms themselves were well-appointed, spacious & clean. Grounds were well-kept & pools were sparkling. Special thanks to our travel contact Emily at Elite Island Resorts. Prompt communication, thoughtful & complete responses to all questions. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I recently went on our honeymoon through Elite Island Resorts, staying at two resorts: Pineapple Beach Club and Galley Bay. Pineapple Beach Club was the perfect mix of relaxation and island charm. The 200-level suites (Beachfront Rooms) were located directly on the beach with access to the Aqua Bar and Infinity Pool. Pickle ball was a hot commodity with the new updated courts there were lots of people playing every morning. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and made the experience so special from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. Galley Bay was pure paradise. After checking into the hotel, we were taken around the resort by golf cart to explore all the amenities Galley Bay had to offer. We stayed in the updated Beachfront Suites down at the end by Ismay’s restaurant, and it was the best location. The grounds were so well kept and everything was so clean. While walking one morning, we came across the resort farm, where Dave showed us everything they do to provide food to all their awesome restaurants. The food at every restaurant, for every meal, was outstanding! Our favorite part was lounging on our private beach chairs and getting nightcap espresso martinis at the main bar while listening to the live music. 10/10 would go back again! Overall, the staff at Elite Island Resorts made our honeymoon very special, and we will definitely use them again for future vacations to the Caribbean!

As always our Galley Bay stay was amazing. We very much noticed the small but significant improvements made to become a 5 star resort. We feel so blessed to have found it and able to return. Their staff is amazing and so tenured. Thank you Katrina Lindsey for your thorough assistance in setting up our reservations. We got the rooms we requested.

Pineapple Beach Club exceeded our expectations!! Our room was right on the beach and centrally located to the pool, the restaurants and amenities. My wife and I had a wonderful experience for our 25th anniversary!! Would definitely recommend it to friends and family!!

For over 17 years, my wife and I have been loyal guests of Elite Island Resorts. We’ve travelled regularly to their properties—Palm Island, (17 times!), Galley Bay, Club Barbados, Hammock Cove, and others—and spent more than £250,000 on what we considered to be reliable, beautiful, all-inclusive vacations. Our relationship with Palm Island was special where we considered ALL the staff as family! - We have supported local islands with their building project, helped Palm Island / union island staff financially when in difficulty and contributed significantly to the re-building projects on Union Island after Hurricane Beryl!! Until now. Upon recently trying to book our next trip to Galley Bay Antigua, we were stunned to receive a message from an Elite Island Resorts representative and COO informing us, in polite but final terms, that their resorts were “not the best fit” for our future holidays. No explanation was given. No specific issue was mentioned. Just a vague, impersonal note severing a 17-year relationship, despite our confirmed upcoming reservation at Hammock Cove Antigua this October. Within the last 24 Hours our booking at Hammock Cove in October 2025 had been cancelled without any explanation as to why !! - Monies have been refunded without any explanation! We are left with more questions than answers: Was this a mistake? Was there some issue we could clarify or resolve? Are loyal, long-standing customers now treated as disposable? We’ve never had a complaint lodged against us. We’ve never left a resort unsatisfied. We’ve recommended Elite Island Resorts to countless friends and family members over the years. And yet, without a single conversation or clarification, our loyalty has been dismissed, seemingly without cause. We’re sharing this experience not out of malice, but out of concern for ALL Elite Resort clients - You could be next !! If this is how even long-time patrons can be treated, prospective guests may wish to consider the strength,and fragility, of the relationships they think they are building with luxury resort brands. Loyalty should matter. Communication should matter. And every guest should be treated with respect and transparency.

I recently returned from a fantastic vacation, and I want to give a huge thanks to Travis Beaston for making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Travis handled all the accommodations, booked every room, and made sure everything was perfectly arranged before our trip. He was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process—always responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thanks to his attention to detail, we were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend Travis to anyone looking for a reliable and professional travel agent!

Attempted to Silence Me with an NDA After Serious Safety Incident I had a frightening experience at The Club Barbados Resort & Spa (owned by Elite Island Resorts) in June 2025. I was sent kayaking with no experience, no real instruction, and no supervision. I ended up stranded in deep water, and my friend was dragged under by a catamaran. No staff came to help either of us. After reporting it, I received a partial refund of resort fees. Later, corporate offered me $500 — but only if I signed an NDA. When I refused to stay silent, they revoked the offer entirely. I’ve reached out to the CEO and their corporate team with no resolution. This resort failed to protect its guests, then tried to bury the incident. I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, ethical travel experience.

We recently booked a trip from this company. The booking was an easy process and we had a wonderful trip.We received everything that was promised.The manager John was of great help.We didn't have any complaints.We would use this company again in the future.

I booked a vacation using Elite Island Resorts. The agent I worked with provided me a lot of details and information that helped me pick the best resort for us (Pineapple Beach Club in Antigua). It was an extremely easy process, the resort was even better than I expected, and it was an overall great experience. I will be using them again in the future and I highly recommend them to plan your next vacation.

I had the WORST experience booking through Elite Island Resorts. We booked 9 nights at The Verandah through Chrissy Angulo 2.5 months ago. She was incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive, often going weeks without responding. Three weeks before our trip, she informed us that we'd have to spend 2 nights at the Pineapple Beach resort, because they had booked a cricket team at the Verandah with strict covid rules. She offered no compensation at that point. Then, while on our vacation, we packed up, checked out, and drove to The Verandah, only to be turned away and told we weren't booked for that night, and we'd have to return to Pineapple. Neither our group nor the local staff had a heads up that this was happening. Chrissy was once again unreachable, and Elite Island Resorts was closed, since it was a Sunday. Thank goodness the local staff was excellent, but I cannot recommend EIR as a company, and Chrissy Angulo should be fired.

Booked a vacation and paid in full 30 days later I was not able to go due to a death in the family and tried to cancel and was told too new of a reservation and could NOT refund. After several tries said The time frame for refund had expired!!! Spoke to Nicole and please BEWARE of this SCAM company a total ripoff!! Warning; don't waste your money with them!!
