I am extremely disappointed with how this hotel treats its customers. We were unable to check in, so I kindly requested a cancellation, despite incurring a fee. Nevertheless, the hotel had no mercy. They canceled the reservation and immediately deducted the entire amount for the reservation. In other words, even if I desired to utilize the hotel, I would not be able to due to the cancellation, but the payment was compulsory. This is not an ethical way to treat its customers. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel chain.
