Clean, lovely shop with friendly staff and reasonable prices for a consignment store. I was looking for an evening gown and called ahead to ask if they had any. They said they did and so I stopped in. I tried on around 8 dresses and loved almost all of them! Elegant and modern (and within budget), exactly what I was looking for. Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the person who checked me out were polite and personable. They explained the discount policy and also gave feedback when I asked about how the dresses looked. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be back next time I'm looking for high quality clothing.

They made me feel like royalty. Easy to find, excellent selection, breathing room. I have been to plenty of consignment stores, but this one stands far above them all. A delightful space freshly updated with new flooring, lots of lovely items to choose from, and special attention to detail. I will now start all adventures in fashion updates here. So glad that Monica Smith bought Elite Repeat! My 15-year-old daughter and I were very bummed when we thought it was going to close and appreciate it now more than ever! Elite Repeat recently changed hands, and it's obvious the owner transition has been handled with care. The store's recent updates bring a lot of warmth to the space and it looks great! Excited to see what Monica and her team do moving forward - she has a great selection on the floor already!

This is my go to Consignment store. I have purchased my and my children's clothing in consignment stores, so about 30 years! They always have good quality clothing. People are constantly bring in new things. It's all adult, which I like. Well organized for less digging! Staff is professional and helpful. Love ot!

I have shopped at ER for over 12 years. I knew I could get the basic and the extraordinary to have a unique outfit at a reasonable price. With the change of ownership, I feel that I have stepped in a suburban home with little character. It is "beautifully boring". Being picky is one part, but being daring is what makes it fun for the shoppers.

Cute store. Many options: high end clothing, shoes, purses, Knick knacks and more. I didn't buy anything today but I'll be back in a few weeks when the season changes.

Interacted with all three employees, all very sweet women. They unlocked two purses for me, a very good condition Kate Spade and a Tumi brand-new but $118 and $128, just a little too much for my budget. Tried on a Lily Pulitzer shirt otherwise lots of mall brands. Very clean store, very well organized by size, large selection. I walked out with nothing but I'll be back.

I love this store and make it a point to visit every time I'm in MN. I've always found great items here. Both my mom and I love it because there's something for everyone. I love that there's always mark downs, it's like a treasure hunt to find the best deal. On this last trip I got a lululemon tank for $13, shoes I've been dying to get for $24, and an athleta tank for 16. I'll definitely be back!

I think the merchandise taken in is very inconsistent. I've brought in trendy high fashion items which were rejected. Then I see Target on the floor. So I'm not sure how decisions are made concerning what to take in, which makes me wonder if the stuff on the floor is really that great. I definitely think the quality of goods have gone down in the last few years. They definitely do not take in vintage. I've brought spotless items from the '70's, the '80's and early '90's which they barely looked at before rejecting. This is not a shop to visit if you want vintage.

I have never been big into thrifting or consignment shops, but within the past year I've been a huge fan of Buffalo Exchange so I thought I'd check out Elite Repeat since I pass it all the time. Good customer service does wonders for a person's experience. I wen there for my first time. First impression, not impressed. There were at least two women in the store working and one customer. Neither of them even bothered to look up and say "Hello" to greet me. Call me needy, call me crazy but not being acknowledged in a place of business where I am thinking about spending my money is a quick way to irritate me. I didn't really bother looking through things. I did a quick one over and headed out the door. The entire 10-15 minutes I spent in the store, nobody even looked at me. When you're a boutique or consignment store, you do not have the luxury of giving shit service at one store because you know that your inadequate service can be overcompensated for at another location. I would think you would value anyone who walks through your door in hopes that they may be a potential client. Maybe I caught them on an "off" day, but I personally felt like they were pretty rude. How "elite" of you...

I always find such great treasures here. Their prices are a bit high but you'll see that the quality is there to warrant it. I haven't consigned with them before (and I probably won't due to finicky scheduling), but always love to spend leisure time browsing through the previously owned shoes, bags, accessories, and clothing.

Based upon the current merchandise in store, I was pretty underwhelmed. Seems like they are aiming for a more mature clientele. I brought in tons of new/like new garments and they kept about 5% of what was offered. I was surprised because the clothing and brands are great. I will stick to donating.

I live about 30 minutes from this store but it is always worth the travel. I have never left without finding atleast one treasure! They have a wide variety of sizes and brands. They have big sales throughout the year when you can donate food and receive a large percentage off your purchase. Very fun store!

This is where my love for consignments started. There are amazing finds here (including a vintage saddle Dior bag I found 4 years ago). This is a great selection of GAP, Banana Republic and Ralph Lauren with a mix of high ends like Dior and Marc Jacobs. They also have cute locally made jewelry also. If you find out the end of season sales, if you donate can goods you get a discount! (Plus it is right next to the Nook! - grab lunch after shopping!)

The staff is super friendly and helpful. That said, the clothes/shoes here are hit or miss. Elite Repeat it's self as high-end consignment, but I bought a sweater there for $25 recently and then looked up the label when I got home and it was from Kohl's! It probably didn't cost $25 for the first time around!!

3.5: A store I'd stop in and browse if passing by, but not one that needs a special trip. Service was fine. Did anyone say hi to me when I entered? No. Did I cry about it? No. Staff were courteous to those they rang up and were cordial when asked questions. At no time did I feel like I wasn't welcomed in the store. Enough said. No designers that I could pick out with pricey brands being Theory and orig. retail $200 dresses. A lot of Banana Republic, LOFT, Ann Taylor stuff along with department store brands (even some TJ Maxx and Target brands). Not too surprising considering the majority of their customers and consignees are from the surrounding neighborhoods. Unlike other consignment stores, the highest markdown is 30% from the orig. marked price for aged inventory. I saw a dress that I liked, but didn't love, on markdown from $35 to $25, but I still didn't think it was worth it. A Jcrew skirt from the collection line was 30% off it's original of $44, which I might have bought if I had felt anything more than meh about it. Though they seem consistently busy, it doesn't feel like inventory changes that often. I was at the store twice in a span of 3 days, but hardly saw anything new even though during my first visit lots of people brought in things to be reviewed and consigned.

I have shopped here for awhile and I am really done. Customer service is a big deal. I worked retail for awhile and when someone walks in the door or leaves, you may want to say hello and thanks for stopping in. Sitting at the counter and watching two woman have a conversation between themselves seemed more important than ringing up my purchases. The woman who work at this store are really tasteless in tact, are really quite rude, and may learn a thing or two about treating people kindly, rather than visibly SEEING me wait at the counter and continue on with your conversation. There are plenty of great consignment shops in the twin cities. I live in St. Paul, but will be making the drive elsewhere. Get out of retail ladies, your people skills are lacking greatly.

I broke my leg last week and was on a mission to find a cute backpack purse. I called 3 other consignment shops in the area who didn't have any in stock. Last call was to Elite Repeat, Tammy, the girl who helped me on the phone was awesome. I told her my situation, she looked around and found 5 backpack purses for me to look at. She put them aside for me at the desk, after asking if I wanted her to come out to my car to show me. This is what I call excellent customer service! Happy to report I found the perfect bag.

I've been there three times in the past month, each time with great results! I've been a seller and a buyer. Each time, staff has treated me like I was shopping at Nordstroms. The store is clean, the clothing immaculate, the staff very helpful. Like all shops, you may not find exactly what you're looking for the first time, but this place is worth the trip back!

On a recent visit had lunch at the Nook and decided to kill some time here. Great quality, decent prices, and staff seemed friendly to me! Good selection as well.

I have been to this store 3 times. Each time I've been in there I have received little to no customer service. The people who work there have never said "hello" or even acknowledged I was in the store. I feel that when a person walks in your business, you should at least say "hello" or smile at them. Their clothes are over priced as well. If you can look past the lacking customer service you might enjoy shopping there, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Every time I shop here, I find great buys at reasonable prices. The staff is also very helpful - yesterday they suggested the perfect skirt, which I had overlooked on the rack. And getting a meal at the Nook afterwards (suggested by another fan) is a great idea...
