Amazing hotel ! Great location. Beautiful Cathedral. Breakfast buffet was awesome ! I even had Avocado with my toast. Staff wonderful . Manager Mr Ali even came to check all was well with our room . Italian restaurant downstairs amazing. Chefs made us beautiful meals . All in all four wonderful nights spent at this amazingly comfortable hotel !

I only spent one night at this hotel, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It's an old building, but it's been modernized over the years. Free breakfast in this day and age is a plus. Great location, friendly service, and multiple dining options, there's a lot to like.||I only have two complaints. First, the bed was quite soft. Second, the shower fixture could be better, but that's nitpicking.

The hotel is okay but the rooms are incredibly hot and there is no A/C. I understand that it’s probably unusual that A/C is needed up in Norrland, but still, 20 degrees outside and 35 inside isn’t nice. The bedsheets on my side had skid marks which wasn’t great either :S Good and varied breakfast though.

We had a lovely room #409 that has a turret (round wall) and balcony overlooking the park across the street . Bed was very comfortable and the room clean . It would be 5 but this is our 3rd vista to this hotel and Things are a bit outdated throughout but breakfast was wonderful as well . It’s a short walk to town (you are basically in town so it’s very short ) ||They need a remodel but otherwise a great spot !!!

Put me on level 1 which is a construction site. You have to walk past an active remodelling project. Great if you are interested in DIY, bad if you wanted a luxury stay. Room was tiny. Very unprofessional. See photos

Check in, and know the house keep put 3 bottle of conditioner in the bath room, no any of shampoo, or shower gel, go and ask the receipttion，and the staff said i work in receiption, not rhe house keeping, not my job, the service manner os really terrible

Great location (smack middle of city center) Friendly staff Ok breakfast (not super, not bad) Ok room BUT if you live here during summer prepare to pretty much die from heatstroke in the room. I didn’t have a thermometer to check our room temperature but my estimation would be around 35+ Celsius. We complained about the heat and got an additional fan but..that didn’t do much. If Elite had air conditioning then this hotel would get 4/5 on everything. Maybe even more…

We spent a night in this venerable four star hotel situated along the main square of Luleå in the beginning of July 2025. The large luxury double room we had chosen was facing the inner courtyard and featured the smallest bathroom we have seen in many years. If you are overweight you can hardly turn around and will have difficulties to get in and out of the bathtub to take your shower. There is no anti-slip pattern in the tub so be careful. The breakfast is served in the classically styled ball-room with its giant crystal chandeliers and features a wide range of culinary choices of excellent quality. The staff in the reception is very helpful. There is ample street parking in the area. The hotel garage is paying and has only 175 cm safe entrance height.
