The hotel has an excellent location, the best you can have in Skiathos - next to some of the most beautiful beaches in the island. The views from the hotel are spectacular and atmosphere is nice and relaxing. It is very well maintained and clean property. Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable. There were only a few organizational bugs. Breakfast, for example, was a complete mess. In general, there are not many good dining options in the hotel, but there are very good tavernas around. The hotel provides umbrellas and sunbeds on the nearby beaches - koukounaries, banana and xenia beach which is great. What we didn't like, however, is that the sunbeds are too close to each other, which could be very uncomfortable when the hotel is full.

Elivi Hotel is a gem that redefines the concept of a perfect getaway. I was never one to be swayed by the all-inclusive trend, however there, I found myself simply not wanting to leave this place. The moment you arrive, you are embraced by a sense of tranquility that immediately soothes your soul. The location of Elivi Hotel is magical. The setting is also ideal for families seeking both relaxation and adventure without stressing out of finding a good place to eat, drink, swim or generally have fun along with kids. You can find everything you need in there. The service at Elivi is amazing. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality make you feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. Food at Elivi hotel was as expected simply fantastic. Each meal is a testament to the rich flavors and traditions of Greek cuisine, with a modern twist that delights the palate. From the fresh, local ingredients to the expertly crafted dishes, dining there is an experience that you'll remember long after you've left.

Wow from the fantastic views from most aspects of the hotel, to the lovely caring and capable staff, to the delicious food, you cant beat this location. Three beaches within easy buggy rides, great buggy drivers to pick you up from rooms and take you down. Breakfast is superb and there is something for everyone. The rooms have everything you could need. Comfy beds great mattresses and the cleaning care team look after you and come in daily to clean the rooms. Every detail has been well thought through and we loved it. We booked two return trips whilst we were there. Thank you to the team you all worked so hard and we really did appreciate it. X

We had an excellent stay with our little son. Amazing location, design and views with sunrise. All 3 sandy beaches are top-notch and there are more than enough staff members across the hotel to assist.

Positives: Beautiful room with floor-to-ceiling windows featuring a stunning view of the sea, and a crystal clean private pool. We were “upgraded” to a “larger room” with a plunge pool (which was terrific) - for which we were grateful. Breakfast buffet was huge and wonderful. Cleaning/transport/pool/beach staff were lovely. Negatives: Long and overly-elaborate check-in process that ate up valuable time- too much “marketing” and not enough respect for guests’ precious time. Suggestion: if you need forms filled out by guests, email them in advance. We were told we would be called for our room in 90 minutes but after 2.5 hrs, we heard nothing. Surprisingly poor service from poorly trained (seemingly arrogant) reception staff- who often didn’t answer the phone and ignored/forgot multiple service requests. Lower staff (waiters, drivers, pool guys) were great. Many bees and flies in eating areas- so bad we often went offsite to eat. Long wait for mobile carts to go anywhere on property- reflecting insufficient staff. Insufficient parking for rental cars. Air conditioning was poor- broken altogether in the first room we were offered- greatly delaying our check-in. Lower staff could not solve the problem- it was only rectified after the manager granted us a functioning room over 1 hour later. No iron or ironing board in the room - it took 24 hrs to get one after we asked for it. Broken (wobbly) glass barrier on our balcony created an unsafe condition. Not a true 5-star experience.

We went for a break to Skiathos 4 nights and it was just fabulous. We stayed in the Elivi hotel. Well it was great and we had a lovely luxury 5 days. Rooms were just perfect, great size, large comfy bed, good size bathroom with all the extras you could wish for. The sun lounge area was just perfect with 2 sunbeds table and chairs and our own pool see photos. The hotel is set in acres of land with 3 beaches and 1 is private for the hotel. Because the site is so large there are golf type buggies that run you around the site. Nice on a hot sunny day. Food food food. Lots of restaurants on site. Breakfast was just superb. The choice of hot and cold is really good. Every sort of breads, fruits, cereal, nuts, seeds, yoghurts, cheese, meats, bacon, eggs, sausage, teas and coffee. Plus lots and lots of sweet things so if you have a desire for cake and pastries your well served. Staff were all dressed well and were polite and very helpful with all our questions and needs. See photos for views of everything. One last thing the lady who cleaned our room was just lovely. Enjoyed her job and it showed. Helpful, funny, charming and the best cleaning lady ever.

Everything here makes you feel relaxing in luxury. Excellent place, service. The people are very friendly, the hotel is in the best beach of the island. We have already booked our next visit here!

Our stay at Elivi Skiathos commenced three days after opening for the season. Some of the restaurant offerings were not available during our stay (namely the Japanese restaurant) but it a case of what you don’t know, you don’t miss. What was on offer was to an exceptionally high standard. Staff were very friendly, professional and showed great concern for our wellbeing. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I’d not only recommend this hotel but it will be my hotel of choice when revisiting Skiathos. We are already planning our return for later in the season.
