The salmon and potato balls were unfortunately quite salty, and the salmon lacked the expected smoky aroma. The Deluxe mocha was also poorly balanced, making it one of the least enjoyable I’ve had.
On a brighter note, the panna cotta was beautifully presented. Its flavour changes with the seasons, which is a lovely idea, but this time it tasted a bit unfamiliar to me.
The environment is fantastic, and the service staff are warm and attentive, which I really appreciated.
I truly hope the quality of the food can be improved to better match the price point, as this place has so much potential. Thank you for the experience, and I look forward to seeing how things evolve.
