ELK Espresso

It seems like a very famous and popular cafe. There was no end to the customers who came but I could take a seat in 5 minutes since I arrived. I ordered "Pork & Fennel Scrambled Eggs" that I had been interested in. Much more rich taste than I expected, very good.

Is very near the broad beach. Have a good view. We came on Monday morning for brunch. Initially, we wish to stay a little longer to enjoy the view. But the staff is too efficient to collect our dishes and make us pay. There are plenty of seats available at that time. This made us feel unwelcome dispite we do enjoy the food and coffee. Very disappointing experience.

The salmon and potato balls were unfortunately quite salty, and the salmon lacked the expected smoky aroma. The Deluxe mocha was also poorly balanced, making it one of the least enjoyable I’ve had. On a brighter note, the panna cotta was beautifully presented. Its flavour changes with the seasons, which is a lovely idea, but this time it tasted a bit unfamiliar to me. The environment is fantastic, and the service staff are warm and attentive, which I really appreciated. I truly hope the quality of the food can be improved to better match the price point, as this place has so much potential. Thank you for the experience, and I look forward to seeing how things evolve.

We love it here for a breakfast treat, and try to visit at least once every three months to try the pannacotta each time the menu changes. The staff are friendly and efficient, without being intrusive or making you feel rushed. They don't take bookings, and there's usually people standing waiting for coffee or for a table, but it's rare to wait for any more than a couple of minutes maximum. We'll be back again soon! Thanks for the food and wonderful service in such a lovely location. Please keep the pannacotta on your menu! [Hubby loves his bacon and eggs].

So good I walked there from surfers twice! Excellent service, and we were there on New Year’s Day. They know how to handle large crowds, and get people in and out fast. Coffee was excellent, and the food was super tasty. Go there and then go there again.

Not a bad place - we came for lunch. The burgers were quite good and very buttery. Definitely filling and the chicken was quite crispy. Soba wasn’t too bad but chicken was a bit dry and a bit plain.

Amazing menu and great service. Always busy. Ordered a number of dishes and each were fantastic!

We had 9 people on our visit. The staff were great and found us a table promptly. Food was delicious & fresh. Coffee was nice. Definitely recommend.
