I cannot say enough good things about Elle’s! Not only do they carry an incredible selection of products that are high quality, beautifully curated, and exactly what I was looking for. what truly sets them apart is the integrity of the studio’s owner and team. In today’s world, not everyone goes out of their way to be helpful, but the people at Elle’s went above and beyond to ensure I had an exceptional experience. From start to finish, I felt cared for as a customer. Their customer support is outstanding, thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy. You can tell that this isn’t just about business for them; it’s about people, community, and creating an atmosphere of trust and consideration. I highly recommend them to anyone who values both quality products and working with a team that truly cares.

Hubby & I dropped by this weekend and left with the most amazing fragrance from House of Bo, i’m OBSESSED. the boutique itself is gorgeous and the vibes are very pleasant, the staff is very sweet and courteous as well. definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the Austin area looking for an upscale and classy lingerie store with a curated collection of goodies.

Wanted to give Elle’s credit for being the best lingerie shop I have ever seen! I had the most amazing experience there. If you want to feel luxuriously sexy this is the place to go! It’s a beautiful shop with a great curated selection. The staff was amazing, helping me pick out just what I was looking for. I had a relaxed time exploring their collection, trying things on, and finding just the right look. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable and can’t say enough good things about my visit. It was a luxury experience that is worth a special trip. Will 100% be back! PS. For those whom it matters, they were LGBT friendly.

As a woman over 60, I do not typically find myself in lingerie shops. However, the design alone, could draw a person of any age or gender into this magnificent boutique. I wandered into Elle’s after a lovely lunch at Clarks (the shop is directly across the street) and my daughter and I were welcomed by smiling faces and a glass of Rose. Kayla, the manager, was as inviting as she was knowledgable. My experience was a 10 out of 10. The information around pleasure products, the hard to find swimwear, the design of the dressing room, the stunning lingerie. The whole visit made our afternoons that much better. We will be back!

To start - I've never really gone shopping like this before. My husband and I arrived at Elles with really no idea what we wanted/my actual sizing etc - the person who helped us on Sunday (I forgot her name 😫 but she was blonde in a black dress and red heels) - could not have made the experience more special. We were worried that we'd be treated badly for having a budget and clearly not being experts at fancy lingerie but she was soooo incredibly kind and warm/patient, she pulled sizing perfectly (magically??), And took the time to understand what we wanted and to teach us how to care for my new outfits! We got a little wine, tried on some really cute stuff and in the end even as someone who is NOT that confident about her body - it was such a wonderful experience and the space itself was such a comfortable vibe. She didn't press us to spend more at all (which we are so thankful for), she was so helpful in selection and understood exactly what we wanted. Plus my husband got to be in the room on a nice cozy sofa to help me try things on- a perk I wasn't expecting but I'm so glad because it allowed him to help and calmed my nerves about the whole thing. Our items are beautiful, and it was such a great experience. We are so happy we dropped in, and I just wanted to write in to express that because in the era of online shopping and bots... I hope that employee gets a raise 🤣 and this encourages others to give Elles a try!

My partner and I went in for me to try on some lingerie, a first for me. I was nervous about finding things that fit etc but shouldn't have been! We had a great experience and had several things to try that fit and looked great! I haven't had a such a wonderful fitting experience in a while, thank you! The staff were so nice and the person helping us was knowledgeable and very helpful. Will absolutely be back and looking forward to ordering something I loved in another color. (I'm a 38F, XL)

Elle’s boutique is truly the best lingerie store in Austin. Not to mention they have a large swimsuit selection of unique pieces which is hard to find in Austin. Up to date with modern designs and designers, you will not be disappointed in the selection here. The fitting room is equipped with a little bar, a lovely couch and makes for a fun little fashion show for your significant other or bridal event. Such an amazing concept and the aesthetics are impeccable. Elle is such a wonderful human as well which makes supporting this shop all the better. Highly recommend!

More of a sensory experience than an establishment, Elle's inspires curiosity and fosters openness to explore. Every element, from the design to the well-curated selection, is sensual and thoughtful. Elle and Kayla have impeccable taste and anticipate clients' needs. It's truly a pleasure.
