The staff were welcoming to us, and gave us our choice of seat, and offered us something to dry off a bit as we'd come in from the pouring rain. It was cold inside, though that may have been because we were damp.
I had a cheese burger with Belgian fries. The fries were some of the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The burger was good, though I feel any flavour of the meat itself was overpowered by the flavour of mustard, which was unfortunate. My partner had a portobello burger (vegetarian) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We each had a bottle of coke. Afterwards we were offered coffee, which we declined.
To finish, we shared a cheesecake which was well presented, and went down a treat. This meal came to €40.60, which I found a little expensive for two burgers, fries and a cheesecake, however the food looked fantastic, and the staff were accommodating - though once we had finished our meal, I wasn't sure if anyone was going to offer us the bill so I went up to the bar to pay, which I found a little odd as we'd had table service from the start.
I would happily return, I just wish my burger tasted more of meat and it was a little warmer!
