The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer questions and explain each step of the treatment process. Dr. Teresa Nguyen is truly outstanding—skilled, attentive, and clearly passionate about delivering the best possible results. I always felt that my daughter is in great hands. The office is clean, modern, and runs like clockwork. Appointments were easy to schedule, and I never had to wait long to be seen. I highly recommend ELLO to anyone considering braces—you won’t find better care anywhere else!

We had been to 3 other ortho, one we didn't like, and one that didn't take insurance, one wanted to wait until he was 14. Everyone there was absolutely amazing, genuinely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! They listen, you can tell they care and explain everything so well I didn't have any questions left.

It took me a while to realize how important my teeth can negatively impact my overall health. My dentist recommended a few orthodontists. I’m happy I went with Ello. Dr. Nguyen & her team make you feel like family by the time you leave. Initially, I started with the Invisalign, then switched to braces. I love what the braces have done to my teeth thus far. My gap is closing & my overbite has improved. I can’t wait to see the final results. BIG KUDOS to everyone at Ello. I highly recommend them.

They speak directly to my daughter about her treatment plan, making her feel involved in her care. Appointments are easy to make, the office is impeccably clean and so cute! I recently had to replace my retainer and went to Ello Orthodontics. The entire process was very smooth and easy. I was able to come into the office that same week I called. I thought the office was very clean and modern. Dr. Teresa was very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions, explained the process in detail, and made sure that I was comfortable. She is definitely the best orthodontist I have ever interacted with. I highly recommend this office and will be coming back for any future needs.

I love it here! The whole staff made me feel so welcome and it felt like family. I got my braces out on and they kept making sure I was comfortable. 10/10
