We love Dr. Nguyen and her staff. My daughter has been seeing this office for the last year and it has been a great experience throughout all her check ins. Good atmosphere inside office with friendly staff.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are simply amazing! We have one child currently receiving treatment and the service has been awesome. From the technology, warm personalities, truthful and honest professional opinions and flexibility in scheduling..I am so glad we found Ello! My daughter loves the band color choices. We recently had a consultation for our second child and Dr. Nguyen provided a thorough exam and never tried to sell her products or her services and has definitely gained our business for child number two when the time comes.

The office has such a friendly and positive vibe — everyone greets you with a smile and truly cares about your comfort. The orthodontist and her staff are not only incredibly skilled but also kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and want the best results for their patients. I left my 1st appointment feeling very confident that my daughter will be taken care of for her treatment (braces). I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff at Ello. Everyone has been kind and welcoming every time we’ve had an appointment or we’ve had to call or text with a question. The entire process for both of my daughter’s braces was seamless. Everything was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. We never felt any pressure to do anything. I would gladly recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of their services.

It took me a while to realize how important my teeth can negatively impact my overall health. My dentist recommended a few orthodontists. I’m happy I went with Ello. Dr. Nguyen & her team make you feel like family by the time you leave. Initially, I started with the Invisalign, then switched to braces. I love what the braces have done to my teeth thus far. My gap is closing & my overbite has improved. I can’t wait to see the final results. BIG KUDOS to everyone at Ello. I highly recommend them.

I recently had to replace my retainer and went to Ello Orthodontics. The entire process was very smooth and easy. I was able to come into the office that same week I called. I thought the office was very clean and modern. Dr. Teresa was very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions, explained the process in detail, and made sure that I was comfortable. She is definitely the best orthodontist I have ever interacted with. I highly recommend this office and will be coming back for any future needs.
