Upon arrival we were seated right away (we had reservations). Immediately I felt the temperature was cold, uncomfortable cold. We tried to ignore, used our coats as blankets for our legs, etc. But by the end of the meal, our hands, feet and noses were just plan cold which made for a less than pleasant dining experience. And unfortunately food was just okay. The eggs benedict have the smallest piece of ham possible on each half and the 'potatoes' were basically French fries cut in square pieces. And it was served ever so barely warm. The cappuccino was definitely coffee not espresso, and barely hot. French toast was just 'okay' too. When leaving I mentioned to the host that it was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant and my feet were frozen. He informed me the heater was broken (incidentally it was 20 degrees outside). This would have been helpful information to know at the time of the reservation, or at the very least upon arrival. Our waiter was friendly and service was good, but nothing over-the-top. The one thing that I will say, the espresso martini was delicious. Lastly, nearly every person in the restaurant was wearing their winter coats, including the staff. Not exactly how I like to dine inside.
