Incredible views, well worth the steep walk up the hill. Fantastic home cooked local food at the pool bar and evening restaurant. Delicious cocktails and selection of local craft beers. Very close to town centre and plenty of taxi options to get up the hill, from the town centre. Clean and well maintained rooms, with powerful showers and comfy beds. Absolutely amazing staff, they really make the experience one to never forget!!!

We stayed here for 5 nights after getting the ferry from Santorini, I knew if wanted to stay in Elounda after staying here many years ago and from the moment I found this hotel online I knew I had to stay there! I went with high expectations due to the amazing reviews and they were 100% exceeded! ||From the moment I booked, the service we received was amazing! With any questions i had answered promptly. Ritza also organized a taxi for us from the port and kept in communication to ensure we had arrived off the ferry all okay! Once we did arrive, we were met at the taxi and given a very warm welcome from Ritza, we were also given a lovely beach bag to use at the pool which was a lovely touch! The studio room we wanted wasn't available on the first night so we stayed in one of the apartments then moved to the studio for the rest of our stay, the team made this a very smooth and stress free transition for us! Ritza also added me to what's app and said I could contact her throughout our stay, this proved so helpful for any questions we had, as well as recommendations of nice beaches etc!||Our studio room was absolutely perfect, I was not expecting so much space as well as the nice seating area out the front that even had two sun beds. It was really lovely!||The pool area was spotless, with comfy sunbeds and amazing views, the food and service at the pool bar was 10/10, a massive shout out and thank you to the lady who's name I have unfortunately forgotten but she did a brilliant job;the food was so yummy, the service efficient yet warm and friendly!||Breakfast was also very special and we looked forward to it each morning, the home baked goods were so delicious and they were very attentive to my vegetarian requirements! The breakfast menu was extensive and we did a good job of trying most of the items between us, all so delicious! The whole ambience at breakfast was really relaxing also with Kostas and Natalia being very attentive, it was my birthday while I was there and my husband provided some balloons etc which they decorated my table with and also very kindly gifted me a bottle of wine which was left in my room! ||It really is all the little touches, the incredibly slick and organised nature in that it's ran and the real family feel of this hotel which absolutely makes this such a unique experience, I have never stayed somewhere like this before and can see why there are so many return customers! I have already recommended this place to several friends and family!||Thank you so much to all the team for the most perfect 5 days!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel perched above Elounda, offering breathtaking views of the bay and Spinalonga. Every evening felt special with dinner on the terrace—romantic, relaxed, and set against a stunning backdrop. The menu was varied and thoughtfully prepared, with most dishes being naturally gluten-free, which was a huge plus.||Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking both the bay and the pool. Days were spent lounging by the peaceful pool, enjoying a refreshing swim and a drink in total relaxation.||The staff truly made our stay unforgettable—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Special thanks to Manoli, Katiana, Cleo, and the talented chef Vergilis. It was also a pleasure to meet the owners, Kostas and Natalia, who took the time to chat with us and made us feel so at home for our short stay.||Breakfast by the pool was a perfect start to each day, and dinners on the terrace were a highlight—delicious food paired with unmatched views. We truly enjoyed every moment of our quality time here. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating such a special atmosphere.|Thanks!

Incredible views throughout the complex, particularly from the pool area. The steep hill is well worth these spectacular views.|Delicious freshly cooked food from both the pool bar and the evening restaurant. I would highly recommend the daily special, I was never disappointed.|What really makes this place so special is the amazing staff. Elounda Heights would not be the wonderful place it is without the friendly and attentive people working here. We look forward to returning again, just to be met by these incredible friends.

This is a very special place and for many reasons. I’m not naming names as all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very clean, everything worked. The views are breathtaking, picture postcard and also from our apartment “Phaedra.”The gardens are beautifully maintained, such a serene environment. The breakfasts are extremely good too. The pool is very clean, the water temperature is just perfect for when we visited and never a problem getting sun beds. Our visit was for 6 days, next time it will be longer.

The mayority of the guests are coming back year after year, which says it all. |This was our second stay at Eloúnda Heights and we've already made a reservation for next year.
