This is one of the few warehouse lofts in the area that feels like a true warehouse. Cement floors and columns, remnants of original architecture everywhere, exposed brick, and historically-accurate windows lay a foundation for the contemporary design of all common spaces. The rooftop community room and decks with greenroof areas are stunning and well-equipped for working, hanging out, or entertaining. All on the small staff are responsive, respectful, and generous - creating a community rather than transactional relationships. Daniel, in particular, is welcoming, patient (underlined), knowledgable, and efficient. The neighborhood is bustling, safe, and extremely walkable for everything: sports, cafes, river bike/walk paths, shopping, groceries, and the farmers markets. I'd purchase the loft if I could.

Living here has been such a positive experience, and the concierge Daniel is a big reason why. I couldn’t recommend him more highly! What really stands out is his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile whether coordinating deliveries, assisting with building amenities, or simply being available whenever needed.

I loved my time at Elsewarehouse! The rooftop and gym are absolutely unmatched in North Loop. Charles, Aaron, and the staff running the show have been amazing to work with. I loved my massive apartment, high ceilings, industrial columns, large closet, and cozy bedroom. Every time I had friends over they had their jaws on the floor at how cool my place was. I do wish Else would invest in new HVAC units. They are extremely loud. I could not have mine on and be on the phone or watch TV at the same time. I was constantly toggling it on and off.

I love living at ElseWarehouse. It’s such a great location in north loop and has the best rooftop! Very fun in the summer time and even during winter time the inside layout is very spacious to entertain. The gym is also huge and has great equipment! Management here is awesome and very quick to fix things if something’s not right. Highly recommend living here!!!!

Daniel is the absolute best to have in your building. He makes sure everything is running smoothly and goes above and beyond every day to make sure living here is as great as it is.

Love living at Else! This is our 3rd year resigning a lease at this fabulous North Loop property. In those years we have seen highs and lows, but what stays consistent is the amazing people! Between the super sweet staff and lovely neighbors, it’s hard to beat.

Elsewarehouse is truly the best place to live in Minneapolis. I have been renting across the country AZ, MA, CA, & MN and this community is unmatched. The staff does a great job of making it feel like home, with elite service. Shoutout Charles, Semaj, and Aaron for caring about the community and continuing to make Elsewarehouse the best place to live in the North Loop. Dog friendly, best location in Minneapolis, best staff, and best community of people. If you are looking for a place in the North Loop, look no further!

I moved into Elsewarehouse almost three years ago and am so happy with my decision! The building is beautiful and I love my unit. The people are super friendly and great neighbors. The building also hosts a few events- a nice way to get to the know the neighbors. Charles, the guest experience manager is exceptional and both Aaron and Jann, who work in building maintenance, are the kindest and most wonderful people. I love the aesthetics (the brick is beautiful and the windows are so stunning), love the amenities, but it's the community that makes it feel like home. Highly recommend!

If you decide to move to Minneapolis, don't even look ELSEWhere! Get it? But seriously, this place is about as good as it gets. The public spaces are GORGEOUS. If you're shopping in this neighborhood, you must see this Rooftop. Best in the cities. The apartments themselves are quite spacious and boast tall ceilings throughout. Don't even get me started about the windows. I'm obsessed. I adore the community that lives here. The building hosts a weekly happy hour and it really allows me to get to know my neighbors. Fun bars are only a few steps away for those who like to socialize. The neighborhood is also perfect for foodies. Bar La Gras, Bachelor Farmer, and Demi are all walkable. My only criticism is that Sam, the manager, is just too good at her job. Seriously, one of the best I've seen; and I've seen many. Come on Sam! No one is perfect all the time. How do you do it!? You're making the rest of us look bad! Now, I'm going to get back to my complimentary coffee - provided in the lobby bar - while you ponder moving in. You won't regret it. I promise.

We love our Else Warehouse home. My husband and I sold our home in the suburbs to rent in the city back in 2017 (we had owned homes for 16 years). We are nearly three years into living at Else, with no desire to move. When we first moved in, we wanted to switch up our lifestyle, be close to people, food, and fun -- and it has been all of the things we hoped for, and more. + We LOVE the entire house staff, all of them...they're so kind, and they genuinely care about their residents. They're also very real. Living anywhere (including a home you own) will never be perfect, they're quick to let you know what isn't perfect so that expectations are set appropriately; anything that breaks is always fixed in record time, AND they're so willing to help with smaller things, too, because they care. If something is frustrating to you, or seemingly unreasonable, talk to the team, they don't mince words and will make sure all is levelest with understanding. At the end of the day, they'll have your back. They're amazing. + We toured almost every property in North Loop before selecting Else -- we truly felt, and still feel, that it is the best quality/space/location/community for the money. + The rooftop? Incredible. One of the best. Love that there is no pool, because then there aren't random people who don't live there hanging out. + Fourth floor dog area: the final deciding factor in our lease...it's a lifesaver; not having to go to street level in the middle of the night or in the cold or rain is incredible. + The gym: incredible; better than any gym in an apartment complex in the North Loop. + Location: Can't really top it, far enough away from the crazy to not be crazy...but close enough to all of it to be steps away. + Secure package room (with a fridge) and they'll sign for your stuff (wine!) if you want them to (this is awesome). - People complain about the noise from the HVAC; when we moved in, Sara (house manager) turned it on so that we knew EXACTLY what we were in for; it's no big deal, it's loud, but it's nothing that anyone can't learn to live with. We chose it and were fine with it. All homes have their things. Not a big deal. - Some units don't have a ton of natural light (example, we have only one window); again, WE chose that. There are plenty of bright and shiny apartment complexes in the North Loop, but we fell in love with the Else Warehouse building, we chose that the building was worth the sacrifice to have only one window...and we love our one window, and so do our plants...it's perfect (bonus, means it's super dark in our bedroom to sleep at night, so there's that!). No big deal...and, again, we chose it. o Parking- we opted to rent an underground spot; yes, the spots are tight, but it's an old building...a lot of parking the the area is the same...it's a warehouse-y area in the city, what do you expect?! Be mindful of your neighboring cars and pretend your Austin Powers trying to park your car on the bad days...at least you can make yourself laugh. We said when we signed the lease that we had no intention of moving in to plan a day to move out...that we were looking for a home. Else Warehouse has been just that...our home, and our community.

They have a dope rooftop with a nice view of downtown. The apartments are warehouse style with cement or brick walls. It's connected to Borough, so that's cool too.

This is a really cool place for the Executive that travels a lot and also work from a home office. Kudos to Sara Venticinque our concierge. Her smile is delightful, her way of handling business is razor sharp and results focused. I am so glad we have her here. She makes it hard to think about moving. Kudos, to Mandy, Ashley, and BJ, as well. If they were to sell these lofts as condos and this staff remained, I would not hesitate to buy my loft!

Moved in with my boyfriend who lived at Else in 2015 and loved it. It is downtown warehouse living to the "T". The staff at the time where amazing and would put on once a month "happy hours" in the bar area, on the roof and even in the elevator. The location is fantastic, could walk anywhere downtown and would be very close to walking trails along the river and close to shopping. During the time I lived at Else, I stayed in two different units, both very unique and a different style of layout. because of the brick walls it does get cold rather fast in the winter and the heat comes on and up goes that electricity cost and the volume on your TV as it is very loud. The rooftop is absolutely amazing in the summer time and (when they work) it is a great place to grill up some food and have a nice glass of wire or a nice cold beer with the fire pit on. All in all Else is a great place to live, and although there were some ups and down while living there, I think I would move back if I would need a place downtown.

My husband and I enjoyed our 15 months living in Else in the North Loop. It's a great location and the apartments are spacious with nice appliances-- no flimsy construction here! We never heard neighbors through the thick, concrete walls. There are also great amenities, including a gym that rivals the weight room of most membership gyms. The roof is unbeatable. As a freelancer, I spent many afternoons working in the sun with great views. As a dog owner, the fourth floor patio potty park was a lifesaver at night and in the cold winters. Plus, there are great cocktails and burgers are right downstairs at Parlour! The only reason we moved is we purchased our first home. Above all, I have to thank the staff for always being courteous, responsive and fun (they put on regular happy hours and other resident events). Maintenance responded super quickly to any issues and the desk staff are some of the nicest people I know!

Great place to live. Building was unique and safe. Thoroughly enjoyed living in North Loop. Staff at Else Warehouse was always extremely pleasant and willing to help. I never had one issue while living there. Maintenance crew responding quickly to any issue I had while living there. Rooftop was great during the summer along with the party room. Frequent happy hours were a great way to get to know some of the other residents. I would highly recommend Else Warehouse as a place to live in downtown Minneapolis. Rob H.

My husband and I have only been here for a two months, but we just love it! Living in the north loop is amazing and Else Warehouse's location could not be more perfect (FreeHouse cheese curds right across the street, and you don't even need to go outside to get to Parlour or Borough)! The best: - Friendly staff! Everyone at the front desk is always smiling and genuinely seem to enjoy working here. - Location! As mentioned above, restaurants, restaurants and more great restaurants in the North Loop! Plus, the new workout craze "Alchemy" is right around the corner to burn off some calories from meals out. - Rooftop! Such a great place to socialize, watch the sunset, grill, play shuffle board, or just cuddle up by the fire with a glass of wine. The ultimate oasis. - The gym! State of the art and a very decent size for an apartment complex. The (very) few times I've been, it hasn't been packed either, which is great. - The Industrial vibe! The exposed brick and pipes is the best. Everything is so chic, modern and new. The large windows allow in a great amount of natural light. Plus the bedrooms are large enough for our king bedroom furniture. They really did a beautiful job designing this place. Some cons: - Expensive. - As others have said, the AC is LOUD. You get used to it though and learn to sit next to the remote to adjust the volume on the TV when necessary. - There are only 4 guest spots and limited parking for residents. The guest spots fill up quickly, which has made things just a bit stressful with family driving in from out of town. And fortunately, my husband and I only have 1 car, but I'm not sure they would have had the spot for a 2nd car if needed. - Our corner unit gets great natural light in the living areas, but the bathrooms get very dark. For girls, applying makeup can be a challenge! More lights and outlets in the bathroom would be helpful. - The sliding bedroom doors are neat and look great, but no locks and big gaps around the sides of the door don't leave much room for privacy when guests are visiting. All that said, I couldn't bring myself to rate this place lower than a 5. You deal with some of the (small) negatives in exchange for a beautiful apartment in the best neighborhood!

Beautiful building earns a star, but otherwise, countless issues. - One lane parking entrance - Poor pet breed/temperament enforcement - Drafty walls - Dusty, crumbling walls/ceilings - Trash chutes often don't work - Poorly sealed concrete countertops - Shaky pipes Heat Stops Working Often Every winter the heat goes out on the coldest days. When too many people try to use it, it trips the breaker and turns off the heat. When you try to turn it on it makes this loud rattling noise several times before cutting off again. I've gone from being polite to livid enough to say in a maintenance request that the situation was BS. I just wanted someone to do what they said and fix it, but I was told I was in violation of the lease for my language. I get not using foul language, but it was directed at the situation and not a person. HVAC is LOUD Each unit has a very loud HVAC unit near entrance. I constantly repeat myself in conversation or turn up the TV to hear it if I also want to have the air on. I can't use devices like Alexa because it's too loud. Also, the filters on the units require constant changing. I think because the building is so dusty. The interior is old which is charming until you see chunks of rock on your floor and experience the incessant dust throughout your space from the old brick and stone. Maintenance Reliability is Poor Maintenance isn't 24/7. There's an after-hours emergency support service which involves calling a number that offers you the chance to talk to the leasing office before you're transferred to someone who has no idea about the complex you're calling from. I mean, how many people call this number? It should be as simple as saying a complex and unit number I'd think, but they ask address info, etc. Then they say they'll send someone to help, but sometimes no one shows up. One night my sink overflowed because the sink I asked to have fixed a couple days before wasn't fixed during the first request (though I was told it was). Emergency maintenance took over an hour to arrive with a very loud over flow alarm going off. Three hours later, it's fixed. But the point is, maintenance said it was fixed already. And it wasn't. Within the same month, I was locked out of my apartment after midnight after leaving my keys in a cab. I called the emergency line several times talking to a couple of people. After 3.5 hours, I reached the "on-duty" person who said he wasn't given keys. I was told I'd need to wait in the lobby for the concierge to return at 10AM. Frustrated, I pried open the front desk to get a key, opened my own door, and put the keys back. I thought someone would contact me to discuss the issue. No one ever contacted me to see if I got inside. It only came up later when I complained about the heat that I was actually in violation of the lease for destruction of property. (Oh, so I'm supposed to be grateful no one could let me in for 10 hours). What am I paying for living here? Management is Passive-Aggressive Instead of communication to resolve an issue, management avoids the issue until you force them to address it. They hope you won't complain, but they're ready to put it right back in your lap if you do. I don't enjoy submitting requests, flipping breakers, scooping water, dealing with leaky pipes, prying into desks, or sending emails about any of it a bit more than they do. Sometimes it's best just to say you're sorry and not try to turn it around. I've grown not to trust them over time after I found out a leaking pipe was toilet water after I was told at first it wasn't. I avoid interaction with the staff; l feel like a villain for having expectations. I basically have battered resident syndrome. Whatever, I'm over it, especially at these prices. Just avoiding interaction as much as possible until I can get out of this place.

The location of this apartment complex is great. Great little restaurants and bars around the area. Walking distance to downtown & the skyways. The place itself is an old warehouse that was rebuilt into apartments. Tall concrete ceilings, wood floors, carpeted room, rooftop community room, and best of all allows dogs. There is also a dog run on the 4th floor & a dog park across the street. Overall this place is a decent place to live. There are some issues with the place as well....see below - The heating & AC is very loud, need a surround sound to watch TV loud. - All the wood (including the floors) are cheap. The wood floors scratch easily, the cabinets look like ikea, and the wood doors are pretty cheap wood as well. - The dog run is very small and with 50 dogs, and since some owners not picking up after their dogs its not the most sanitary place to take your dog.

Do not move into this building. Its not worth the headache to deal with this management. If you want to be their least important priority then this is the place for you. The building is great, and the location is wonderful, but how its run will frustrate you. Here are a list of situations where management has proved negligent in the one year I have been here. 1. My 6 month old puppy was attacked by a vicious dog living in the building. This dog had previously bitten two other dogs, and management had no formal record of the dog despite its 2 formal complaints, and the tenant living in the building for 3 years with it. They took no responsibility for harboring a dog that the Minneapolis Animal Control Deemed Dangerous, not to be out of the apartment without a leash or muzzle. They put the entire building at risk. My dog spent 4 days in the ICU and nearly died. As a result, they have done nothing to change the condition of the building, or correct their wrong in the situation. 2. They consistently have dog urine in the hallway, and in the winter, on occasion dog poop in the hallway as well. Instead of purchasing cameras to catch the people doing this, they sent out an email. Nothing changed. 3. The glorious dog park they promise is very convenient. It's the sole reason I chose this apartment. But they never clean it, and have had several instances where the unsanitary condition has given dogs diseases and made them incredibly sick. They do nothing to keep it clean of poo and messes left behind. 4. They have faulty fire alarms. Have gone off 3 times this year alone, and flooded the basement shops in our building. They have done nothing to remedy them. 5. They rarely have front desk coverage. 6. Our apartment flooded, and they did nothing to compensate the 2 week long construction that took place afterward in our apartment. 7. There was an altercation in the hallway between two individuals that left broken glass shattered. They still have not placed cameras and are "hoping" someone will come forward. 8. People WILL park in your parking spot if you park in the outdoor lot, at least once a month. It takes around 4 hours for the towing company and management to approve, so you will have to park elsewhere a lot of the time. They have done nothing to remedy this situation. Most of all, the care for each individual tenants opinions of the building and needs and desires are not met. Spending so much money, you should not have to fight with management to do their job. Ask anyone in the building, they will have similar stories to mine.

Renter's beware... seriously! Do not be fooled by this "lavish" and "luxurious" new building in the Warehouse District of Minneapolis. I use those words sarcastically. We just relocated to Minneapolis in January from NYC and needed a place to rent for 6 months while we were finding a home. We had been to this area of town many times and in a way, it reminded us of SoHo in Manhattan. We scheduled a viewing of the building and immediately signed a lease, as they were filling up quickly. BIG MISTAKE! Now, I understand that the building is new, so it takes a while to figure out what works and what doesn't in terms of rules and regulations, but this place is just out of freakin control! I could go on forever. -Every single piece of carpentry in the apartments are crap. When we moved in, we were told our floors were "hardwood". It turns out that the floors are actually cheap laminate that have been glued down. We found this out because the boards themselves were coming up. A crew came in to fix the planks and just glued them back down, saying they were laminate floors. They scratch easily and are quite ugly. The appliances are low grade Frigidaire appliances. Our dishwasher wasn't even attached to the counter when we moved in, and it took a whole two months for them to fix it. The knobs on the doors pop off, because the doors are also cheap wood. Cabinetry is definitely IKEA. Even the counter tops are bad. We put a hot pan on top of the counter for 15 seconds and it basically burned through the finish. Beware of the bright white carpet in the bedrooms. If you stain them, they'll threaten to charge you an outrageous amount to have them steam cleaned, according to the lease. They use electric stoves, not gas. Horrible as well. -The heater/AC is crazy loud! I know these are lofts, but I've been in many lofts where the AC is very quiet. Just poor design of these apartments on their part. They even had a crew come in and replace a part on all of the heaters saying they would be more quiet. Didn't work very well. -Be sure to close your windows at night because of the loud and obnoxious drunk girls outside from 9:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday - Sunday. -The dog policy is probably the worst thing in the building. There is a leash policy that says, you need to have your dog on a leash at all times except when they are in the dog pen on the 4th floor roof deck. No one abides by it, and the building doesn't enforce it. People allow their dogs to roam freely in the halls, and to relieve themselves in the elevators while it sits there for 24 hours and isn't cleaned up by the janitorial staff. There are no breed restrictions, so we have a few pretty aggressive Pitbulls that have come very close to pretty much eating my Dachshunds alive because, once again, people don't put their dogs on a leash. At one point I sent a letter to management to which they kindly responded with, "thank you for bringing this to our attention." Like I said, they don't enforce guidelines at all. They just send out annoying little email blasts, telling everyone to be good or there will be consequences. Like we're 12 years old! Just look at the camera footage in the elevators and freakin FINE people! -There is a 7th floor roof deck/party room, which is kind of cool because it has a pretty nice view of downtown Minneapolis. Now, if people could actually use it, it would be even cooler. They rent that sucker out to everyone and their Mother! Every single weekend there is group of 50 or more drunk people partying all night long. Not only is it irritating that strangers are partying on YOUR roof deck in YOUR building, but they also have access to other floors from the 7th floor. All it takes is them getting into an elevator with a resident that gets off on a floor and they are free to walk about wherever they want. Believe me, we've had strangers knock on our door at 12:30 AM asking which floor they were on. There was a wedding this weekend up there, and it was also a mess. Why anyone would want to get married on the roof top of Else Warehouse is beyond me. The guests of the party have to use the same elevator as residents, so be sure to leave your apartment 30 minutes before you usually would if there is a function upstairs. -There is supposed to be a full time concierge on duty, but the building sends them off on these long daunting tasks, that they are never at the front desk when you have a question, or need your dry cleaning, or an important FedEx that was dropped off. -You are forced to get your cable through a horrible company called MultiBand. What a joke they are! Overall this place is a mess and I understand that my experience is probably much different than others. The building is pretty much full of people in their late 20's to early 30's, that party all night, lease fancy cars and make probably 50 grand a year thinking they're the most fabulous people in the world.

We've lived in ElseWarehouse for almost a year now and have had a great experience. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could. The strengths: - The staff are friendly, thoughtful, and responsive. We've always heard back from them within 24 hours regarding any questions or concerns and they genuinely care about being helpful. I also appreciate that they take the time to bring packages to our door. - Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Fernando is totally on top of things and is also a really nice guy. - Else has great amenities: cool lobby with lots of lounge space, nice gym facilities, and an awesome indoor/outdoor space on the rooftop. - The units have great character -- a good balance between modern and historic features. We love the look of the exposed brick and high ceilings. We're not sure why a previous reviewer criticized the cabinets; they look great and are very good quality for a rental. Also, as Alissa correctly stated, the floors ARE real wood and they're totally fine (they are just a bit thin and are glued down). - We have rarely had noise issues with neighbors. For a rental, the noise has been pretty minimal. - Else is in a great location. We can walk to many awesome restaurants (convenient for us and for going out with visitors!), we have easy access to freeways, and it's a quick walk to green space by the river. We've really appreciated having Whole Foods half a mile away. Plus, there is a lot of new development in this area and we're excited to see what restaurants or shops will open up next. I do agree with the other reviewers that the HVAC system is very loud and we have to adjust the volume when we're watching TV. The other issue we've run into is that our electric bill is really high because the HVAC runs almost constantly during the winter. The cool, historic brick walls are unfortunately very poorly insulated, so we lose a lot of heat. Parking is a bit tough. It's great to have underground parking for residents, but the spaces are tight and there are some sharp corners down there. It would be awesome to have more guest parking available for visitors. This may just be our unit, but lighting can be challenging. We use lots of floor and table lamps for supplemental lighting, but the bedrooms only come with one small wall sconce by the door and it's difficult to make the entire place feel well-lit. Overall, this is a good building with great staff. It's definitely worth considering if you're interested in living in this area!

I moved here from another Greco property in Uptown that was a lovely building but was just not my scene at all - too many empty beer cans in the elevator on Sunday morning, too many weeknights where I had to bang on my wall at 2 am to tell my 23-year-old neighbor to turn his music down. ElseWarehouse was a much better fit - mostly 20- and 30-somethings, but a nice smattering of older singles and couples as well. Overall, I thought everyone in the building was very respectful - I NEVER had a noise issue with neighbors (and yes, if you keep your windows open, you'll hear people leaving Bunkers or BLG - welcome to the North Loop, folks!) As a dog owner, I did find it a little bit annoying that some people would get lazy about picking up after their dog in the dog park, but I've found that to be the case everywhere I've lived. I thought the units themselves were great. LOVE the warehouse windows and all the exposed brick. Now, are the cabinets from IKEA? Maybe ... is that a terrible thing? I guess that's supposed to infer low quality, but I never had an issue with my cabinets. I'm fairly particular about finishes, and considering this is a rental property, I found the finishes to be perfectly acceptable. I liked the counters and the appliances worked fine. Everything was functional and aesthetically pleasing. The floors did seem to be a little cheap - I think they actually are real wood, but it's thin little slivers of wood, not the typical plank wood flooring. I can see how that marketing claim is a bit misleading, but the floors are fine. Didn't have an issue with the carpeting, either. At least all the doors are solid wood, and the washer/dryer is really nice. I'm not sure what basis for comparison other people are using, but if you compare this to your typical rental unit, these ARE high-end finishes. I had no complaints on that front and, now that I've moved into another apartment that bills itself as "luxury" but has the hollow doors and the crappy stacked washer/dryer with zero functionality, I'm missing the amenities at EW. Although I am not missing the loud HVAC units - on that point, I agree with other reviewers. It is too loud. You get used to it to a degree, but even with surround sound, I would have to adjust the volume of the TV up and down as the unit would kick on and off. Speaking of amenities - the gym is fantastic, it's awesome to have a small dog area on the 4th floor. I love the keyfobs to get in/out, and I was grateful for underground parking (although that is one TIGHT garage - plan to be VERY careful or to get a few scratches on the wheel wells of your car). And while the concierge isn't there 24 hours a day, they are there A LOT and are very helpful. They deliver packages to your unit if you so choose, and they generally will bend over backwards to be accommodating. There is a party room - and yes, residents are allowed to rent it out, that is the point! It's a gorgeous space and while it is usually rented on the weekends, a) there are plenty of weeknights when it's empty and b) there is a calendar in every elevator that shows when it is rented out, so you don't have to haul up there in order to check. I rented it for a full day for a department off-site meeting I had, and I was so happy with the whole experience, as were my coworkers. It's a gorgeous, functional space. They also have guest suites available for rent - AWESOME perk for when you're hosting guests. I stayed in a guest suite after my movers took my furniture but before I actually relocated into my new place, and it was so nice to stay in a fully-functional apartment that was homey and well-decorated. Also: LOCATION. The North Loop is my favorite hood in Minnie, and you're walking distance from everything here - the best restaurants, cute shows, the river walk/bike trails, etc. There's not a lot of traffic congestion in this block of Washington (except for people slowing down to valet at Borough/Bar LaGrassa) and I enjoyed being able to zip right out of my apartment and either over the bridge to Northeast or down Lyndale to Loring Park/Uptown or onto 94 for more distant locales. And even Washington Ave traffic closer to downtown wasn't as bad as I'd anticipated - I could walk to Whole Foods, but I usually drove because it was hassle free. Bottom line: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Else Warehouse as a great place to live.

Bloody Mary bar for the tenants every couple of months, does it get any better?! Matt does an amazing job facilitating this for the residents. Still loving it here :)

Great place to live - newly renovated warehouse! i moved in a week ago and have been thrilled with the whole experience. Brent has been a pleasure to work with in finding the floor plan that suited me and providing help during my move (even food and beer were provided!). The units are beautiful, clean, and have a lot of storage. The cabinets and appliances look better than some of the condo's I've looked at in downtown Mpls. The location is great, too... new restaurant and bar just opened downstairs and they have great food, drinks, and ambiance. The rooftop is amazing! You've got to see it to believe it. If you are looking for a place in downtown Mpls, look no further than Else Warehouse. The staff is friendly, the place is gorgeous, and all of my friends are envious!

This would be a 4.5 if I could give a half! I loved my time in Else. The amenities and staff (especially Jenny) are top notch for the North Loop! My apartment was gorgeous - from the raised living room to the exposed brick, I loved everything! The only two big cons with the building was the tight garage space and the loud HVAC in unit. Other than that, everything was great. If I move back to MN I would definitely move back into Else!
