Eltons Bar + Bites

We really liked this place, we went twice to have breakfast while we were in Mudgee The food was good, our coffee the 1st day was a little cold when we received it, but I think it was because the place was busy but our food was great I had the elton and it had everything 🥹. On the 2nd day, I had an avocado smash that was delicious,our coffee was great as well. Definitely, when we go back to Mudgee, we will be visiting this coffee place for sure.

This was a great find on a Sunday morning in the middle of a small country town of Mudgee. For a quite under stated surroundings it did have a good atmosphere and relaxed feeling. The food was outstanding and generous in size as well as value for money. I highly recommend the corn fritters with an added poached egg as it was very filling. The coffee was perfectly made and was the best I had all weekend. Service was prompt and staff were very attentive. Well deserved great rating.

Served by a blonde 50 year old waitress with a neck tattoo who was not accommodating at all, we asked for seating for 8 and were refused when the tables were essentially next to each other and free. The first thing we were asked to do when we sat down was wipe our own table.Food was a mixture of average and extremely salty. Would not ever come again and do not recommend to anyone visiting the area especially big groups.

Great spot for breakfast! We sat out front in the glorious morning sun. Bacon & egg wrap, banana smoothie and the acai bowl were all delish (for those DF, note the acai bowl has Greek yoghurt so ask for without, they were very accommodating). Haven't tried for any other meals but def recommend for great value breakfast!

Putting a 5 stars mostly for the Elton’s iconic pork belly, which was amazing! The glaze on it is so tasty, and was so good on the fatty pork belly. The rest of the food was good as well, but they could have had a bit more taste. For the soft-shell crab tacos and the sweet potato chips, I think the main problem was the aioli sauce, which was completely tasteless. For the fried chicken tacos, more sauce on it would have made it more enjoyable, in our opinion. But, overall, the experience was still enjoyable and the staff was really friendly. It was also great that we could bring our dog.

Had great smashed Avocado with poached eggs which were cooked perfectly. Omelette was great as well. Service quick, greenly staff and lovely atmosphere.

Very great hospitality and nice atmosphere. The foods are great and the kids love it. Kudos to the team who served us really well during our stay there.

Brilliant! Friendly staff, tasty food and swift delivery. Googled lunch places and this came up first. On top of general pleasant service, your guys added some extra bacon for my kid, free of charge when he enquired about it. Thank you for a great experience! Sunday surcharge came as a bitter surprise, but still didn't ruin the mood
