We booked this experience in advance. A down-payment is required (about half the price). Towels and flip-flops are provided along with tea, juice, fruit, and chocolates as you are in the baths. We were a group of 3 at 12pm and had the place to ourselves. It was quiet and nice to not share the pools with others. It was easy to move between the Turkish steam bath, the warm pool, and cold pool. The staff was very welcoming and ensured we enjoyed our stay. We were there for 1.5hrs including a 30min massage. It was worth the little bit more for the 30min - it isn't a super deep massage but relaxing nonetheless. There is a small changing area with lockers, a shower, and toilet - it can be tight if traveling with 2+ people or if other guests are also there, but manageable if you can communicate and decide who will use the space first.

The pools were very chlorinated. The hot pool is only warm and the cold pool is only cool but it was still a lovely experience. The steam room was nice and hot! I wish they had more temperature variety in the pools. I loved the massage. The massage relaxing and much better than I anticipated. I also loved they only admit a few guests at a time so the pools had plenty of space and lots of time I was alone!

The thermal experience was very relaxing, the bath was not too crowded and well organized. I also had an incredible massage from Cephise. Too bad that my girlfriend had a less pleasant massage experience with the other masseuse. The massage was too soft and oily for her. If you go there, ask for a massage with Cephise ;)

Lovely baths experience! Unlike the others in Granada, booking was easy through WhatsApp. Wasn’t too crowded and facilities were nice! Change rooms were tight so wouldn’t recommend getting ready there for the day. Massage was relaxing!

the staff was good but i came there with my black girlfriend and two women came out the pool as soon as we came in and came back inside the pool immediately after we came out. the place is just too small to accommodate more than three people. The massage was too soft, she is just rubbing your back a little instead of massaging it...The cloth thing you rest your face on while getting massage is smelling bad! The price is way too high for an experience like this.

I would not recommend this if you have ever gotten a massage before. TLDR; spend the extra money and go to the other hammam it was well worth the money. This place is cheap which I guess is why it left me so meh. The “hot” bath wasn’t hot at all, it only felt hot if you came straight from the cold pool which was only like 4 inches deep. The sauna was the only redeeming quality bc it has eucalyptus oil. The massage is really where it went down hill for me I understand this is more relaxing experience but I asked my masseuse for a bit more pressure and she legit told me they do not permit her to use pressure it was as light as a back rub IF THAT. The changing rooms were tiny with one toilet and a small shower that looked dirty. Overall the people were nice but the experience left a ton to be desired I was very disappointed.

40€ for 1hr15 is worth what you get. I loved the flavor of mint in the sauna. Didn’t know we got tea and fruit and bonbons but I gobbled it all. The massage was gentle but I left feeling like a piece of peace. Space was shared but they limit the people so not crowded. Only complaint is water could b hotter.

Lovely, friendly spa/sauna/massage. I visited twice in a week during the afternoons. Both times, there were only 3-4 other users, staff were helpful and the massages very relaxing. Everything was clean and organised. Would definitely recommend for value and atmosphere.
