Our room was beautiful & spacious but basic. Breakfast was a wonderful start to the day. Very quiet, beautiful, peaceful grounds. Cool museum on sight, too. The coffee shop was incredible with tasty treats, coffee, and food!! They had great service too.

The cafe here is my most favorite place to sit and have conversations. Very peaceful and wonderful service.

We enjoyed being in the old city of Beautiful Jerusalem. Also the the atmosphere of the courtyard was lovely, but unfortunately didn't have good experience staying in the guesthouse. We felt that some of the staff were not very friendly, Lthisa and one of the guests Grace were very friendly and kind and they made us feel welcome. So we are very grateful for them .

I spent four nights here during my stay in Jerusalem. While it was somewhat more luxurious and pricey than I'm used to, I appreciated the location smack dab in the middle of the old city, right across from the Tower of David Museum. I was there in November 2017 and the weather was unseasonably warm (25 C / 75 F), so I could appreciate the delicious buffet breakfast while seated outdoors in the verdant courtyard. Hearing the Christian service in the church being sung in Hebrew was a special treat. The staff were all personable and helpful. Highly recommended.

I can't imagine anyone rating this place at less than five stars. The location, the food (especially the coffee, nice and strong), and most importantly the people are the finest. I stayed there for three weeks and enjoyed it immensely. I was amazed that the workers were mostly volunteers, and from all over the world. They were uniformly inspiring and lovely people.

Kevin is a gem, he helped us take our bags to a shuttle.(as are all the staff.) Mordechai was very helpful as we navigated transportation and tour issues. The rooms are comfy. The meals are excellent. Tour groups get breakfast and dinner. For first timers to Jerusalem, good rubber soled shoes or sneakers are a must. The pavement is uneven stone.

Christ Church coffee shop is always one of my destinations when I enter the Old City. It is right inside Jaffa Gate so you can stop there on your way in or out of the city. This coffee shop also has great pastries and tea. One of my favorite things about this shop is that the bathrooms (one located inside and one in the back gardens) are clean and well maintained. Finding clean, FREE and well maintained bathrooms in the Old City is hard, so I always make sure to use the ones at Christ Church. This shop is also a great place to study, read, talk with friends, connect to WIFI, etc. The garden behind the coffee shop are very beautiful and creates a peaceful environment to be in.

This is the best hide away from the hustle in the old city!! They have amazing good coffee and food! Lovely seating and a clean restroom! Rooms are well kept and central to all the attractions in and around the Old City! Well managed and worth the visit!!!
