We had a very pleasant stay at the Embassy Hotel in Glasgow. Marlène, the host, was kind enough to arrange another room for us the next day with an accessible shower for our little boy, which was really nice of her, especially during the busy Christmas period. The location is perfect, right across from the Botanic Gardens, and the shops and cafes are within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, well-laid-out, and comfortable, but since it's self-catering, it is not always cleaned. The property also has a small parking area at the back, which is not always available. That said, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

We had an excellent stay at Embassy Apartments in Glasgow! The host was incredibly responsive from start to finish and kindly allowed us to check in early after our long drive up from Brighton, which made such a difference. The location is great too, so close to the botanic gardens, an easy walking distance to shops and coffee spots, and only a short Uber ride to the OVO for our gig to see Jamiroquai. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen which was really handy. The shower was super hot and powerful, exactly what you want after a long day out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I stayed for two nights at Embassy Apartments, Glasgow (Apartment No. 3) on a business trip, and the experience was deeply frustrating. The shower tap was broken throughout my entire stay. I reported it immediately on the first morning, but despite my complaint, nothing was done when I returned in the evening. I was told then there were no other rooms available and "there was nothing they could do", so I was left to improvise for two days without a proper wash — completely unacceptable for any guest, let alone someone travelling for work. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could at least pay extra for breakfast on the second morning, I was told my studio “was not eligible” for breakfast because it had a kitchen. No flexibility, no customer care, and absolutely no apology for the inconvenience. Poor service, zero accountability, and no basic hospitality. I won’t be returning — and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting even the minimum standard of guest care.

Great place to stay , very central, with some great restaurants and wine bars in reach and close by , along with Waitrose a short walk , the apartment itself was very clean , and has everything we needed for our stay , was comfortable and well maintained, only think I would recommend is a bigger TV for the wall as it’s a big room , and the small TV is lost .on the Wall , but that’s just my preference, not a Negative.

Paid £129 for a room for a night last minute. Did not know what to expect - but it was great. Close to botanic gardens and round the corner from West end shops and cafes. Room was large and clean, beds were comfortable - we had a studio apartment so y kitchenette included. Would def stay again

Great location for a West End stay in Glasgow, it's now our first choice hotel. Great communication and flexibility. Rooms are spacious and provide everything you'll need for a short stay. Shower was amazing BTW. Small downside extractor fan in bathroom isn't strong enough to extract the steam. Haven't tried the breakfast yet on any of our stays, must address that soon!! Highly recommended, especially with the on site parking........saves a lot of hassle in the West End!!

We stayed in one of the apartments connected to the hotel: Very clean Well equipped Friendly, helpful and responsive staff Comfortable, incl. a large bed Spacious Quiet Felt secure and safe Parking wasn't a problem Nice location - great position for Botanic Gardens, Kelvin Walkway, Glasgow's West End. This will be our go-to accommodation for subsequent Glasgow city breaks.
