Never in my life have I experienced service like this. Truly a VIP experience. The best caramel popcorn delivered to your seat. A lounge are where you are offered tea/coffee. Complimentary nibbles (and by nibbles I mean a chocolate fountain!!) while you wait for your showtime. A mini fridge stocked with drinks beside your lounge. Oh and someone brought my friend a blanket in case her legs got too cold from the AC.

Yes it is quite pricey BUT worth trying once. I would have liked if it were possible to order snacks to your seat in the theatre, and have them brought to you while you enjoy the movie uninterrupted. I didn’t have time to get a snacks plate before the movie, and couldn’t change my mind to go get some during the movie because the movie was too good to miss out on. I also did not like at all that pop corn and soft drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. You would think those are snacks that should be in the snack bar, right? Staff were great, design of the place was neat, and the lounges were super clean and comfy.

Embassy Diplomat Screens is the ultimate luxury cinema in Bangkok. The service is exceptional, the lounge feels like a 5-star hotel, and the seats are actually flat beds with pillows and blankets – pure comfort! Picture and sound quality are outstanding, and the option to enjoy gourmet food and drinks makes the whole experience unforgettable. Worth every baht if you want to treat yourself to the best movie experience in the city.

It was truly a great experience. There was a wide variety of snacks, the staff were very helpful, and the seating (bed) was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a luxurious movie theather experience.

Very nice theater. Plush seats and decor in the waiting area reminded me of a San Francisco Hotel called the Fairmont Hotel. Classy luxurious and easily a place to bring and impress your friends. Once you purchase your tickets you are invited to the array of snacks i.e. fried chicken mushroom over crackers and your choice of many more and alcoholic treats. The fried chicken is tender and moist. Very good. You can order beverages and have them delivered to your seat. So with temptation I had a nice glass of Merlot to sip during my view of the film Bruitist. A 3 hour really 4 hour movie of a Jewish man, an architect who goes through the hardship establishing work when landing in America, dealing with prejudice, a boss who takes advantage of him in many ways and a wife who has to tolerate his vices. The theater has director chairs which recline almost to a lie-flat but are comfortable. They supply a silk blanket in case you’re cold or want an extra pillow behind your head. Overall a really nice place to go, have drinks, bring your friends and see a movie if your choice. Highly recommended!

We have an amazing experience. The cinema looks luxurious. The "bed-like" flatseat was very comfortable. The service was fantastic. Welcome drink and food at the snack bar was very good. There's a mini bar next to the seat too. We will definitely visit again next time when we travel to bangkok.

Phenomenal experience! They have a wonderful lounge that you can enjoy before the movie starts, so strongly recommend coming early. Great selection of food and drinks and luxury movie experience

Exclusive experience for a movie right from the beginning to an end was what we’ve always undergone with the highly professional staffs full of great service mind. One person even remembered my name obviously because I kept coming back every month. Fortunately, there’s even discount promotions from some credit card and telephone networking companies you might need to check before purchasing tickets. Food available at lounge was quite impressive, and you could even order beverages like coffee, tea, or a supplementary glass of cocktail for getting you alert and ready prior to entering the theater where concierge would welcome and convey you to your bed, literally‼️
