Excellent value for money. We had 3 rooms (109,110,111). Superior rooms are exactly like shown in pictures of web site. Excellent spacious design. CLEAN High level of acoustic insulation. Stuff very friendly and helping!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They pretend they don’t speak English and will switch from Hebrew to English to add to the incompetence. I requested early check out due to an unforeseen situation and went back and forth with expedia and hotel management who showed zero understanding. Escalated my complaint to Expedia due to the ongoing construction at all hours of the day- jack hammering, drilling, shouting from construction workers. Rude/dismissive behavior from staff. Rooms are very basic- old and dirty carpet-gives a Motel 6 vibe. Construction happening right outside the hotel- extremely noisy!! Maid service equally poor- came back after hours and my bed wasn’t made. Not entirely sure what tidying If any even occurred. Additionally not family friendly- if you would like to see people walking around with rifles across their chest then this is the place. Dont recommend at all. Look elsewhere Editing to add video of construction taking pace at 11pm.

Great location in a safe neighbourhood. Easy airport access using bus 238 and the train. Clean comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Great location, friendly staff, very interesting hotel decor. A lot small touches like freshly cut watermelon in the lobby, tea/coffee options on some floors, sitting corners all over. Breakfast is overall good, but some more variety could make it better.

On 10/6, booked this hotel very last minute for a week, arrived 10 minutes after booking to find the pictures on Expedia are nothing like the actual hotel and the room. We took pictures of dirt and food on the floor, walls, and bed, it was gross. We asked the employee about this, the employee said this is the best room they had. We left (after being there for less than 10 minutes). The employee said that since Sukkot was about to begin the hotel could not provide a refund until after yontif when the manager would return. After yontif we called the hotel and the manager told us only Expedia can contact him, we were not allowed to contact him. He was very nasty and rude. He kept telling us that he held the room for us, when we booked it 10 minutes before we arrived.||We contacted Expedia, after a week of back and forth, the hotel finally gave us a 50% refund. We then called Expedia numerous times for the other 50%. On Sunday, 10/19 at 830AM, an Expedia employee told us that we had exhausted our efforts and the hotel refused to give the other 50% and there is nothing Expedia could do to help. I asked for a manger, she told us that she didn't have a manager, and eventually told us that she would have a manager call us. ||We are still fighting with Expedia and the hotel. We have pictures showing how gross this room was. I don;'t know why the hotel refuses to provide the full refund.

The Embassy Hotel is just outstanding. Great staff and super helpful. Very reasonable in cost. A beautiful additive is they have 24/7 coffee and tea together with cake a biscuits/cookies for everyone to enjoy. After 4pm you might be lucky to score a little tipple of Champagne.|Position is brillant 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Dizengof centre.|Highly recommend

Hotel is in a fantastic location, next to the beach and close to Dizengoff Street. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is a must.

Location is right off of the beach. Rooms nice and clean, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, AC in room, staff is very friendly and helpful. They leave snacks out for guests. Nice coffee shop around the corner. Very nice stay and would come back.
