On 10/6, booked this hotel very last minute for a week, arrived 10 minutes after booking to find the pictures on Expedia are nothing like the actual hotel and the room. We took pictures of dirt and food on the floor, walls, and bed, it was gross. We asked the employee about this, the employee said this is the best room they had. We left (after being there for less than 10 minutes). The employee said that since Sukkot was about to begin the hotel could not provide a refund until after yontif when the manager would return. After yontif we called the hotel and the manager told us only Expedia can contact him, we were not allowed to contact him. He was very nasty and rude. He kept telling us that he held the room for us, when we booked it 10 minutes before we arrived.||We contacted Expedia, after a week of back and forth, the hotel finally gave us a 50% refund. We then called Expedia numerous times for the other 50%. On Sunday, 10/19 at 830AM, an Expedia employee told us that we had exhausted our efforts and the hotel refused to give the other 50% and there is nothing Expedia could do to help. I asked for a manger, she told us that she didn't have a manager, and eventually told us that she would have a manager call us. ||We are still fighting with Expedia and the hotel. We have pictures showing how gross this room was. I don;'t know why the hotel refuses to provide the full refund.
