Unfortunately, the embassy does not answer phone calls or respond to messages. I submitted all the required documents along with a money order to cover the passport fees, yet they continue to delay returning my passport without any clear explanation. This kind of treatment shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for both Tunisian citizens and non-citizens who rely on the embassy’s services. I demand a prompt response and a clear timeline for when my passport will be returned.

Urgent Matter – No Response from Embassy One of my family members has passed away. I tried calling the embassy several times, but no one is answering. This is unacceptable. The embassy seriously needs to hire someone to answer the phone. It’s frustrating to see the ambassador focusing on taking pictures and showing off while the real needs of Tunisians living in the U.S. are being ignored. Something needs to change. The community deserves better support, especially in times of crisis.

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone. You are better off flying to Tunisia then getting someone to answer the phone from the embassy. Very disappointed. There job is to help and service Tunisia but in reality they are making are life harder. I’ve called left voicemails no reply. I’m not sure how they gotten that job but they need to be replaced.

They never pick up the phone. I sent passport for renewal in early August 24, still nothing back. I tried to call hundreds of times, I emailed, nothing.
