9 Best Hotels in Aruba, From Adults-Only Resorts to Family-Friendly All-Inclusives

"From the suite-style rooms to the on-site playground and splash pad, this is an optimal choice for families traveling to Aruba. The complimentary breakfast buffet and daily happy hour with two complimentary cocktails help guests stay on budget, while the proximity to Aruba's high-rise district and many lovely beaches makes it a great home base for travelers looking to explore the island. Of the 330 rooms, 134 are outfitted with a king bed, while the rest have two queens and can accommodate between four and five guests (ideal for families or large groups). Plus, kids under 17 stay free. Expect a joyful poolside experience—the resort’s centerpiece is large and shallow, with every corner full of families splashing and playing with inflatables you can check out from the poolside desk." - Jacqueline Dole

Staying here was probably the best part of our trip. It’s definitely not your typical “Embassy Suites”. We travel all the time as a team looking at and creating travel content for different hotel chains and we have yet to find another hotel with such dedicated and committed staff. Without a doubt everyone puts their best foot forward to make your stay a memorable one! Kudos to everyone that makes this possible! From Pablo the GM, to Eliana the SM, to Angelo FDM, to the E.Chef André, Junior and Remco from MKT for putting up with all our crazy ideas and requests… I could go on and on… so in short, if you’re ever considering going to Aruba and within that consideration is not Embassy Suites, I’m telling you now, you’re making a big mistake! The hotel is top notch, the suites have the most amazing unobstructed beach view ever, the secluded beach is so nice it seems out of a postal card and the private tunnel entrance makes it so unique you can’t miss it, even if your not staying in the property, you should definitely check it out! Anyways! In short everything and everyone was amazing it’s a can’t miss!!!

We had a great time at our stay here! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the view of the water from our lobby was absolutely stunning. It was also really easy to get to other beaches and shopping areas. The only thing that could’ve been better was the housekeeping. We asked for body wash a few times because the bottle ran out in our room and it never got replaced. It wasn’t until our last full day that they finally got around to it, and that was only because we had to ask another housekeeper on another floor to help us. It was a simple request that took days to get done. Besides that I would recommend Embassy Suite.

From the moment I arrived all was amazing.|| The location is unbeatable, offered the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. ||The staff was incredibly.||The suites were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate living area, kitchenette, and private balcony offering a magnificent ocean view that was breathtaking at sunrise. ||The complimentary made-to-order breakfast was a delightful start to each day, though it could get a bit crowded at peak times.|| The resort’s graffiti-adorned tunnel leading to the exclusive beach area was a fun and unique touch, and the beach chairs and palapas made lounging by the Caribbean waters pure bliss.||As a single professional seeking stability and meaningful connections, I found the resort’s vibrant yet refined environment ideal for both relaxation and socializing. I’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking a sophisticated yet welcoming escape in Aruba. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel itself is not bad. Very clean. Pool was amazing. Beach access was great. Most of the employees were great. Breakfast is crowded from 9-10, but that’s to be expected. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was a nice walk every night to all the nightlife and restaurants. |My issue was that we booked through Costco. I feel that we would have had a much better experience if we booked directly. I booked my room nature view sunrise, requested a king bed for our anniversary six months prior to travel. Upon checking in, they told us they only had queen beds left in our category. We were told that we needed to upgrade and pay a fee if we wanted a king bed. I did not want our anniversary spoiled by being uncomfortable in a queen bed so under pressure we upgraded to an ocean view room. They did offer us a patio, but we didn’t want that due to the all the noise and traffic outside our room. I have always booked through Costco but kind of always thought that Costco travelers were always treated as 3rd party travelers and did not have the same amenities as those who book directly. It has never affected us before until this trip. Costco said they would take care of the upgrade and they never did, they said they can’t reimburse us because we signed the upgrade contract. I thought Costco would protect their customers and they failed. We didn’t even get a shop card. If we wanted an ocean view we would have booked that in the first place. Also the resort was not at capacity whatsoever, I find it hard to believe they didn’t have a king in our category. Bottom line, don’t go through Costco, or other 3rd party vendors. I think if you go through Hilton, you’d be fine. I blame both the resort and Costco, mostly Costco. And congrats to Hilton, they made a few extra dollars from us.

The hotel was great. I love the fact that you are away from the crowded hotels down on Palm Beach . we were able to get a cabana every day and chairs didn’t have to be saved at 5 o’clock in the morning. The breakfast was amazing and the pool towel hut personnel and bartenders were friendly and always accommodating. The drinks and snacks were great. The only thing I would change is to maybe change it up to not have the same stuff Daly maybe add veggies and hummus and just other little things rather than so many carb options. We were so happy with the staff, remembering our birthdays and giving us a free cake delivered to the room, and the bellboys were so accommodating. The cleaning staff kept our room stocked with water and took care of us daily only thing I think it would change is the resort fee of $45. It was so hot to even ride the bikes I could see you paying $20 if you wanted that option for the Internet but I honestly think the $45 resort fee is a little high but otherwise I would definitely come back and we loved it very professional accommodating resort

The hotel has a fantastic pool, two free drinks per day at happy hour (house choice), service is good with the staff being responsive if a little slow. Cabanas are always available at the pool. Gym is adequate. Rooms are good if a little small I hate the material of the couches. Lots of balconies if you like. Hotel is very clean...staff was constantly tidying up things. It's not on any of the main strips but a short walk away which was nice. Small beach across the street with seating is also included.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay here at the Embassy Suites. The location was great, and the hotel and all the amenities exceeded expectations. Great breakfast! However, the staff were the best part of our stay - going above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Josue and Kevin at Splash were standouts. Very friendly, great bartenders and the exact personalities you'd want interacting with guests. Steven, the outside concierge who assisted with taxis etc., was so friendly and knowledgable. We love the perspective from the locals, and that is what all three of these gentlemen offered. Also, the omelette ladies ARE AMAZING! We can't thank you all enough for a fabulous stay and look forward to coming back.

Decent property, great large pool. Service is OK, not 5 stars though friendly and helpful. Food is average and not over priced. Short walk across the street to the beach. Room are well maintained and clean. Everything room seems to have balcony with ocean view. More family friendly place. Free breakfast is decent with good selection, nothing too fancy. Note you have a 5-15min walk to get to other restaurants All an all worth the cost and nice place.
