9 Best Hotels in Aruba, From Adults-Only Resorts to Family-Friendly All-Inclusives

"From the suite-style rooms to the on-site playground and splash pad, this is an optimal choice for families traveling to Aruba. The complimentary breakfast buffet and daily happy hour with two complimentary cocktails help guests stay on budget, while the proximity to Aruba's high-rise district and many lovely beaches makes it a great home base for travelers looking to explore the island. Of the 330 rooms, 134 are outfitted with a king bed, while the rest have two queens and can accommodate between four and five guests (ideal for families or large groups). Plus, kids under 17 stay free. Expect a joyful poolside experience—the resort’s centerpiece is large and shallow, with every corner full of families splashing and playing with inflatables you can check out from the poolside desk." - Jacqueline Dole

The hotel has a fantastic pool, two free drinks per day at happy hour (house choice), service is good with the staff being responsive if a little slow. Cabanas are always available at the pool. Gym is adequate. Rooms are good if a little small I hate the material of the couches. Lots of balconies if you like. Hotel is very clean...staff was constantly tidying up things. It's not on any of the main strips but a short walk away which was nice. Small beach across the street with seating is also included.

Combined family of seven. We have two rooms adjoining. Great accommodation! We chose not to have ocean view. Very quiet on the backside of the hotel looking over the canal. Awesome windmill view.|Staff is incredibly kind and friendly! Super clean. Bird bikes, available to sign out for two hours - pedal assist is the way to go!|Food is incredibly good but a bit pricey. Breakfast included in cost. Swimming pool area is huge with age-appropriate areas. |Starbucks and the far corner of the lobby was a lifesaver. Needed whole milk for the baby. Also a great option of snacks and sandwiches.

Decent property, great large pool. Service is OK, not 5 stars though friendly and helpful. Food is average and not over priced. Short walk across the street to the beach. Room are well maintained and clean. Everything room seems to have balcony with ocean view. More family friendly place. Free breakfast is decent with good selection, nothing too fancy. Note you have a 5-15min walk to get to other restaurants All an all worth the cost and nice place.

I went through Costco travel for the first time with their package deal and it was phenomenal! I chose this hotel based on reviews and the fact it had a private beach (WELL WORTH it!!). |Everything about this hotel was amazing! Service and people were great! Rooms awesome! Breakfast was best I’ve had and I’m retired military travelled over decades! |Yeah the sweet birds got annoying at times but so what. The rest made up for it. |Stay here, especially if you have everything included, you won’t regret it!

We chose Embassy Suites by Hilton primarily for its closeness to the beach, in room sink and microwave and large hot tub. We were very happy with the location, A tunnel with murals leads you across the street to a small beach. About a half mile from Eagle Beach (where low rise hotels are) to the left and Palm Beach to the right where the high rises, shops and restaurants are located. |We are walkers and did not mind the walk even in the heat. The local bus stops outside the hotel to take you to Oranjestad, the capital, about 15 minutes away. The Butterfly farm is practically next door to the hotel. The free breakfast in the morning was amazing. Each afternoon at 5, there is a free cocktail hour with snacks and two beverages per guest. |Concierge was great in helping us book an amazing afternoon cruise and snorkeling trip. The pool is huge, although the odd angles were hard to avoid. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean (there were three of us so had two queen size beds). Most rooms are ocean-facing, as was ours. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic resort. Clean, crisp ,new rooms in a fabulous location. Minutes from the airport. Super large pool and steps from the beach. The front desk staff morning and night very helpful and all smiles. The young man outside , whom helps with bags, taxi service etc is top notch. The place is beautiful all around. We will be back and the full breakfast is simply delicious. Thank you Hilton this property is a winner 5 Stars.

We liked the resort. Very clean and inside staff is very friendly. We were not happy with the daily “resort fee” after paying as much as we did the our room. We didn’t get the room we requested either. Claimed our room was an upgrade but I find that hard to believe we were the furthest from any elevator or stairs. We had an issue one day at the pool. We ordered salads for lunch and it took over an our to get them. Not acceptable at all. We also had to wait way too long to get a beverage because there were only 2 bartenders for the afternoon happy hour. The lack of staff was the problem. Not the actual staff that was working.
