9 Best Hotels in Aruba, From Adults-Only Resorts to Family-Friendly All-Inclusives

"From the suite-style rooms to the on-site playground and splash pad, this is an optimal choice for families traveling to Aruba. The complimentary breakfast buffet and daily happy hour with two complimentary cocktails help guests stay on budget, while the proximity to Aruba's high-rise district and many lovely beaches makes it a great home base for travelers looking to explore the island. Of the 330 rooms, 134 are outfitted with a king bed, while the rest have two queens and can accommodate between four and five guests (ideal for families or large groups). Plus, kids under 17 stay free. Expect a joyful poolside experience—the resort’s centerpiece is large and shallow, with every corner full of families splashing and playing with inflatables you can check out from the poolside desk." - Jacqueline Dole

Third time staying here. We love the location of this hotel. It’s right in the middle between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Set far back from the road with a huge, beautiful pool and plenty of seating. It’s nice that you can order a delicious lunch by the pool and drinks. Breakfast included is a huge plus - very good with omelets made to order, fresh fruit, oatmeal, danishes, toast, bacon, potatoes and more! Hotel staff are all super friendly. Beach is nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the larger beaches and is surrounded by a nice natural area, not other hotels, which we love. Rooms are small suites that are clean and comfortable. Perfect relaxing vacation here!!

Housekeeping was amazing. Staff is amazing. The hotel was always incredibly clean. The beach across the street with cabanas was a great perk. We had no trouble getting a cabana the day we went over. Eagle beach is a very short walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was large, hot and had quality food. This was one of the biggest perks. The only let down is the reception they advertise. I believe on the website it said it was 5-7pm. In person they said 5-630. But they often stop replenishing at 6 and I fully believe this is some peoples dinner so unless you are super aggressive you won't get any food. It makes the whole experience not pleasurable. When I came in from the pool at 6 and the one lady was taking things away, I asked if they were going to be bringing more out and she said no its done. There was nothing but a jar of salsa.

This not an advertisement! My spouse and I love the Caribbean and we both have stayed at many resorts. Never have we experienced the hospitality and such genuinely sweet people like the staff at Embassy Suites Hilton in Aruba. Another refreshing thing - Aruba is safe, the tap water is better than any bottled water(desalination plant with RO). Never did we feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or harassed to buy trinkets and other junk. Every restaurant was very good (Fodors is a great tool for finding the good ones) and they were reasonable. The people are courteous and genuinely friendly beyond what we have experienced anywhere else. Almost every contact we made was unbelievably sweet, respectful, nice and helpful. Almost, every single staff member at ES has been fantastic. Juan, Franco, Hamilton, Darlene, Norbey, and many others were so nice and gracious. We needed a break from our caregiver life and we definitely were needing to be rejuvenated. So thankful to Vickie Mogilefsky for leading us to Aruba and to Teresa Garcia for picking this place. God willing we will return! Next time soon with more friends and family!

The hotel was perfect, not too crowded, always enough palapas for everyone, and a great amount of pool chairs. The pool was huge! The location was really nice, not crowded and on the path to the city center where you can take a short walk to grab dinner:) It’s super safe and people are always out and about walking, the walk is refreshing. Breakfast had a lot of variety, I love how there was an omlette station and always fresh fruits/vegetables. It was super clean, we often ran into housekeeping, they really do an amazing job. Most of all the staff was the best! Everyone there was so open, chatty and kind. Thank you so much to the ladies at breakfast who sang happy birthday to my mom, the staff on the beach who were funny, entertaining and chatty, to Denzel at the front desk who was very helpful and nice, and of course to Isaac who always came to say hi and make us laugh. The staff really made the stay 10x better, and our trip one to remember

Great value. Good for families, groups or couples. The hotel pool is terrific with plenty of cabanas (reserve one early). The staff is very attentive. The beach across from the hotel is just ok. However, a short 10 minute walk gets you to one of the nicest beaches in all of Aruba (or anywhere).

Great staff.. Albi at the front desk I forgot the front deak manager and the hospitality employee that I called hospital staff.. They where so nice.. The bar staff... All on point the. Godfather drinks! Whom ever was the bartender that knows what that is was the one that did me right!! And the basil lemonade with tequila! .. The crew at the front tho they take the cake.. OMAR!! DE LA CRUZ Steven, and I forgot the other one name but he had a beard with a baby face 😂.. We had a great time.. Only thing was we had a issue with a wet smell in out room but the front desk moves up to a better room with the pool beach view with no issues.. Just an FYI a king size here is a queen size in America so get cozy with your spouse 😂.. What we liked was the location iris a 15 min walk to either eagle beach or Palm Beach downtown area (which was the better area to have a great nightlife).. Also liked the exclusive beach across the street was perfect for us that wanted one more beach day before out late flight... The pool team the towel hut team... The entire staff lidith and the house keepers..the morning breakfast crew . Did us all great

We had a great time at our stay here! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the view of the water from our lobby was absolutely stunning. It was also really easy to get to other beaches and shopping areas. The only thing that could’ve been better was the housekeeping. We asked for body wash a few times because the bottle ran out in our room and it never got replaced. It wasn’t until our last full day that they finally got around to it, and that was only because we had to ask another housekeeper on another floor to help us. It was a simple request that took days to get done. Besides that I would recommend Embassy Suite.

We booked this hotel through Costco. Pros- Room facing canal was quiet and had beautiful sunrises. Breakfast was included and made to order omelets.yummy. All staff was helpful and friendly especially Omar. Free early evening drinks and snacks. Hotel had a beautiful pool and well maintained. Place never felt crowded. Location was far from hustle bustle but relaxing and quiet Cons-Hotel Beach was not good. Small and rocky. Go to Arashi Beach or Eagle Beach instead. Hotel bed was hard. Housekeeping didnt clean very well. I spilled shampoo in shower and it was there the next day. Afternoon snacks consisted of cheese, doritos and cheese doodles, and sometimes fruit. Drinks weren't that great either. Since it is is far away from hustle bustle you spend a lot on cabs. Rent a car if you plan to explore.
