Excellent! Lobby is gorgeous. Breakfast was awesome -especially the fresh made-to-order omelette. Check-in was friendly and quick. Rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed the balcony with view of river. Looking forward to trying this hotel again in the summer. Bathroom and shower were beautiful and clean. Impressed with the phone chargers on night stand and the spacious room layout. Disappointed that we missed evening reception but will try next time. All in all, a great experience and will visit again as long as price stays reasonable.

Our room was overpriced due to it being Valentines Day weekend. I travel often and therefore totally understand the value of paying for what you get. But for over $400 a night, I expect way more quality of a room, and it was very basic/average. The lobby, bar/lounge, and aesthetics were very nice, comfy, and welcoming. Enjoy those areas more than the room. Stayed one night as we were in town for a concert. The free happy hour and free breakfast made up for the overpriced room and were actually a great added bonus. Would stay again but at the normal hotel room rate versus the upcharge.

Justin helped me with my booking was real helpful and informative when I walked in from the cold winter weather advisory that was in effect. He gave us two complimentary drinks to the bar and of course I spent more there to lol. I was in town as a vendor for the bridal show. Room was excellent. Service was awesome. Breakfast was so good in the morning omelets were on point. Parking was cool in the garage. I had a lot of stuff and the elevators were useful and easy to access. Would stay again next time I come with no hesitation.

We just spent the weekend at Embassy suites downtown Grand Rapids for my daughter's wedding. We had a large block of rooms for the family. Our time at the hotel was great. It had a beautiful interior, very clean rooms, great pool area and the staff went above and beyond for us. They accommodated all our needs. They provided a delicious breakfast with an omelet station made to order. They also gave us an amazing price per room for our family. I highly recommend this hotel. We also left something very important in our room after we checked out and they immediately notified us that it was found in our room.

We loved the indoor/outdoor hot tub. It had lots of space in the room and pool area. Breakfast was clean, hot, and delicious. The staff was friendly. You do have to pay for parking and walk a little bit. The Starbucks in the lobby was nice each morning to have. We’ll definitely be back!

Great new or newly renovated rooms. Great view on the river side. Fantastic straff. Kae(SP?) at check in made me feel welcome and appreciated. Kati in the bar was super service minded. Monique came and checked on house keeping and found they had missed my room so she took care of refreshing my room without being asked. Super service.

Google
Marvelous experience. Family had 3 rooms for 2 nights; 2 were adjoining. All 3 were superb. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exquisitely good. Parking at $25/day for a cold garage was not the best. But the best was . . . I accidentally lost a car key fob in my room. After returning home, I filled out the form, the hotel found the fob, and returned it. Saved me $400-500. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Embassy Suites, and both were excellent. We'll be back.

Beautiful faculty. Great staff. The room was excellent, with a great view of the river. Breakfast is excellent. The made to order omelets were very good. I highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
Everything went well. Had a room block for guests to our daughter's wedding. Our sales manager, Sonja, did an outstanding job. She responded to all my questions and changes and request in a very timely and professional manner. Our guests had nothing but compliments about the hotel and the services they received. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast and pool and hot tub were the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. We loved the evening reception and room service. Literally, every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. Everyone at this hotel does their best to make the guests feel comfortable and welcome .

Yelp
Excellent hotel with a good location near the heart of GR. Right on the river, easy parking, easy walk to downtown and local breweries/restaurants, a nice lobby and bar, and large rooms. What more can you ask for, one of the best Embassy Suites. And the breakfast was excellent!

Yelp
We booked a Queen Suite for a family staycation last weekend (January 2024) - huge success and kids loved it! I am a huge fan of the Hilton App and the contactless keys, etc. You get into the garage, into your room, the elevator, the pool, and out of the garage with your phone - SO convenient. The hotel itself is so nice, modern, and spacious. Our kids loved the water feature and live wall in the lobby. Our room was clean, and plenty of room for us to stretch out. The wet bar was a perfect size, too. Fridge, sink, counter space, coffee machine, etc. Plenty of towels in the room, as well. The pull out worked perfect for the kiddos - the sheets and pillows were in a easy to access bag in the closet. The rooms share a bathroom but have two doors separating each room. They also share a door btw the rooms themselves. Only the seating area with the couch had balcony access. Warning, if you dont get river view, you will be looking at the parking garage's cement wall... that did not bother us in the least bit. The pool is on the second floor and is so nice and spacious! Lots of seating, tables, etc. The pool is decent size and the hot tub is larger and is indoor / outdoor - in the middle of a blizzard the kids thought it was awesome. You can also access the pool balcony and look outside with all the glass windows overlooking the river. Pool opens at 5:30 AM and the gym is attached to the pool area, as well. The hotel hosts a happy hour from 6-8 I believe? You get two free beverages per room and you can upgrade for a discounted price to a higher level option. Happy Hour includes apps. One of our favorite things about this hotel is the amazing breakfast buffet - it is the largest one I've been to at a hotel. The had oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, milks juices, coffee, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, bagels, french toast, toast, english muffin, pastry, cereal, and an omelet station. Huge fan of the omelet station! Made to order, fresh and so good. Huge buffet area, so you aren't on top of each other and lost of seating, too! We did go down as soon as it opened at 7AM because the hotel seemed pretty full with an event that evening and a hockey tournament staying overnight... so it was pretty early yet. Another bonus is the Big E's restaurant / sports bar that is attached to the hotel. Convenient, good food, lots of beverage options, outdoor seating, and lots of big tvs. Looks like we will be coming back since the kids loved it so much, great option for Grand Rapids staycation!

Yelp
This place may look nice but it's HORRIBLE!! Stayed in room 749. Went in the bathroom and found a LONG piece of hair in the shower. Did the cleaning people not clean the shower?? NASTY!!!! The bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on concrete. When I go to a hotel I wanna be able to sleep and this bed was NOT it!! WAY too hard. The clock is also horrible cause it gives off WAY too much light. When I sleep I want it to be dark. I don't need a nightlight. Evening reception? More like a joke! Went down to see the snacks they said they had and it looked like something from a bad backyard BBQ. Tho even that is probably better. They had carrots and broccoli with ranch dip that looked like it had been sitting out for hours, some cubed cheese which wasn't on ice or anything, and some Goldfish crackers. Really? This is your idea of a nice spread? For the way this hotel looks I'm sure you can do better. Definitely would not come back! I'm only here cause of my job.

Yelp
We cannot say enough about this hotel. We were here for our son's marathon, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely helpful, with great eye contact, and friendly smiles. The room was impeccable, and seemed to be newly renovated. The complementary breakfast sealed the deal with a made to order omelette station. The full serve Starbucks counter was great also! Even parking was a cinch! Kudos to the management and service oriented staff of this stellar operation! Not sure if all embassy suites are this awesome, but we will be seeking them out in the future to find out!

Chris D.

Yelp
I have to go to Grand Rapids, MI several times a year for work and this hotel is my go-to. It is always clean and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. The complementary evening reception at the White Water Lounge was staffed by some great bar tenders - Casey, Moe, and Caty. There are 2 EV chargers in the garage so I could charge up for the ride home. And the morning breakfasts are the best! Made to order omelets and buffet-style scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and French toast are always a hit! Plenty of hot coffee and cold beverages. I truly do love staying at this hotel!

Yelp
After a 4 night stay, the embassy suites is absolutely my go to hotel in downtown Grand Rapids Check In & Lobby - Our check in was as easy as it gets. The front desk staff was friendly and we were in our room in no time. The lobby is beautiful. There's a two story Waterfall art display that extends to the Bar on the second floor. There's plenty of couches to lounge in this spacious lobby with vaulted ceilings. There's a mini-store adjacent to the front desk to pick up drinks and snacks if need be through your stay, which we did with no issues. Room - Our two queen bed room was huge and fantastic. The first room offered a working desk, sofa and flat screen TV. It was like a mini living room to lounge in. The bathroom was spacious, contemporary and clean. We had a sink and fridge to keep our drinks cold. A coffee maker was also present but we didn't use it. The Second room housed the two beds with another flat screen TV and we had a balacony. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and I slept very well through our stay. Amenities: On the second floor, there was a lounge with a full bar. The food served out of there was tasty and the bartenders were on point. There was a happy hour that offered complimentary drinks and snacks of which the area got extremely busy. The hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The staff making your personal omelets were super friendly and had omelet game. All the breakfast offerings were fresh and the coffee was on point. This was a fantastic breakfast setup. This embassy suite was one of the best I've come across. I was very impressed with the facilities and service. I visited to play in the Beer City Open Pickleball tournament and if I compete next year, I will definitely be staying here. Cheers!

Yelp
We had an incredible time during our stay, thanks to the amazing staff like Christina who took great care of us! Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a nice dividing door between the bedroom and rest of the hotel room. Plus, we enjoyed the stunning views of both the river and city from our balcony!

Amanda F.

Yelp
This was a nice place on most levels. A couple notes: my kid found a tobacco canister under the edge of the bed, in an obvious round metal canister. Housekeeping, please don't leave that for my kids. Not safe. Second, there were bright lights in the bedroom that impeded our sleep. I put the alarm clock in a drawer, but there were still bright blue lights coming out of its plug or USB or whatever, inches from my face in the bed, and we couldn't figure out how to unplug the darn thing, the first thing we do in any hotel room. Finally, please give us a printed placard with basic hotel info. I can't remember all the things they tell you in rapid fire at checkin while I need to pee and move the car. We went to the bar that seemed to be attached, and they really rudely told us we couldn't bring drinks to the room. If you'd given us printed info, we would have known there was a bar one floor down from us, and spent money there. D'oh. Otherwise, it was a good hotel. The staff was great to our kids especially.

Scott O.

Yelp
This is a wonderful hotel near the river and not far from downtown and the major expressways. A newer location from what I observed. The lobby is gorgeous. The waterfall effect is really cool. As is the staircase to the second floor bar/reception area. The room was really nice. Clean. And everything was spot on. The best part was breakfast. This was the best complementary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Nice spread of everything you might want, and two cook to order chefs too! Amazing. Manager here deserves and A+ There is a $20/day parking fee which seemed a bit steep to me. I'd raise the price a bit and eliminate that annoying charge. Staff were good but in my observation just seemed a bit off and perhaps not well trained in customer service for this type of place. No issues though. Just not the professionalism I'd expected after seeing the place. Overall I'll return. It's nice.

Marlene Y.

Yelp
We were here for a class reunion down the street. Great views of the river, fish ladder and surrounding area. Good for breakfasts, walking tours and access to transportation. Lovely rooms and quite quiet considering the number of people present. Downsides- families abuse common areas at night resulting in sticky elevator floors, garbage and food leavings in breakfast areas and overtaxed staff. Go on weekdays only. Also, add some heartier food to happy hour. If you do visit, tip your food service staff, please. Daily cleaning of rooms is a must as well. That should not be optional.

Cayla S.

Yelp
Easily one of the best hotels I stayed in. Clean, spacious, and modern. I'd happily stay here again. Parking is $20 in the garage, but I'd check street parking before paying. While breakfast was included, we didn't eat here although it looked good from a distance. The lobby is a sight to see upon entering! We stayed over the New Year's weekend so things were a bit pricey but not too bad.

Robin O.

Yelp
I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Just from check in and parking, everything was pretty easy. Everything was beautiful and new. My husband didn't want to leave the shower because it had a fantastic rain head option, and I loved the foot peg for shaving. We like that they had a cocktail hour with some light snacks from 5:30 to 7:00. It felt like a very who's who crowd. Security is good with a key card required for floors 3 through 10 on the elevator. The bed was nice, and we like the charging stations on the bedside tables. Are only issue with this hotel. Was the noise outside our room. We were facing the parking garage in room 307 and the alley made every motorcycle and loud car echo for hours at night. Breakfast was to die for. I can't believe such a huge breakfast was included. Skip that Starbucks line, unless you're just dedicated to one specific drink. They had iced coffee along with the hot coffee on the breakfast bar and it was just fine! You could get eggs your way or an omelette, they had biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, French toast, fruit, oatmeal, etc. A bakery area with bagels and muffins was available as well. This will be our go-to "fancy" hotel for Grand Rapids from now on. The adjoining rooms were so helpful with teenagers, and the location is near loads of dinner options.

Beth H.

Yelp
Pricey hotel but worth the cost for the quality and convenience in downtown Grand Rapids. The conceirge was very professional and helpful with recommendations. The king suite was amazing with an excellent view. We were on about the 7th floor. The street noise could be loud on a summer weekend, but it was worth the view. Plenty of eateries nearby or a short drive away. We chose this hotel since it was walking distance to the music venue. The breakfast is fantastic but don't be late. It's shut down promptly. They clearly were short staffed but managers hopped in to help out in the dining area. Private parking garage was extra but came with in and out privileges. Great stay, great hotel.

Tammy F.

Yelp
Before staying at a hotel I check out pictures and try to capture images and get information not already posted. What I can add is that early check in isn't guaranteed so call ahead. Coffee bar in lobby offers limited Starbucks items but is only open 6:30-1:30. I have attached the menu board in my pictures. Breakfast bar is amazing and has something for everyone or you can order at the grill, please tip cooks! Guest laundry on second floor is a nice feature but you need quarters. The manager special is 5:30-7 and strictly serves only 2 drinks for free but you can upgrade those as described in my pictures. Don't forget to take your cards they give you at check in. Again, please tip bar tenders. The snacks were cheese, chips, crackers fruit and yogurt both times we went in. There is a fitness center but I highly recommend getting your exercise by walking around the neighborhood. The park across the street has sidewalks, shade and even exercise equipment along the paths. I will stay here every time I travel to Grand Rapids for sure.

Xu A.

Yelp
This hotel is beautiful. I'd give this review 5 stars had it not been for our terrible night and subsequent morning. We chose the topmost floor (7th) at the very end of the hall (room 755) to avoid noise and instead got stuck by 4 very loud rooms. We asked the kids to stop running in the halls 2 separate times during the night. This was the absolute worst part: While walking down the hall to checkout, all of the parents stood outside their rooms and heckled us: "Is THAT the Karen?" They eyeballed us the entire walk down the hallway. We literally had 3 kids under 5 years old! One of the men also caught the next elevator car and smoked a cigarette by the hotel entrance while we loaded our car. To the terrible people who ruined our experience: Go home. To the hotel: Please monitor who reserves rooms and do not allow underage kids to have rooms. Thank you, however, to your security who promptly acknowledged our noise complaint and spoke to our neighbors within 5 minutes of being alerted. We loved how beautiful this property is. The rooms are large and spacious. The shower was huge. The pull out couch was super rough to sleep on - I could feel the metal frame through the mattress. Our kids loved the shallow swimming pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our complimentary drinks, appetizers and hot breakfast. We'd definitely choose this hotel again for another staycation. Sorry for the complaint.

Chris W.

Yelp
Outstanding property and staff. Property was only 2 years old when I stayed in it, like new as with Covid hardly anybody has stayed in this hotel since it opened 2 years ago. Staff was super friendly and very inviting in all areas of the hotel. The accommodations were fantastic and view of the river was great from my room. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Trisha L.

Yelp
Don't bother. Traveling with babies and the first room they gave us stunk so bad of smoke we had to move. No restaurant menu to b found in room. Was told to Google it. One coffee cup for 2 people and we didn't notice till we got up with the baby at 530 am. Sliding shower head broken. Not a good value. Good breakfast and dining staff tho.

Melissa W.

Yelp
Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean, lots of space. Customer service was professional, and efficient. Nice outside upstairs deck, etc. Parking is easy, and very safe.

Natalie T.

Yelp
This place is really nice! This was my first time staying here and I was really impressed. I believe the hotel is fairly new and it showed. The lobby area was large and beautiful with a very interesting water fountain. I also love the free included breakfast with the waffle station, omelette station and fruit, yogurt and oatmeal. The evening reception with snacks and drinks was also a nice touch. I'd say the rooms were a really nice size and I loved the fact that every room was a suite. I really enjoyed the shower as well. The staff were really friendly and accommodating as well. The only thing that I didn't like was the parking. I thought it was quite costly. This seems to be the trend at all hotels in downtown Grand Rapids though but I wish it were less expensive. All in all, I had a great stay. I would stay here again and I'd recommend it to someone looking for a hotel in the area.

stacy g.

Yelp
In a few words: Valet team: accommodating Lobby: GORGEOUS Front Desk Staff: meh Room size: perfect Beds: cozy Bedding: scratchy In-room carpet: bubbly Shower: modern Shower door: ajar Most memorable employee: Iris Reception hour: busy In-room microwave: precarious* Pool: high five HotTub: unique Elevators: fast Cleanliness: spotless *never go without footwear in room 747. The microwave is at toddler eye-level. Glass shards ev.er.y.where Overall quite satisfied. Not happy with their microwave placements. Obviously.

Yelp
If you ever find yourself in Grand Rapids this is where you want to stay. This is my first time visiting this city and this hotel stay has made it one of my favorite places. Where so I start, the rooms are so spacious...I stayed in one of the king suites with a river view that has a very nice balcony with two chairs...I just wish they had put a small table out. The room is so big they could actually fit another couch in the living area. They have large tv's that you can connect to Netflix, Youtube and other streaming channels. One of the best things is that they have wireless phone chargers on the nite stands!! The beds are super comfy and the showers are amazing. Check-in was breeze because I did it on the Hilton app and got a digital key...so love that!! There is a parking garage connected to the hotel and valet parking but there is also street parking that is free after 5pm on weekends not sure about the weekdays. Also, I found out that the city offers complimentary bus shuttle service to the downtown area that picks and drops off right in front of the hotel. If you have ever stayed at an Embassy Suites then you know all about the made to order breakfast and the evening reception with free cocktails and snacks. The bar inside the hotel is a round bar with seating indoors and outside and the staff was all very nice and fun to chat with. There is also a sports bar connected to the hotel that is really nice so basically you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want. I highly recommend this hotel it was worth every dollar!!

Jen G.

Yelp
Awesome hotel! We got a room with a balcony and the view was great. We ate breakfast out there every morning and had a beer there each night. Kids loved the pool, especially the hot tub that was half inside/half outside. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good but crowded. Better to get there early.

Mike A.

Yelp
Rooms are amazing and huge. Front desk service courtesy of Tara was exceptional! Wish I was staying more than one night.

KT M.

Yelp
to the folks at Embassy Suites GR, hope you're enjoying my sweater that I KNOW I left in the dresser drawer and wasn't turned in. when I called about the left-behind item, the staff person wasn't able to login to the system to check on the item (he told me he'd call back and never did). I was transferred to their security department to inquire about the item. The voicemail was full and no message could be left. when I was finally able to talk with a live person, all they told me there was no way to track when or what staff cleaned the room - I find that difficult to believe. all they could tell me was that they're not responsible. Completely terrible customer service on this. I absolutely know I left my sweater there. I would hope what they are responsible for is hiring honest individuals. the entire process to talk to anyone and complete a report was sloppy and mismanaged. it was at least my second visit in 6 months. will never stay there again. Enjoy my sweater!

Thomas M.

Yelp
Loved the hotel. The front desk person, Jade, was a delight. She followed up twice in 3 days to make sure everything was going well. The rooms were large with a sitting room, wet bar, and large bedroom. In the mornings they had a first rate free breakfast with cooked to order eggs. The rest was on a buffet which was nicely done and kept fresh. From 5:30 to 7:30 they have a managers reception at their second floor bar. The place was hopping as the drinks were free and they had light snacks. Looked like most people were taking advantage and the bartenders knew how to keep the people in drinks. The hot tub was great and had an inside and outside hot tub that were connected. Perfect temperature and kept very clean. The entire experience was great and the team deserves a big kudos for the hard work. Would highly recommend.

Christie H.

Yelp
I had the privilege of attending the Ribbon Cutting celebration for the brand new Riverfront Embassy Suites and Big E's Sports-bar and Grill. The event spaces upstairs will accommodate groups of 12 - 250. The rooms are a refreshing change compared to the typical hotel rooms that are offered throughout GR. They even have a room called 5 feet to Fitness where there is a variety of fitness equipment right in your room. If you are visiting and looking for a nice Hotel. Do not pass this place up!

Dave N.

Yelp
Had a fabulous time! Stayed here for the Founders Black Party and a show at 20 Monroe Live. We took the Dash back and forth which was extremely convenient! The manager's reception in the whitewater lounge was wonderful, as was breakfast. My favorite part must have been the view though, hard to beat a sunset on the Grand River!

M M.

Yelp
I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast two times now. The first time was great and food was very good. The second trip the food was very good .. the omlet and the waffle was excellent. But the service was really bad. Most importantly this time the place was filthy. The bathroom floor had dirt on the floors. And the carpet and floor in the eating area is dirty. There is food on the floor and small infects on the table as I ate. The cleaning crew doubles as a host.

Lilly P.

Yelp
100% would stay again! This hotel is beautiful. The suites have huge TVs, robes, kitchenette, and slippers! The hot tub is half inside and half outside and it changes colors. Plus they only allow adults in the pool from 10:30 to 11:30 which is nice. Unlimited complimentary drinks at the bar for 2 hours in the evening! And they're high quality decent sized drinks. They also had snacks with the drinks. The service is amazing. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with made to order omelettes. My husband and I had an amazing time! One area for improvement would be that our room had food in the microwave from past guests, there were what looked like a bit of webs on the ceiling and the wall paper had bubbles that could be fixed. (Suite 500) every hotel has room for improvement but it was hard to find flaws here. we will definitely be coming back!

Christina W.

Yelp
I normally hate staying in hotels but I highly recommend this Embassy Suites. The hotel was super clean and brand new. This is honestly probably the best experience I've ever had with hotel staff. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure you have anything you could need. They even remember you and take the time to get you know you. They have free cocktails and appetizers every day from 330-630ish. The breakfast was fantastic as far as free hotel breakfasts go and they had a cook to order omelette bar. I would absolutely stay here again.

Erhan A.

Yelp
I love everything about this hotel, the food, the service, the rooms, the amenities, the laundry service, I have never had a problem and I have stayed here maybe four or five times already. It is everything you could want in a great hotel for a business trip.

LuLu H.

Yelp
Stayed here for four nights. Even with all the construction going on in downtown Grand Rapids, it was relatively easy to get to and from the hotel. The valet parking guys are kind and attentive. The front desk check in was easy. They provide a two hour happy hour daily along with breakfast. My first room was a balcony overlooking a concrete wall and I asked to move and they were very gracious about it and did so immediately. The reason for the three stars is housekeeping. Every day I felt like they didn't clean the room. Daily I left $5 and I clean up my room so it's really a pretty simple job. One day they left me no coffee and no creamer and dirty glasses. The next day they left the wastebasket on the vanity and a dirty towel on the back of the toilet. The last full day there, I just put the do not disturb sign on the door because I didn't want housekeeping back in my room. Then I got two notes from the manager saying they reserve the right to inspect my room at any time.

Jacob C.

Yelp
Breakfast was great, view of the city over the river was outstanding! So much to do around the city in relevance to location of hotel! The room was awesome! If you plan on having someone special with you this is the hotel to be at! My girl was very excited to stay here! Staff is always helpful!

Audrielle K.

Yelp
This was a great experience at Embassy Suites, I think it's a great place to stay. They serve free breakfast in the morning and the rooms are so beautiful! In my Opinion my least favorite was the pool because it was to small but the hot tub was big and it was inside and had a little curtain that led outside. The pool had amazing lights that changed colors!!!!!

Mary K.

Yelp
Our long weekend stay here was terrific. The lobby is very nice, check in was friendly and super easy. The manager's reception every evening between 5:30 and 7:30 was very nice. They had beer, wine, mixed drinks and some snacks available. They even had the outside bar somewhat heated so we go to enjoy the pretty yet chilly evening. The bartenders were very friendly and kept things moving along so everyone was served fairly quickly. It was impressive how they only had 2 bartenders but the wait for drinks was very low. You could even upgrade the "house" drinks for $4. They also had breakfast which was the usual buffet along with a made to order omelette or egg section - which was very good. The dinning area was very nice, and the busers were very attentive. We had food and drinks in the sports bar in the restaurant - food was good and server was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name she was great - very helpful and attentive. The only negatives I could find was it was odd that there wasnt a fan in the bathroom and I wish our room, since there were 4 on the reservation was prepped for 4. There were only 2 cups, glasses etc in the room - which was an easy call to the front desk and was granted quickly. All in all we had great stay and would be back.

Yelp
My family of four had a great stay here. It was probably the cleanest hotel I've been to. The staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet was included. The adults also got a free drink and appetizer in the evening. The room was very spacious. There is also a pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Apparently housekeeping doesn't exist. Came back from a long day to find my bed made but trash can still full and nothing else touched. I asked for them to take care of it and came back from dinner to a large pile of towels, a bag full of soap and shampoo, and two glasses left outside my door. I truly felt like I was at the motel 6. Many other things happened with the front desk being incompetent. I will say the bar staff and Big E downstairs was good. Definitely not worth your money.

Yelp
We stayed here for two nights and it was a nice experience. This is a new hotel, so of course everything was in good condition. Our room was clean and comfortable and had some nice little touches like wireless charging built into the nightstands, in-room Netflix access, bathrobes, and dim lighting under the vanity in the bathroom. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food and drinks available. We did not take advantage of the manager's reception during our stay. Parking was easy to get to and access. The staff was all very friendly.

Yelp
Amazing hotel!!! Not only are the rooms over the top classy, but the service is extraordinary. I arrived and couldn't find my phone while checking in. The entire staff dived in to help me find it. Paul (Valet Dept) went above and beyond to check my car and reassured me we would find it. Then, Sydney (Security) jumped in to find out how we could locate it through iTunes. I don't know any other hotel staff that would be inclined to help anyone find a phone. They were even ready to search the trash for me! April (management staff) and Angel (front desk) were so courteous and sensitive to my predicament that they were offering the world just to please me. From the moment you walk into this perfectly designed facility, you feel pampered and recognized. You're not just checking into another hotel. I travel a lot and recognize a great team when I see it. Trust me, this is a winner! Thank you, Paul, Sydney, Angel, and April for being true stewards for this Embassy Suites / Hilton hotel!!! They have everything: a great sports bar, a wonderful fresh breakfast cafe, convenient supply station, a lovely bar, and a inviting lobby with a beautiful water feature.
