Embassy Suites by Hilton Santo Domingo

We stayed here while attending a family wedding in March. We upgraded to a King Corner Suite with our Hilton Honors and selected our room using the app. It's a stunning building with amazing views from the higher floors. Check-in was a breeze with friendly, professional staff to greet us. Help was offered to bring in our luggage from the car. Emmanuel was very helpful at the front desk, providing details about the hotel amenities and local restaurants. The evening reception featured some light bites and "happy hour" type specials on beer, wine, and cocktails. This was a great time/place to meet and decide on evening plans. The rooftop infinity pool provided breath-taking views and a relaxing getaway from the street level traffic. Vianely was kind enough to show us around the pool area and fitness center, making sure we found towels, loungers, etc. There's also an outdoor bar by the pool. At breakfast, Rafaela greeted us with a warm smile and guided us to their HH Diamond members seating section. There was lots of variety offered from an omelette station, to pastries, cereal, fruit, eggs, waffles, meats, cheeses, juices, coffee, tea, and more. Our room was well-appointed, modern, clean, and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom featured floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was big and comfy. The living area and bedroom each had their own TV. We were amused to find Wendy's and Krispy Kreme both within walking distance. We can never resist those doughnuts. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Great Location and Amazing Views. This Hotel has everything you need and at a great price. Rooms are large and very clean. Restaurant has a great variety and great taste. Staff is super helpful. Will come back every time. Roof top view and design is very nice.

Absolutely amazing experience. We stayed 10 nights in this hotel. Good food, good staff and great service. Great variety at Buffet breakfast and every evening they offered 2 drinks (alcoholic/non alcoholic) and snacks complimentary for each guest between 5.30-7.30pm. We stayed on the 23rd floor and the view from our suite was truly amazing! Highly recommend! Will definitely stay there again!

This was a great place to stay when I was vacationing in Santo Domingo. The hotel was amazing and staff there were very friendly, professional and helpful in whatever you needed. For starters the room was fantastic and very clean and well suited for my stay, I was on the 6th floor and located where I could see the city along with a view of the hotel pool. I also dined there a few nights and had breakfast and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed everything about this location and want to thank the staff for great hospitality and a job well done. I will be coming back next year and will stay there again and will be looking forward to seeing everyone. Thank you all and be Blessed! Travis

Large, beautiful and clean suites. Not exactly sound-proof so I was thankful to have quiet-ish neighbors. The club across the street was pretty loud so just prepare for that. I was fine as I am a sound sleeper but it was going strong Monday, Wednesday and Thursday while I was there 4 days. The service is too notch. Breakfast was very good which included traditional mangú. Coffee is good. Pool closes at 9pm. Stunning views. Not huge but adequate. The gym was also not huge but seemed fine. I would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

I frequently stay at the Embassy Suites Hilton Santo Domingo during my business trips, and this hotel has never let me down. They are incredibly consistent when it comes to cleanliness, service, and overall hospitality. The rooms are always in excellent condition—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is ideal: centrally located, yet with easy access to the main highway that leads straight to the airport—perfect for avoiding the heavy city traffic. There are several great restaurants nearby, including a 24-hour spot right next door, which is always a plus. What really sets this hotel apart for me is the staff. I’ve been staying here for over four years, and many of the same friendly faces are still there. They even know me by name, which adds a personal touch that makes me feel right at home. I give this hotel five stars and truly hope they continue delivering the same excellent service I’ve experienced time and time again.

I don’t like leaving a bad review on any business but I had to this time. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious! The staff is very helpful and nice! But If you are looking to get a good night rest do not stay here there is a club near by that plays extremely loud music all night long. very disappointed could not sleep or get any rest on vacation can not wait to leave and go home. Will never be back. BTW I am Dominican and love music but the loud music all night is ridiculous!!!!
