We had such an incredible experience at Ember Sheepfolds! The setting is stunning — indoors or out on the terrace with views of the Keel Crossing — and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. 👏
What makes Ember special is the monthly cuisine change. We visited during Hong Kong month, and the food was outstanding. Favourites included the Crispy Mushroom Bao (VE), perfectly fluffy and fresh, the Prawn Toast with real prawn and crunchy sesame topping, and the Chicken Satay, cooked to perfection with a fragrant peanut sauce.
Delicious food, amazing atmosphere, and something new every month — a must-visit in Sunderland! ❤️
