EMBERS OPEN FIRE GRILL

I really wanted this place to be good but it just wasnt. We waited SO long for our food even though there was barely anyone there, only to be told that they’re out of lamb and to replace it with the beef (which was sooo small). The food tasted very bad, not worth the prices stated. They gave me a Wrong order and out of stock 2x. Be more prepared when opening a restaurant. I live here in the building so i expect future food to be improved and better next time around.

I visited for the breakfast buffet. While the variety of dishes was not extensive, everything tasted fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the restaurant itself was very well designed with plenty of tables and seating available.

Lava cake and tomahawk steak are to die for 🧡🧡🧡 Aglio olio is good, pasta cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The drink experience is new to me. If you use different colored glasses, the drink will taste different. It was fun! 🥂

Each cut was juicy, tender, and full of smoky flavor, enhanced by the selection of house-made sauces (the chimichurri was my favorite!). The portion was generous, making it ideal for sharing (or indulging solo if you’re extra hungry!). 🐟 Fresh Catch – Simply Outstanding The "Fresh Catch of the Day" was another highlight—we opted to have it both steamed and grilled, and it was cooked to perfection. The steamed version was light, delicate, and infused with aromatic herbs, while the grilled whole fish had a deliciously crispy skin and moist, flaky flesh. Served with zesty dipping sauces and fresh veggies, it was a true taste of seafood excellence. 🍽️ Impeccable Service & Attention to Detail The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu. They provided great recommendations and ensured every dish arrived perfectly timed and presented. 🌟 Final Verdict – A Must-Visit in Jakarta! Whether you're staying at Swissôtel or just exploring Jakarta, Embers is worth a special trip. With its stunning views, inventive drinks, and expertly prepared dishes (especially the grilled meats and fresh seafood), it’s easily one of the best dining experiences in Mega Kuningan. 5/5 stars – I’ll be back for more!

Taste of the steak was surprisingly great. They have a 200 gram buy one get two promotion every day.

Celebrating birthday dinner in here, very spacious, good presentation and well organized, assisted by Jia who help me to arrange the table and the reservation, greeted by Fitri and served by the rest of team is very helpful , kudos to all of them , glad to be come back in the future!

Kind staff and chef. Delicious food and the lively open kitchen atmosphere. Especially, the dry-aged beef is something you must try at least once.

Newly opened in Apr 2025. The place is very relaxing & good view. Very good service & excellent food.
