This B&B is a real gem in Yellowknife. Great value for money, rooms are very clean and you instantly feel like home. The rooms are decorated with a lot of details and love. Faith and Ken are warm hearted and friendly hosts, providing recommendations and information about Yellowknife, the NWT and its history. Would definitely recommend staying at Embleton when visiting Yellowknife. Location is great as well, quiet and safe neighbourhood, but restaurants, shops and bars are in walkable distance.

Great place room was awesome and affordable and the house mom was great and accommodating with us. Will go back every time we're in yellowkinife. Super clean and ample parking and close to amenities.

Just arrived back home from Yellowknife. We stayed at the Embleton House B&B. I cannot say enough great things about their bed and breakfast. The room was very clean and cozy. They provided everything needed for a wonderful breakfast. Ken and Faith are the most gracious host and hostess. They were always making sure we had everything we needed. We asked a lot of questions about the best place to view the Northern Lights, restaurants, and questions in general. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions. If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay, you can't go wrong if you stay at the Embleton House Bed and Breakfast.

I had a very good experience in there, the rooms were clean, and the owner/staff was very kind. One thing is that although not that far from Yellowknife downtown, it could be very cold to get around to grab some food downtown.

I am so gald I found this place for my trip to Yellowknife! As a solo female traveler, safety was my top priority. And this BnB met all my requirements - safe, friendly, approachable, great location and clean! I stayed at Embleton, run by the wonderful couple Faith & Ken, for two nights in March 2023. I stayed at one of their very reasonably priced private suite. It was spacious, with all amenities one could need, and was very clean. The location was perfect - 5 mins from the city centre and restaurants. I was in Yellowknife mainly for the Aurora tours, and I was lucky to see them both nights. The tours I had booked knew this BnB and had no issues finding this place to pick me up for my tour. Faith and Ken were very warm, very friendly and very approachable - I highly recomment staying here on your next trip.

The accommodation are top notch-we stayed in a suite for 4 nights in October.||Our overall experience was excellent. A Lovely clean suite with all the extras such as spa tub & fireplace. Faith provided all you need for breakfast such as eggs, bacon, cereal hot & cold, coffee, tea & more. The location is great as you are 5 min walk to the Main St. No problem parking a car at the B&B. If you can catch the Northern Lights that is a bonus. We had nice weather. Faith & Ken are excellent host & will be missed when they retire.

Had an amazing stay with Faith. She is the sweetest! The b&b is so well managed and you know a lot of Love was put into maintaining this place. Her rooms are all uniquely decorated with different themes. She made us feel like home when staying here. Price is very reasonable and the location is very convenient. Only a few minutes to downtown. Also you can make your own meals if you want and she will have breakfast ready in your fridge. If you need any tour recommendations she will gladly tell you. Highly recommend!! I will be staying here again when I come back to Yellowknife.

This B&B is as close as one can get to a home away from home. I found it to be a quiet, lovely place to stay. Faith's decorating is beautiful, with a different theme in each room, and she even did all of the embroidery on the towels herself! There is nothing they overlooked in the presentation of the house. I loved having a place with a very well equipped kitchen for so much less money than a hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
