Google
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is widely recognized as a premier aerospace engineering institution, often referred to as "The Harvard of the Sky". Faculty at Riddle are amazing researchers and educators. Graduates from here are widely recognized as top candidates for employment in their fields. Many alumni are successful engineers, industry leaders, and even astronauts. The opportunities afforded by these connections open a lot of doors for students. The sky is not the limit here, it is just the beginning.

Easy to get around, beautiful campus, friendly staff and faculty. We hope the education is good - will update when we have that information. Year 2 - great education, small class sizes and access to professors. Advisor is very helpful and responsive.

This is a really cool place to learn. The professors I have are really nice, and seem to really care about our future. The dorms are pretty good and the food is great. Since it's a small campus you can access everything fairly easy. Skateboarding, biking, one wheeling, ect are all great ways of traversing around campus. Though everything is still within walking distance. Overall a great school and you are bound to make great experiences.

Great school. People who go here know what they want to be! This adds so much value to the classrooms. It really sucks when you go to a university where the students don't want to be there and don't know what they want. They just don't put in the effort when doing group projects or study groups.

Free spot, featuring a replica of the Wright brothers plane, including statues of the brothers. The campus is quiet and beautiful. Definitely a photo worthy stop if you're in the area. Excellent for the flight afficionado. Very close to the race track and Volusia mall.

Great campus. The student led tour was informative

Google
So much for being military-friendly. They only accepted 9 of my 20 military credits even though they were relevant to the degree I wanted to pursue, making it clear they don’t truly support veterans. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the perfect place for you.

Yelp
Son just started at Embry-Riddle. So far, I'm impressed with the staff and accommodation. Perfect size school.

Yelp
First some fun history - Embry- Riddle was founded as a company in Ohio in 1925 by entrepreneur Talton Higbee Embry and barnstormer John Paul Riddle. They soon founded the School of Aviation. In 1939 Riddle partnered with John McKay and started a pilot school in the Fritz Hotel in Miami partnering with the University of Miami to provide flight training under the Civilian Pilot Training Program. It is no longer only a school for pilots and aircraft mechanics. The university now offers more than 40 undergraduate and graduate degrees with nearly 32,000 undergraduate and graduate students annually with students from all 50 states and 125 nations. The Daytona Beach campus was founded in 1965 when the Miami location was closed and has more than 5,100 students. I know several friends who work here and one on the board of representatives. If you are interested in an aviation focused career you need to look into this university. Daytona is a great campus with wonderful faculty. Several of my friends and colleges store there planes here as well and give the students access to use them for training. They trust the students with there very expensive toys and they are kept in great condition at the campus.

Yelp
I stayed a stone's throw from Embry while working in Daytona and got to play a little pick up basketball there. Really nice campus, and you couldn't ask for a better location.
