Had a great time stopping for a wine tasting and charcuterie board as we camped through New Mexico. What a great atmosphere! We sat on the porch and watched the sun set on the mountains. Bought 6 bottles of wine for the remainder of our camping trip!

Everything about it was fantastic! Out of the ones in the area this is the one you should definitely stop at. Cozy atmosphere with great seating outside. Joe was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and could tell you the history. Of course my favorite was the reserve red but honestly, they were all good and I’m not even a white drinker. They had great flavor and a very unique character. Everything was very clean ample parking. What a great way to take a break from the drive and enjoy yourself. There was several different wineries in the area. This one is the don’t miss. Say hi to Joe for me.

Down to earth tasting house with a quaint wrap around porch with live music playing to the small yard area. Wines came in a decent variety and the staff were friendly and helpful to inform about the wines we tasted. The tasting itself worth the price as the pours were healthy with a possibly circle back at the end. A nice place to visit if staying in Taos. The Rio Grande is walkable from here with a river rafting atmosphere to boot.

Wow! So happy I was introduced to this incredible winery. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and very friendly. The location (conveniently between Taos and Santa Fe) is idyllic, and the winery itself is quaint with gorgeous hardwood floors, local art, a baby grand piano and live music on a regular basis. And the wine! The Rincon Reserve is my new favorite. Thanks for such a great experience.

Lovely wines and a great tasting experience. I didn’t know what to expect when it came to New Mexico wines and I was incredibly impressed. The wine maker has been in the wine making business his entire life and recently started his own venture. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Loved all the wines we tried (and left with a few to take home). We will be back!

Small selection of wine (compared to other wineries around) and I was not in love with any of them. No food except oyster crackers. They are still working on the space, but right now there are a few outdoor tables. Nice staff.

Definitely stop by! Tastings are only $10 for all of their wines. They had 8 available and we tried 4 dry whites and 2 dry reds. All of the wines were great and the Viognier (white) and Racecourse and Rincon reds were excellent.

We stopped in here on the way from Taos to Santa Fe and I am so happy we did. The ambiance is incredibly homey and the wine was absolutely incredible. I have only had Chardonnay that I liked twice in my life and this was one of them. The owner Amanda was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about wine. I would absolutely come back here. If you’re driving between Taos and Santa Fe you cannot go wrong by making a quick stop here!

Yelp
Wonderful service provided by the staff on a cold day in December. There were so many great wines that a flight is the way to go for first timers to Embudo. Highly recommend.
