I recently stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The place is relaxing, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were very welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel at home right away. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially loved the view from the balcony—it was perfect for sunrise and sunset. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. What really stood out was the pool and there is beach view . Both were well-kept, and it was easy to just sit back and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It’s definitely a great spot for family vacations, couples, or even solo travelers who just want to relax. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to unwind and enjoy nature. I’d love to come back again soon! 🌞

We stayed at this great hotel in August 2025. It is our second stay here and we loved it. The hotel is on the rover on An hoi island Hoi an surrounded by we maintained tropical gardens. The room staff and service are excellent. Maya met us on arrival and welcomed us back. Maya was excellent and very accommodating. Big shout out to Kit who gave a great friendly service by the pool every day. See you again soon. Very impressed with both the rooms and amenities. The photos on their website are correct. Very good value for the money....4 minute walk to the night markets and old town. Everything is walkable to the restaurants, shops and entertainment if you want. Thankyou to Houng (wait staff) and the girls working in the restaurant. They make the best coconut coffee Ive ever had in Vietnam. Will be back ...

The best hotel we had in Vietnam so far. The location is great, the staff very friendly, and the pool is a cherry on top. We had noisy construction in front of our room (from the neighbouring building) but we were moved to a different room free of charge. This was really appreciated. From 12am to 6pm there is "Happy Hour" at the pool side where you buy 1, get 2 drinks. What a great suprise, highly recommended. Only notable downside is that for a 4-star hotel, the furniture is a bit outdated, but that did not affect our stay in any way. We rate the hotel 5/5, would definitely come back if we are ever back in Hoi An.

The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the old town, the night markets, and everything you need. It made exploring Hoi An easy and enjoyable, especially with kids. We booked two garden-view rooms overlooking the pool, and both were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool area was a highlight, offering a relaxing spot to cool off during the heat of the day, with a lovely view of the river in the background. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety, and we found the room service to be excellent – fast, tasty, and convenient. Another bonus was the complimentary bikes, which we highly recommend for riding around the quiet nearby streets and along the river. The gym was small but functional – perfect if you’re happy doing your own thing with free weights and basic equipment. Overall, this is the perfect spot for families: start your day walking into the old town, retreat to the pool during the midday heat, and enjoy the short stroll to the bustling night markets in the evening. We highly recommend Emerald Hoi An for a comfortable and well-located stay in Hoi An.

Love this place. Resort is amazing overlooks the river and a quick walk over the bridge to the old city. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Had a premium which faced the river ground floor and walk out to the garden. Loved sitting there in the afternoon after a relaxing dip in the pool. Great breakfast selection. Staff are fantastic and helpful a big thank you to all of the staff especially the dining and pool staff. Thank you for being so friendly makes a stay better again. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort. The highlight for me was definitely the beautiful pool and the relaxing view over the river — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The rooms are decent and come with a balcony overlooking the pool, which adds a nice touch. The location is perfect to visit the city, just 5-minutes walk from the center. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Prices are very reasonable — when compared to similar accommodations in Western countries, this place is incredibly cheap for what it offers. Another nice perk is the availability of free bicycles, which is great for getting around Hoi An. Just keep in mind that the bikes are quite old and could use some maintenance, but they still do the job. All in all, a great value for money and a peaceful place to stay while enjoying Hoi An.

Gorgeous little hotel with lush gardens and a lovely pool with attentive staff. Many thanks to Quang who knew exactly when we wanted a bucket of beers or a yummy cocktail by the pool. Comfortable rooms and a nice view from the riverside room. Not much to fault! Perfect location also, out of the hustle and bustle but quick to walk into old town. They even got me a little cake for my birthday! Thanks to all the lovely staff
