Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort

We had a fantastic stay at the Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort. We stayed for six nights. Our room was large and comfortable. The included breakfast had lots of choices and the food was excellent. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff remembered us each morning and they knew what we liked. They even noticed when we missed breakfast one morning, due to an early tour. The hotel is located very close to the night market and Old Town, but far enough away as to not be affected by the noise. We would definitely stay again, and we highly recommend the Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort.

Lovely hotel in walking distance to the river and the old town. There are lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby. The room was great and loved the balcony for an early morning coffee with river views. The hotel facilities were great and enjoyed chilling by the pool after the hustle and bustle of walking around the old town. Great Breakfast buffet with Vietnamese and western options. The best thing about the hotel were how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. From the gardener, the restaurant staff and to the hotel manager everyone always had a smile on their faces. The manager was really helpful by recommending some good quality places to get shoes and clothes made, since there are so many places to choose from. We also made use of the free bicycles to explore the nearby area and the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent resort! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The room is very spacious and has an excellent view of the pool. The lounges are comfortable. I would come back again. The buffet breakfast is excellent and happy hour drinks 12-6pm is great too. There is surrounding construction which is a bit noisy but ear plugs do the job! It’s a great location walkable to the old town but in a more quieter area

It is a great place. Although it is within walking distance of the old town, it is far enough away from the crowds and noise, making it perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday. The hotel has a lovely pool, and the room and bathroom were very spacious. Special thanks as well for the nice breakfast and the friendly staff.

I recently spend 6 nights at the Emerald Riverside resort in Hoi An. I had stayed there twice before, once in 2019 and again in 2023. All three times I have stayed there, it has been in the 1st week of December.|The whole process from booking the room, arranging the airport transfers and checking in was seamless.|The rooms are well presented, clean and tidy. My room was a double deluxe with a view of the pool. |The location is prefect, close enough to the "old town" to walk there but far enough away to not hear any of the noise from the "old town" nightlife.|The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to assist the guest.| A special shout out to the Maya at the front desk. you have exceptional customer service. Thank you|I will Definitely stay at this hotel again.

I can highly recommend this gem of a hotel in Hoi An. The staff were so friendly and so very helpful when the town was flooded and we had to leave by boat. |My room was lovely with all amenities, plenty of towels and every day 2 complementary bottles of mineral water. |I enjoyed the meal served in the restaurant, the happy hour and the breakfast buffet was great.

I recently stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The place is relaxing, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were very welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel at home right away. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially loved the view from the balcony—it was perfect for sunrise and sunset. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. What really stood out was the pool and there is beach view . Both were well-kept, and it was easy to just sit back and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It’s definitely a great spot for family vacations, couples, or even solo travelers who just want to relax. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's really close to the night market. It was nice to have a Korean restaurant nearby, and it was really convenient to leave the laundry right in front of the resort. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but I was happy every morning with the view of the pool and the river :) There were many lizards because they were nature friendly, but I spent my free time looking at the garden and the river and my mom enjoyed walking every morning.
