Our stay at Emerald Downtown Luxury Suites by Continental Group was absolutely excellent! ✨ Everything in the hotel feels brand new and perfectly maintained to a very high standard. The suites are spacious — we stayed in a 32 m² apartment with a lovely balcony, which was clean, fully equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. Nothing was missing! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from all the main attractions of Budapest and literally one minute from Váci Street. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. All the hotel staff, without exception, were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. There’s also a nice spa where you can book different massages and treatments. In the lobby, there’s an excellent coffee machine and other hot drinks available free of charge — such a thoughtful touch! The lobby itself is cozy and welcoming, a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Budapest! 🌟

This is a very well located, central, modern and clean hotel. It is also very well priced. The staff were nice, the shower was excellent and the beds comfortable. It's in a pretty square next to a Servite church and opposite a fun Mexican restaurant. The bedroom was quite small, which I guess explains how affordable it is, but that is the only complaint I can think of. Highly recommend - we would stay there again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! I looked around to find a good hotel in Budapest and chose this one as it had everything I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. If I ever visit Budapest again, I will definitely stay here again! The rooms were so spacious and I loved that the bathroom was separate to the room as a lot of hotels I looked at the bathroom was so close to the bed/ in the middle of the room which I didn’t like. The shower itself was so powerful and had different settings. The beds were unbelievably comfy that I actually decided to spend one night just watching tv in bed because it was so peaceful! The coffee machine in the room is a great touch as well and replenished daily! The decor of the place as well is top tier and beautiful. They have a bar as well and a sauna which is great for how well priced the hotel is! Also the location is great within walking distance to most places or the bus/ tube station, as well as only being a 5 min walk from the airport bus stop! Thanks for a lovely stay!

This hotel is truly one of the best I have stayed in. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable, with everything you could need within easy walking distance. I arranged taxis to and from the airport through the hotel, and both arrived early and were very reliable. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The bar was a great place to relax, offering excellent drinks and delicious food. Breakfast provided a wide variety of options, with something to suit everyone. Overall, the price is absolutely worth it, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

We stayed at the Emerald Hotel for a full week and loved every aspect of it. The location is great. It’s surrounded by charming streets with lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities, and is just a few minutes’ walk from the bus station near St. Stephen’s Basilica and other sites. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good and had a variety of fresh selections. The hotel staff was top-notch, every one of them. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and paid attention to details. The Emerald Hotel was one of the reasons we loved our visit to Budapest.

Such a great hotel in prime location with a wonderful breakfast and very professional staff. Only thing was a bit dust in the room but after a quick call to the receptionist our room was cleaned better. All and all this is a great value for money and 5/5 in every aspect!

Honestly, my experience at this hotel was the best ever! We booked the corner room, which was absolutely amazing and spotlessly clean! The housekeeping service was fantastic — always quick and efficient. The breakfast was truly wonderful, with such a rich variety of options, and the staff overseeing it constantly checked that everything was perfect, replenishing items whenever something ran out. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! The staff at the reception were also extremely polite and welcoming! The location was AMAZING — right next to the city center but on a quiet street, so there was no noise at all. The public transport stop was just around the corner! We also really appreciated that we could check in earlier and check out a bit later. Overall, everything went so smoothly, and I honestly recommend this hotel without hesitation!

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Budapest, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Service in the hotel was just brilliant. The hotel has a great bar, the staff very knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent. I have to give a special mention to Timi, she was so attentive and happy to help.
