Budget friendly hotel with premium service. What struck me first about Emerald Hotel was how clean it was, The decor is relaxing from the moment you walk in and the hotel staff on the front desk are very welcoming and professional. The welcome we received was wonderful, with advice about where to eat and how to get around. Our room was a little on the small side but was spotlessly clean and perfect for our short vacation in Budapest. They have a very stylish bar towards the back of the hotel and spa facilities. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and inviting, the girls on the front desk always went above and beyond. We would 100% stay here again and I want to thank all the members of staff at Emerald Hotel for making our stay in Budapest truly special.

Very good stay. Very central location. High quality breakfast. At the lobby they have a free coffee &Tea stand .the Room where big ao it's suitable if you come with children or just prefer more space. The rooms are new and clean, same for all the facility was clean and well maintained. To summit it up it was above my expectations. Will definitely visit again.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the Emerald Hotel in Budapest. Before we got there, I had some questions and needed some assistance. They were outstanding and responded to me quickly and with accurate information. I cannot tell you how hopeful that was coming to a place we’ve never been before. They arranged a pick up from the train station and arrange transportation to the airport on the day we left. Always greeted us when we came in to lobby and again we’re so helpful and ready to give a hand. The rooms were nice. They’re just a little bit small. AThe bathrooms were amazing and a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The location was perfect As well, easy to get to restaurants, some shopping and catch public transportation or a cab to go to a site.

Our stay at Emerald Downtown Luxury Suites by Continental Group was absolutely excellent! ✨ Everything in the hotel feels brand new and perfectly maintained to a very high standard. The suites are spacious — we stayed in a 32 m² apartment with a lovely balcony, which was clean, fully equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. Nothing was missing! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from all the main attractions of Budapest and literally one minute from Váci Street. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. All the hotel staff, without exception, were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. There’s also a nice spa where you can book different massages and treatments. In the lobby, there’s an excellent coffee machine and other hot drinks available free of charge — such a thoughtful touch! The lobby itself is cozy and welcoming, a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Budapest! 🌟

Great hotel! We had a wonderful experience - the room was great, and it was cleaned daily and well. The staff were amazing- they helped us with everything we needed! The room itself had everything we needed- even lighting for makeup, that was a nice touch😉 As to the location- PERFECT location! You can go anywhere central pretty fast! Highly recommend staying there🥰😊

Hotel Emerald, Budapest - 8.7/10 Hotel Emerald is a very good option mainly because of its excellent central location. It’s close to the main shopping street, and there are many great restaurants right nearby, so it’s very convenient for a city break. Almost everything is within walking distance. There isn’t a grocery store immediately next to the hotel, but there is one about 500 meters away, which is fine. We stayed during a snowy period and the room was perfect for winter - warm, cozy, and very functional. The room was spacious, everything worked properly, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after traveling in the middle of the snow. Breakfast was also above average. The main disappointment was in the small details. They provide only one bottle of water (on arrival) and refused to put a new bottle daily. When I asked for more water, they also refused. For a price of over €150 per night, that feels unreasonable. Another downside is that there is no spa or indoor pool. In Budapest, especially in winter, many hotels offer thermal spa facilities, and that’s something I missed here. Overall, it’s a very comfortable hotel and a great choice for a short, “luxury-style” vacation in Budapest - but a bit pricey compared to nearby alternatives. For a longer stay, I’d probably choose a different hotel with better value and spa facilities.

Fantastic location for all the Budapest has to offer, staff were very friendly and helpful. Also convenient to arrange the airport transfer through the hotel. Modern, very clean, nice touch to provide coffee in the lobby.

Convenient location in Pest near many excellent restaurants. Close to Metro stops. Rooms are large and comfortable. Pillows could be larger and firmer, but that's subjective. Very safe area. Ample, delicious breakfast.
