Our stay at Emerald Downtown Luxury Suites by Continental Group was absolutely excellent! ✨ Everything in the hotel feels brand new and perfectly maintained to a very high standard. The suites are spacious — we stayed in a 32 m² apartment with a lovely balcony, which was clean, fully equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. Nothing was missing! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from all the main attractions of Budapest and literally one minute from Váci Street. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. All the hotel staff, without exception, were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. There’s also a nice spa where you can book different massages and treatments. In the lobby, there’s an excellent coffee machine and other hot drinks available free of charge — such a thoughtful touch! The lobby itself is cozy and welcoming, a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Budapest! 🌟

A true emerald in Budapest! What a brilliant hotel, which was the icing on the cake of this truly beautiful city. Clean, fresh, accommodating, perfect location, lovely aesthetic, friendly and helpful staff, great gym and sauna - the list could go on. We were so sad to leave and felt quite emotional about it, that’s how much Emerald Hotel made us feel welcome during our stay in Budapest. Thank you so much.

Amazing hotel in a great location! The room was of a very high standard — clean, tidy, and with a large, comfortable bed. Perfect for couples. The room is a bit small, but the shower was excellent and comfortable, with a heated floor. It’s a bit disappointing that there’s no towel warmer.

This hotel exceded our expectations! the Location, the breakfast, the customer service specially are all incredible. The coffee and tea machine you can use in the lobby throughout the day is definitely a plus. Shoutout to Viktor that was super nice and patient during our Checkin and stay. The Red head girl that works all night long in the front desk is also super professional and kind, she was amazing during our checkout .||Please don't hesitate to book this hotel if you are visiting Budapest for a experience full of comfort, happiness and unforgetable kind people in Budapest!

We loved the large size of the suites and the quietness of the hotel. The location is perfect to be able to access all the tourist hotspots and lots of places to eat. There is transport all around but we chose to walk to see more of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with options when we asked them for advise on where to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for about two weeks. It's at a prime location with easy access and walking distance to almost all the popular sightseeing locations in the city. The bus station and underground station are also nearby. The room is not that spacious but designed in a modern way. There are free water machine and coffee machine at the lobby. The gym is compact and functional and open for 24hrs. The breakfast buffet is lovely with a reasonable selection of food you can expect from a 4star hotel. Staff members are really really lovely and helpful and supportive. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel right in the heart of Budapest! It’s so convenient, just a short walk to many attractions and the beautiful bridges over the Danube. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with our bags so we could explore the city hassle-free. One little suggestion would be to offer complimentary water to guests—it would be a nice touch and wouldn’t break the bank. Overall, a delightful experience!
