I stayed with my family at Emerald Maldives for the first time this February. The staff supported us constantly for every need. Shafiu (our dedicated assistant) was exceptional, fulfilling all our requests in a few minutes. The director Rohit Chhettri was professional and helpful. The beauty of the island is a certainty, as well as the food and the excursions offered. In other words, an unforgettable holiday! Luigi

We definitely had wonderful time in the resort. All the staff there are friendly and helpful! We felt having been taken care so well since we landed from the seaplane. Our villa host Jien had already reserved different restaurants for us before we arrived, so that we had chances to try all the restaurants. We do appreciate that! Though we had some medical situation, Jien came to pick up us to the clinic immediately. |We were also amazed by the environment in the resort. Everywhere including the public toilets in the restaurants are so clean. We had a gala dinner at night at the beach, there is no mosquitoes at all!! We undoubtedly would like to visit it again.||However, we had around 3 hours between the seaplane and our international flight. we were told that we could stay in TMA lounge and wait for our international flight. But when we got off the seaplane, the female staff sent us to the international airport right away without asking our preference of staying in TMA lounge or not. Instead, she introduced a non-resort staff to us and recommended us to go for a city tour which is unprofessional and not well-organised one. So think twice before you join the tour. If you would like to stay in the TMA lounge waiting for your international flight, please inform the staff right after you got off the seaplane.||Other than the airport staff, everything in the resort is so perfect.|Thank you for the lovely stay!

Awesome services from the island for our honeymoon, AI package without much complains, (though ingredients were kind of repeated between restaurants but not a big deal). ||We were amazed by the scenery and view under the sea outside AQUA (it was a nice snorkeling spot indeed). ||Most importantly, it was glad to meet our fantastic villa host, Jien. The dinning and activities schedule were well organized even during the peak season before our check in, she was also able to take care of our illness on the island during holiday.

Spent a week at this beautiful resort in the Maldives. The staff was incredibly nic and helpful with everything, from small questions to a medical problem. Food was delicious. The chef was always willing to create an option that could be enjoyed by a person with a milk allergy and a gluten intolerance.

We had a fantastic holiday at Emerald Maldives. This was our second visit but this time we came with family including grandchildren who were just 17 months and 6 months. We were able to use the children’s club facilities which were amazing. Lots of toys and lovely pool and wet play area. All staff in the restaurants were great with the children and we would like to mention Sai, Azim and Samah in particular. |Our butler Shafiu looked after us all really well. The food was excellent and KD was very helpful. The snorkelling on the house reef is really accessible and we cannot recommend the resort highly enough. We did have a long wait for the seaplane when we arrived which is not the fault of Emerald but was difficult for the little ones who had already had a long journey. It will be good when Emerald get their own waiting area.

This is an absolutely fantastic holiday destination. Located towards the northern atolls. Wonderfull beaches and amazing wildlife on the island which is set in lush tropical gardens. Lots of the trees have orchids growing on them which adds to the colour. The spacious villas are a mix of either over water or with direct beach access and are of nice size and layout. The resort has a number of wonderful restaurants which cater for all tastes and coupled with an amazingly large and impressive wine list its difficult not to find wines for everybody’s taste !! The food in the various restaurants is just brilliant. Visham and his team do a great job looking after everybody and we had a great time and cannot wait to return.

We just returned from our honeymoon at your beautiful resort, and we can’t thank you enough for making it an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the breathtaking surroundings took our breath away.||The overwater villa we stayed in was simply magical – waking up to crystal-clear waters and vibrant sunsets every day was a dream come true. The attention to detail, from the special honeymoon touches to the luxurious amenities, made us feel so cherished.||The staff were absolutely incredible, all made us feel at home through our whole stay . Every meal was delicious, and the private beach dinner was a highlight of our trip. The spa treatment was incredibly relaxing, and we were truly pampered throughout our stay.||Very special thanks to our butler Shafi who went above and beyond to take care of every detail. It was real pleasure meeting you. Big thanks also to Wasim and KD warm welcoming and greeting every day. To Jailam who was our designated waiter and Maldivian dance instructor who was so kind and enthusiastic. To Nappe, Giulia and the whole team from the diving centre for the most amazing experience- chasing the dolphins and sea turtles snorkelling quest and for great support and guidance. Also to the photographer (sorry forgot your name) who did an outstanding job to capture all the joy and love we felt during this special time, and we will cherish these memories forever.||Thank you for providing such a serene and romantic atmosphere, making our honeymoon absolutely perfect.
