Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa

This trip with my daughter was very memorable. Almost everyone on the island could call my daughter's and my name. The service was also excellent. However, I was not very satisfied with the Chinese butler Jien at the beginning. He was rather rough in his work. I mentioned it to the manager casually and he immediately changed our butler to Sid for us. Sid's service was very considerate and meticulous. They promptly delivered the seasickness medication to us. In particular, I would like to commend the diving instructor Nappe who accompanied us on the snorkeling trip. Since we were the first time trying snorkeling, he carefully protected our safety while also bravely allowing my daughter to try to break free from the life jacket. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely attentive to ensuring our safety. My first trip to Maldives was with Emerald and I was extremely satisfied. I can't wait to come again next time.

Beautiful experience at the Emerald resort. All the staff is kind, friendly, accommodating and extremely detail-oriented. Our Villa reference Sid was always there to check on us and accomplish every request.|All the restaurants are high level and quality, with a 10/10 service and attention. The teppanyaki experience is very special and I especially recommend Sanjay chef.

Lovely property and great service. We felt very well taken care of due to our Villa host Wisham’s exceptional service. He was always around and available, helping out and also making our kids experience special.

Paradise on earth: We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights as a family of 6, 2 adults, 3 teenage and a child, we travelled for the second time to Maldives and it was our first time to Emerald selected by my eldest daughter for who's 16th birthday we travelled and I have no words to describe the stay, hospitality, food and the courteous staff. It was beyond words, everything was superb. Rohit, their General Manager, such a gem of a person and he is everywhere. Always greeting the guests, welcoming, saying good bye, checking on us and other guests. Jean, our main person during our stay, she is such a wonder lady and always available. They are so organized, every morning we as a family had a wattsapp group with Jean and we would get days schedule. Restaurants are with amazing foods, fresh fruits and drinks, cocktails just woww, cant say enough and the hospitality of the staff every where. Restaurant staff are so kind and friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay, weather was a bit hot but extremely pleasant towards the evenings and last 2 days of our stay it became extremely nice and it rained. We stayed ion water villa and did photo shoot, that also turned out amazing. Love love loved it. They had provided us with cycles and it added so much fun for us.

I honestly don’t think our trip could have been any better. Choosing Emerald Resort & Spa was the perfect decision! From the start to the very last moment, we felt so well taken care of, and every staff member was always super kind and attentive.|A huge shout-out to my amazing butler Jasmine, who helped us with everything and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. And special thanks to Mr. Shamil, who made our checkout day so easy by letting us stay in the room longer — really appreciated that!|The snorkeling and dolphin tour were just magical — totally worth it and something I’d recommend to anyone. Plus, right in front of our Beach Villa, there were so many fish, which made it extra fun.|The food was also great, with lots of variety, and there are four different restaurants to choose from, so we never got bored.|We had such a happy honeymoon here, and if I ever get the chance, I’d love to come back again. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough — you definitely won’t regret it!

The Staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a beautifully decorated room and a celebratory cake. These are just a few staff that iv mentioned but overall each and every staff member of Emerald spa resort are so friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and most got to know our names within a day or so of us being there, would definitely visit again soon x Thank you I would like to also mention Deepal housekeeping for having such amazing staff and adding personal touches to our room, the staff are so talented. Pankaj was very accommodating to our requests. Mahil was also an exceptional waiter. We cannot keep talking about our experience at the teppanyaki...wow just wow Sanjay performed an out of this world show, created the most delicious food. We visited twice. He's a very valuable part of asiatique restaurant.

truly love this magical island and the hotel. We are returning to this hotel for the third time already, and each time we are happy. The last time, we came back thanks to the tennis coach Dayan! If you love tennis – you definitely need to meet him!!! He gave us new knowledge, and it was so wonderful to combine relaxation with training and communication with the coach. We would like to thank the general manager and our personal assistant, Jasmin! She took care of us as if we were her close family… And a special thanks to our housekeeper who kept our water villa clean and cozy. His name is Jameel. He truly deserves special recognition. His work made me happy… I adore the SPA on this island)) and the entire atmosphere!!!
