Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa

We spent 4 nights and 5 days at Emerald Fasmendhoo, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable and safe vacations we’ve ever had. Visiting the Maldives had always been a dream of ours, and thanks to our amazing butler Wisham, it became a reality far better than we imagined.||Wisham went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable at all times. His warm care and thoughtful service made us feel completely at ease like we were at home in paradise.||Trying snorkeling for the first time was such a fun and exciting experience. Especially in front of the Aqua buffet, the water was crystal-clear, and seeing marine life up close made it even more incredible. It wasn’t just fun it was awe-inspiring.||The private pool in our villa was another personal favorite. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax, offering total peace of mind and serenity with a view of the endless ocean. Just floating in the water felt healing.||The dining experience was also unforgettable:| • At the Gala Dinner, we enjoyed luxurious lobster and exquisite desserts.| • At Amazònico, the grilled king prawns and sweet, crispy churros were unforgettable.| • And at the beachfront grill, the steak and the juicy double-patty, double-cheese burger made for a perfect sunset meal.||We’re so glad we chose the All-Inclusive plan. It made everything effortless and enjoyable from meals to drinks. We loved sipping on various cocktails and even champagne as we watched the sun set.||But more than anything, it was Wisham who made this trip truly special. He was kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. We have just spent an incredible week at the Emerald Maldives Resort. We had originally been booked to go to another resort but due to issues with the opening Kuoni very kindly arranged to switch us to the Emerald.|We found every aspect of the holiday superb. From the greeting on the quayside to the trip to the water villa and the welcome messages to the final goodbyes all of our expectations of a Maldives holiday were surpassed. ||We had adjoining water villas for us and our two sons aged 16 and 19. We spent our days on the beach, snorkelling, jet skiing and paddle boarding. We then had lunch at the Beach Club and this was superb. Every single meal we had was of the highest quality and with so much ||The breakfasts are at the Aqua restaurant in a lovely cove. For the evening meals we sampled each restaurant and loved each one.||I have to say that the service we received from every member of staff was superb. The friendliness and warmth shown was first class and the staff have clearly been trained to a very high standard. Particular mention has to go to Miraa, Azmeel and Sougata. They always had a smile and time to say hello and did everything they could to make our holiday even more special. ||The star of the show, though, is Wisham. He looked after us from the first moment, he took care of all of our bookings and arrangements and always checked in to make sure we had all we needed and whether we had had a good day. His level of care and attention was superb and he is a credit to the hotel.||We would definitely return and would have no hesitation to recommend the hotel. Thank you for such a memorable holiday.

Paradise on earth: We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights as a family of 6, 2 adults, 3 teenage and a child, we travelled for the second time to Maldives and it was our first time to Emerald selected by my eldest daughter for who's 16th birthday we travelled and I have no words to describe the stay, hospitality, food and the courteous staff. It was beyond words, everything was superb. Rohit, their General Manager, such a gem of a person and he is everywhere. Always greeting the guests, welcoming, saying good bye, checking on us and other guests. Jean, our main person during our stay, she is such a wonder lady and always available. They are so organized, every morning we as a family had a wattsapp group with Jean and we would get days schedule. Restaurants are with amazing foods, fresh fruits and drinks, cocktails just woww, cant say enough and the hospitality of the staff every where. Restaurant staff are so kind and friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay, weather was a bit hot but extremely pleasant towards the evenings and last 2 days of our stay it became extremely nice and it rained. We stayed ion water villa and did photo shoot, that also turned out amazing. Love love loved it. They had provided us with cycles and it added so much fun for us.

The Emerald resort was a perfect place to spend our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived on the sea plane which was a fantastic experience in its self until the moment we left we had a wonderful time. We had a water villa with a pool which was not only clean and comfortable it was also secluded. This meant we could just relax on our terrace and listen to the waves without being overlooked.||Our villa host Sid displayed exceptional hospitality which made us very welcome and as if no request was too much trouble. He arranged for a couple of private dining experiences on the beach for us and a floating breakfast in our pool to celebrate our recent nuptials. He was always available for queries on WhatsApp and really helped make our trip more memorable.

The most amazing resort! We came here for our honeymoon and it was even better than we expected, the best customer service we have ever had the staff make this resort even better! Wisham our Villa host went above and beyond to make sure we had the best honeymoon possible, we didn’t have to lift a finger the whole time! It exceeded all of our expectations. The reef life was unbelievable we saw eagle rays, baby sharks and dolphins on our boat trip. Can’t recommend this resort enough!

Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at Emerald Spa Resort Maldives was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty, greeted with champagne, and smiles that made us feel instantly at home. The overwater villa was stunning, offering the perfect mix of luxury and privacy, with panoramic views that took our breath away each morning. Every detail of our stay was crafted with care. The romantic candlelight dinner on the beach was a highlight, personalised, intimate, and Unforgettable. The Staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a beautifully decorated room and a celebratory cake. Emerald Spa Resort didn’t just host our anniversary, it elevated it into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. These are just a few staff that iv mentioned but overall each and every staff member of Emerald spa resort are so friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and most got to know our names within a day or so of us being there, would definitely visit again soon x Thank you I would like to also mention Deepal housekeeping for having such amazing staff and adding personal touches to our room, the staff are so talented. Pankaj was very accommodating to our requests. Mahil was also an exceptional waiter. We cannot keep talking about our experience at the teppanyaki...wow just wow Sanjay performed an out of this world show, created the most delicious food. We visited twice. He's a very valuable part of asiatique restaurant.

truly love this magical island and the hotel. We are returning to this hotel for the third time already, and each time we are happy. The last time, we came back thanks to the tennis coach Dayan! If you love tennis – you definitely need to meet him!!! He gave us new knowledge, and it was so wonderful to combine relaxation with training and communication with the coach. We would like to thank the general manager and our personal assistant, Jasmin! She took care of us as if we were her close family… And a special thanks to our housekeeper who kept our water villa clean and cozy. His name is Jameel. He truly deserves special recognition. His work made me happy… I adore the SPA on this island)) and the entire atmosphere!!!

I was particularly impressed by how peaceful and secure the island felt throughout our stay — exactly what I hoped for in a relaxing getaway.||The underwater environment was stunning, especially right in front of the Aqua buffet restaurant, which offered some of the best snorkeling spots on the island. The marine life and clear waters were simply breathtaking.||Dining was another highlight — the Gala Dinner, Amazònico, and the beachfront restaurant all offered incredible meals with amazing service and atmosphere. Each dining experience felt thoughtfully curated and full of flavor.||Looking back, I’m so glad we chose the all-inclusive option — it made our stay worry-free and definitely enhanced the overall experience. It’s something I’d highly recommend to anyone planning a trip here.||But above all, it was Wisham, our butler, who made this trip truly unforgettable. He was attentive, kind, and always one step ahead in making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
