An Unforgettable Honeymoon at Emerald Maldives Our honeymoon at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The resort delivers true five-star service, stunning natural beauty, and an atmosphere that makes it effortless to relax and celebrate special moments. A huge part of what made our stay so exceptional was our personal host, Wisham. He went above and beyond in every possible way. He is always attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. As a newly married couple, we were touched by the thoughtful surprises he prepared for us, from romantic arrangements to little details that made us feel truly celebrated. Wisham didn’t just manage our stay, he elevated it and made our honeymoon feel personal and unforgettable. The experiences and food were equally outstanding. From crystal-clear waters and snorkeling to beautifully prepared meals across all restaurants, every day felt indulgent and special. We were lucky to snorkel with a sea turtle, and we were blessed by a bunch of playful dolphins around our boat. Throughout our honeymoon, we felt cared and blessed. Emerald Maldives is a perfect honeymoon destination, and with exceptional hosts like Wisham, it becomes something truly extraordinary. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely return.

Our holiday here was heaven on earth! It was definitely the best holiday and hotel that we have stayed anywhere in the world! The staff make this hotel outstanding! There are too many to mention all as each and everyone plays a special part to making it an unforgetable holiday snd in all the right ways. From the beautifully decorated private villas, manicured paths and gardens, delicious delectable food ( which is so beautifully presented like a artistic masterpeice), specially made smoothies, fruit slushes, mocktails and cocktails, premimum wines recomended to accompany your food. Our day started with the most amazing view from our pool water villa, to cycling to breakfast and seeing all the friendly staff on the way. Then the fresh fruit station was the 1st stop and my eyes poped with all the vibrant colours greeting them and a smile greeting them. Then was OM and his wonderful smile greeting me before cooking my eggs royal & florentine ( I called it The presidental) Yogurts, fresjly vaked pastries or whatever your heart desires and stomach! All the restaurants had a fabulous atmoshere in there own ways and food to match. Our favourite was the Asian one. The Gala dinners were wonderful too. Thank you Sid,our villa host,Nidin, the wine and drink conosoir, Om, the most smiley chef, Ahmed our villa cleaner who kept it spotless and extra special on our 30th wedding Anniversary. Sorry if I spelt any names wrong and that I fidnt mention you personally because you are all wonderful and it was truely everything we could of even imagined and more. Our romantic boat breakfast in our pool , bed & bath decoration, photo shoot and romantic private beach dinner set up was out of this world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

5 stars is not enough for this resort. The rooms are large and well appointed with twice daily cleaning and maintenance. The location, well very few places compare to the beauty of the Maldives. What truly sets this resort above the rest is its staff. The staff in every capacity are exceptional. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, every single staff member greets you as a friend. The food is wonderful in every restaurant led by the amazing executive chef Alok Verma. He is very visible and checks in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their food. Alok made a special butter chicken for our meal using the recipe he had been taught by family and from the original restaurant in Delhi that made this. If you want a wonderful holiday with friendly staff and great food you will never find a better place Diane

We spent our 5-day honeymoon with Emerald Maldives and the experience was exceptional! Our stay at the Emerald Maldives Resort & SPA was absolutely perfect — a true paradise in every sense! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was taken care of with great attention and genuine warmth. A very special mention goes to Naeem, who was responsible for cleaning our villa. He did an extraordinary job, always leaving everything spotless and surprising us daily with thoughtful touches and beautiful details. His dedication and kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. We also want to highlight Wisham, who was in charge of our stay. He provided exceptional service, always available at any time of the day to help us with whatever we needed. His professionalism and friendliness made everything so easy and enjoyable. And of course, Nabee, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a big smile and unmatched hospitality. He always remembered exactly what we liked to drink and paid close attention to every detail — his kindness and positive energy were the perfect start to each day. This resort is absolutely deserving of the highest rating. Every moment exceeded our expectations, and it’s without a doubt an experience we will repeat.

Staying at the water villa is an exceptional good experience at the Resort. Facilities at the Resort has variety and suits almost every need of the members of our team. Everyone of us enjoyed the facilities and missed the cosy clean and comfortable room.|Services at the resort was warm hearty and attentive. All staffs are polite and always wear a smiley face that make you feel like home.|Special thanks to our villa host SHAFI who is like a family member to us when we are there. He understands us and always prepare things before we ask for them. When we arrived the resort Shafi is there to welcome us and hand us a very interesting itinerary for our group. Everyone was happy and contented. Shafi almost instantly answered our questions while we are there.|Overall it was a wonderful stay and everyone of us did missed the people and the fun there.

We have a memorable stay in Emerald Resort for celebrating our anniversary. Facilities are wonderful there, room is clean and tidy. There are a plenty of choices of restaurants, from Asia to South America. What you need to do is to have an extra exercise and workout after have big feasts every day and night. |People there are lovely. John Mukhammad, our housekeeper, are nice and professional. He prepared a good schedule for our stay so that we could enjoy our time without missing the best of the resort. We also feel thankful to restaurants’ staff like Nitin, Shazin and Pritan. They all are very nice guys and make you feel home. Even for a man who drives a buggy to bring guests to and from the Villa, we could find him serving wholeheartedly, Let me says thanks to Nappe, hope that we could meet him again.

This was our second trip to Maldives and I am extremely happy with how it went. We booked 4 nights in the beach villa and 3 nights in the water villa. The water villa won our hearts with amazing views and excellent villa. Our stay was unforgettable and mesmerizing. Aqua restaurant was the highlight, specially the Gala Dinner. |All staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. I would like to specially thank Chef Pritam for his consideration towards us and he took immense responsibility and care for us and ensured we enjoyed every meal we had if he was around. The gala dinner was amazing vibe and food was great specially the sea food and Tandoor corner. We did miss sunset on our initial few days due to cloudy weather but overall it was a great experience. Our villa host Jien was great as well, she ensured all our requirements were met and bookings made. We requested some adjustments to our bookings and she ensured that everything fit well in our schedule. All other staff were also very kind, like Nitin, Harish, Chef Jimmy, Ahmed… and the list goes on… After coming back from the resort, we could not get over it for quite a few days and were remembering every moment spent there. The house reef is amazing, much better than what other resorts offer in snorkeling trips. We say baby sharks right on sunrise beach itself and swam with them. The photo studio team was very creative and helpful. We did a drone video shoot and were extremely satisfied with the results. The boutique shops had nice variety and were big enough if you wanted to shop. My wife did buy a dress for the shoot and it was nice experience. They arranged welcome champaign and decoration for us and on our anniversary night they made a bubble bath, bottle of prosecco and room decoration along with a cake. It was a great highlight of our stay. Overall the sunset bar was a very nice spot with wide sea views, great bar service at the call of a button and far spread shacks that ensured privacy and peace. They had nice variety of alcoholic beverages and we enjoyed it very much. The crowd here is mostly Russian and European, we were only a couple of Indian guests here but the staff was mostly Indian and they made us feel at home and were very friendly. We met the General Manager couple of times and he was quite courteous and friendly as well. We enjoyed snorkeling on most days on the sunrise beach and always saw nice fishes at just 10 meters from the beach. We went on fishing trip and my wife did catch a red fish but I was unlucky. It was a very memorable experience and I will strongly recommend my friends and family to visit this resort if they plan a Maldives trip. The meals, bicycles, sports zone, greenery, nature walks, DJ nights, all were amazing and we deeply enjoyed everything. There was never a dull moment. We came back but our hearts were still there! ||Though I loved all bit of it , a couple of improvements can be made which I would like to suggest to the management – the lounge experience was not the best as it was a shared lounge, private lounge experience is always better and more customer centric. The reception is a bit of a downer as that is the first impression. The only other thing we wished could have been better was the buggy service and buggy staff. The buggy service was on call basis and no continous buggy service was available. Last year we stayed at Lux South Ari Atoll and their buggy service and buggy staff was exceptionally amazing. In fact their buggy service is one that we still remember till this date. Apart from these everything was top notch. Kudos to the team for maintaining and managing the property so well!
