Emersia Hotel & Resort

It was shocking me when my friend ask me to cancel my order at this hotel. I though this was a haunted hotel, there was a crime attempt or anything else. When arrived, i was surprised with the hotel. Although it was a old building, it well maintained and renovated. Later, my friend just judge the hotel from its oldness. Pros: + amazing city and bay view + well enough maintained + the food are various and tastes fair. Ok, But dont compare with 4star or above meal menu. + has an ATM (Mandiri) + nice hotel to bring your kids. It has a waterslide for kids. They also has a koi pool. + large car park Cons - amenities should be renewed. Towels are yellowish and bruished due to old and highly usage-washed. - NO BIDET toilet. Why indonesian hotel has to adjust their toilet to western while most of their guests are locals. Ok, ok, the toilets actually still has water spray but appear from the bottom, not bidet formed. Me didnt like. All haill original bidet!!! - steep disabled access. - smoking room just beside the kids pool. Did you guys serious??

Had four days in Emersia hotel, which is the base of Garuda Airline crew. Rooms are very large and comfortable. However, you can hear people of other rooms, which is a bit annoying, if they party in the room next to you. The restaurant offers lokal and western food. Very good breakfast with a big choice of tasty fruit juices. Very friendly people, concierge was always a good help with good suggestions. At first morning, we made a walk from the hotel north. Traffic is difficult and walkways are not in good condition. So it is better to take a car for looking around. The hotel organized a driver for us for 100.000 IR per hour, all included, for sightseeing. All in all, I would book here again in Bandar Lampung.

I stayed here for a month while working in Bandar Lampung. The staff and service are wonderful. They were friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The restaurant is excellent and over a month I ate almost everything on the menu. Harme leads a first-class team at Emersia.

Emersia hotel made our stay in Bandar Lumpung even more worth the while. The rooms are renovated, we’ve stayed at pool side and city view, and both were enchanting. The redesigned interior has given the regular rooms and the suites a real edge, but above all, Mrs Harme and her staff were so attentive. Truly impressed by the level of details, and Mrs Harme responsiveness to all our needs, even transport and travel tips. She went well beyond her hotel role to make us feel cared for. The swimming pool is spotless and very pleasant , surrounded by plants, got children space , the gym, the spa and all facilities are top notch , offering far more value than the price we paid. Again, the team led by Mrs Harme deserves all the credit. A perfect city hotel for hopping around South Sumatra islands, and transiting via the airport nearby.

Just an ok hotel compared to its price. Seems not worth in general. Old but renovated. Good location though. No view from the room. Breakfast just ok, nothing special, maybe need some improvement so can serve more than only black coffee with machine. Smell stuffed when go inside the room, need to ask for fixing the ceiling fan. No coordination between staff. Already ask for late check out (good that they give us until 1pm max), but other staff said it's 12 again. However good thing the bed was good, especially the pillow is superb. Chair was comfortable, quite spacious. Room is well cleaned.

The hotel is good for Muslim families especially the room deco is nice and pleasant. The receptionist front desk Ms Harme & Ms Niluh are so helpful and friendly on which they able and know how to allocate two families for our business vacation. The best part is the hotel provided Friday Prayers that we guest no hassle to rush to find a mosque and the security for sure are well organised.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Despite the hotel was fully booked at that time and i forgot we should be checking out at that day, my late request for extension of my stay was granted. The hotel location has superb sceneric top view of the sea. Room is clean and daily cleaning service is absolutely well done! Deserves to recommend to friends!
