Lovely clothes and would have purchased but I walked out today as the staff were so rude. Had to interrupt their chat to ask to try things on and they very begrudgingly got me another size when I asked. Felt unwelcome and like an inconvenience to them, so I left.

I bought this stunning cream jacket from them about 5 days ago/on a Sunday. Firstly, the price tag hurt me a little as it cost £210 for a polyurethane jacket, however it looked and felt great so I decided to get off my high horse on this. I bought this in store, and didn’t fully assess it until I got home. I noticed imperfections in the stitching and inconsistencies in how the pockets and sleeves had been constructed. I took the jacket back to store for an exchange, learned it was the last one and instead accepted a partial refund of 10%. On Thursday I wore the jacket out for the first time and, to my disappointment, one of the buttons fell off. I should have trusted my gut feeling and just refunded the jacket but my long arms mean I RARELY find anything that fits and is premium. Safe to say I regret this one. One thing I will say though is the staff are so nice here and the overall ambiance is great, just put off the products. ✨UPDATE✨ They proactively got in touch and offered me a repair or refund which was really gracious. I was under the impression that taking a final sale price meant I couldn’t go back. On return I hadn’t realised that another button had also fallen off on the first wear and there was a small mark on the jacket (which wiped off). My fault for not checking it over before bringing it in. I didn’t like the insinuation that the buttons coming off was somehow due to mistreatment of the jacket on my part and it left me with a weird vibe. Although I appreciate the worker doesn’t know me and therefore how I treat my clothes. I doubt anyone who pays £210 for a PU jacket would be reckless with it, likewise I doubt a jacket that costs £210 should lose buttons without strain on the first wear. Lastly I was asked to remove my review in exchange for the refund but declined as I felt it was wrong to cherry pick reviews and I have been really fair and accurate in my account.

Stopped by with my mother over the weekend to get her something as we were in the area. Amazing shop, great variety and lovely staff. Shivani helped my mum choose a lovely top and also helped her make the right decision. Definitely recommending to more people and visiting soon.

I really like this brand. I love the colour palette, the cut and the fabrics. It's not often that you see such attention to the way clothes are made. You can see that the designers have made these clothes with love for what they do. I was in the shop at King's Cross and was helped to pick out the clothes by Nia. Thank you for being attentive to me, we had a great time trying on the clothes!

I recently had a disappointing customer experience here. I made a purchase the day before a sale, but to my surprise, I was charged the full price despite the upcoming sale. Even more frustrating was the fact that the store did not accept my request for a refund. I had been looking forward to taking advantage of the sale to save some money on my purchase. However, when I realized that I had been charged the regular price, I immediately contacted customer service to inquire about a refund or price adjustment. To my dismay, I was told that the sale had not started at the time of my purchase, and the store's policy didn't allow for retroactive discounts. This experience left me feeling quite disappointed and frustrated. It's disheartening when a customer who has been loyal to a store is not accommodated in a situation like this. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, I believe that exceptions should be made for loyal customers to ensure their satisfaction. In the end, I not only missed out on the anticipated savings but also felt that my loyalty as a customer was not valued. I hope that Emin + Paul can reevaluate their policies to better accommodate loyal customers and avoid situations like this in the future.

HUGELY disappointed with this brand. I stopped in for my first visit just a couple of weeks ago before my wedding. I was assisted by a lovely lady who talked me through clothing options and was fully aware of the timing of both my wedding and immediate honeymoon. Context is important here because she had every opportunity share the “new” seven day return policy that has the ridiculous exception of being 28 days if it’s a gift receipt! Learned all of this upon my attempt to return a not-so-inexpensive item post-wedding festivities. I will not be returning or recommending to friends - and I encourage the brand to seriously reconsider how they conduct business. **Update** They responded very quickly to this public review but I still haven’t had any response to the email I sent them 5 days ago…

I bought a knit dress from the store and when I got home to try it on, I found the label had been ripped off, which meant I couldn't return it! I can't find the tag in the bag. Don't know what to do next!
