Emirates Airline

Hands down the best Airline on the planet (talking about Business Class). I still have to experience Qatar Airways, so as to give a comparison. Definitely would love to travel Qatar Business Class and also on a A380 with Emirates. Maybe next year.

My name is Adele and 2 weeks ago I flew with your airlines for the first time. Since I had a lot of luggage I ran into some problems that were eliminated by joint efforts as soon as possible. It's always a lot of stress before departure but I'm so glad that the staff at the check-in desk (O’Hara airport) are professionals in their field and know what customer service is. For me, the main indicator is the help of company representatives at a difficult moment. I want to express my deep gratitude to Manager Syed for his patience help and courtesy. Thanks to him I will now always remember that Emirates is one of the best companies and I will buy a ticket only for Emirates. I appreciate!

This Airline just now focused on making money and rigging customers . Extremely poor behavior of their associates. Poor service experience recently by all aspects .

Terrible service by Chicago staff. They lost luggage tag when doing passport check. After 5 minutes they started announcing my name with passport check required. Looks like minimum training should be provided to these guys. Very bad experience with emirates. Best airline to worst in few years

Hi I am a very introverted person and communication for me is a big task , I recall her name to be AVANI . She helped me today like nobody else , she took her time to address all my concerns . I had a bulk of them . And she answered about everything with so much care , that I literally felt this so personal to write a review. Thank-you so much emirates . Your infant complimentary bassinets and everything, you are so helpful to me . Thank-you so much . This is my second time writing it .

At Ohare airport in Chicago, one of United emirate employee Sarah S Abudullah gave me and my daughter a superb experience when we were checking in. She was so patient with us while we sort our luggage and paperwork, also helped us to sort things out, checked us to a seat were we can sit together even if our tickets had very different seats. This lady is an angel and she deserves praise for good customer service

I have to say that flying with Emirates airlines is an awesome and relaxing experience. Our ticket agent who I believe he was a supervisor Rizwan Lakada was extremely helpful in our ticketing process and boarding process. Everyone from the Emirates’s crew is great to work with. The Airplane crew was also extremely attentive throughout the entire flight from Chicago ORD to Dubai, they made the 14 hour flight seem like a 2 hour flight. Looking forward to the flight home.

Their website is not reliable, and i have been trying to call them over the last two months but can't get to anyone. How are you supposed to serve people if it's almost impossible to contact you? This whole experience has made me appreciate our US carriers; they are more professional and have better customer service. I have wasted so much time on the emirates just to hit dead ends.
