I've stayed here on several occasions since summer 2015 till summer 2016 and stayed in all 3 rooms they offer. ||Top floor, room n3, is an attique room, very spacious with comfortable chairs from designer Danish brand Bo concept and a comfortable bed (Ikea, but honestly makes you sleep like a baby). It's the only room it has a shower and a bathroom is rather tiny. The annoying factor is a noise of the small fridge that you need to unplugg otherwise you risk waking up during the night.||On the first floor is room n2, acctually my favourite. It has a spacious bathroom with a baththub and a big double bed, like in every room. ||On the ground floor, room n1 is similar to room n2, but with an access to a garden. The downsize of this room is that you will hear all the comings and goings of the stuff and guests. ||Due its location you are guaranteed to have peace and quiet, the shop and bistro closes around 18h and you are in a dead center of old Town that is a pedestrian zone. The B&B has improved, there is a recent addition of Swisscom TV with a variety of channels with a recall function, and finally they put a hand soap in the bathroom (beyond me why they didnt do it before). Also they became more flexible with prices, they do offer last minute deals which was not an issue before. The breakfast takes place in their lovely bistro and it consists of fresh bread, croissant, muesli, juice and coffee. If you are hoping for a traditional continental breakfast (eggs & ham), this is not an option.||During my last stay there was a problem with hot water, there wasnt|any 2 nights in a row, and they were kind enough to offer a lower price for my stay.||I have stayed (so far) in four different hotels in Winterthour and due its location and personal touch it is my favourite. I find a full price a bit pricey, but if you can get a last minute deal go for it!
