I ordered a beautifully made PENDENTIF SOLIS LUX ROND PM SOLEIL DIAMANT BLANC from Emmanuelle having seen it first in the window of her Montmartre store. I had a very helpful and kindly email exchange advising me on best chain to go with it and it was sent and delivered together in time for my wife’s birthday. It is absolutely beautiful and my wife loves it. Thank you so much for your skill, kindness and quick delivery.

I would like to reply to the response, since no time at all was taken. Even your colleague seemed shocked by your unwillingness as owner to properly take the minimum of time. You never mentioned something being out of stock. You just said ‘everything I have is here’. You were not friendly at all, you didn’t take time at all and you didn’t hear my question, as proven by your reply as well…

Came a very long way to ask them for a specific small earring. They didn’t even take the time to understand my question. The lady said ‘everything is in the shop’ although I know they do make things on demand. I was shocked by the rudeness and unfriendliness so left immediately after.

In 2021 my wife and I bought me a wedding ring - solid silver. It turned yellow 1 year later. Completely yellow on the inside and partially on the outside. Silver does not turn yellow. We went in 2 weeks ago, the clerk inspected the ring and said 'It was a mistake, it must have been coated with 18 karat gold before it was coated with palladium.' I'm not a jeweler, but this process that we were not informed of sounds ridiculous. 'How long to fix it?' I asked He was standoffish and rude from the start, but it got even worse after he inspected the ring. 'It will take one and 1/2 months, because we're busy with other things.' I said, 'We came in to buy an important ring and ended up with a mistake, seems like we should be at the front of the line? NO. - he said No apology, no nice treatment, not even an attempt to show that they understood what a bummer this was. I was so shocked and confused by the response that I didn't even get upset or challenge it. This is not the kind of encounter I want attached to my wedding ring, that I'll remember every time I look at it. Now I have to get a new ring, somewhere else. This place is rude and obnoxious. Jewelry is supposed to hold a special place for a person, they seem totally unaware of this. So if this sounds like a good experience to you, go here.

I’m in shock reading some of the comments, but I also know that, as old as the world is, there’s a grain of truth in every story! However, allow me to share my own experience with you… I ended up at Emmanuelle Zysman’s studio as a “last-ditch effort” after several failed attempts to buy an engagement ring for my partner and experiencing a panic attack. Completely by chance, my friend and I stumbled upon this place. Everything happened within a matter of minutes: the staff, the owner and the jewelers were all deeply involved in my “last-minute” engagement plans. Quickly and effortlessly, we managed to find a ring. What’s more, they even modified it to fit my needs and by the next day, it was ready - perfectly customized and waiting for me! I was enchanted by the ring’s story, the method of its creation and above all, the incredibly helpful and supportive service. The next day, when I came back with my love, everyone came out to congratulate us and sincerely wish us well. I can’t say whether the ring will last another 40 years and I understand that not everyone has the same experience… But I do know this: if we open our hearts, arm ourselves with a positive attitude and a smile, others will respond with kindness, I can guarantee that! I will forever be grateful for the help, the genuine smiles on those people’s faces and their role in this beautiful engagement “spectacle” that will always remain in our hearts. Le devis était très clair. Les échanges (je suis de Lille) ont été fréquents et très pros. La taille a même été ajustée gracieusement après la fabrication et un a/r. Elle est magnifique, unique et sublime ma pierre souvenir !

So beautiful! I wish, I wish, I wish... I was enchanted with everything. I just recently stayed in Montmartre while visiting Paris and happened by this boutique window and stopped to literally stare at every piece of jewelry like a child stares at candy. I never got to go inside due to it being closed, but I know I'll be back one day. Simply Unforgettable.
