Excellent selection of business and casual shirts. The cotton is very high quality and the cut of the shirts is classic and flattering on the body. The staff here very welcoming and helpful, always looking to ensure you are satisfied with your selected purchases.

Such a wonderful experience! The quality and fit of the shirts are incredible and worth the price. Unfortunately a mistake was made with my shirt, but they immediately took care of it and came up with a solution that fixed everything. Very professional. Sandwiched in-between Jones and Rowley’s - is Emmett London Ltd and they seem to have some of the best fancy looking shirts on this side of Jermyn Street (East) and during the sale their shirts and ties are priced at good value for money. The style of Emmett London seems really exclusive and very sharp which what I like to see. Since Grosvenor shirts are now long gone, Emmett shirts will be my next and close alternative. Unfortunately, what does put me off and let me down, is the disgusting and appalling attitude of all the retail staff of Emmett London, as they appear to show indifference to the eventual part of all of the retail staff becoming rude and dismissive. My advice to anyone reading this, do check out the reviews about this company on Glassdoor.

Ordered a made-to-measure shirt for my wedding as I needed a particular colour. Now, 3 weeks away from my wedding, they tell me the shirt is done but in completely the wrong fabric. Far too late to get a replacement made. Do not trust them with an important job.

Wonderful shirts, very well made, very good quality and excellent cut however, if you have your shirts made to measure, the whole experience sucks. Delays, clients left in the dark and at the end, you are then one who needs to chase them. Pity

There are some good designs but the shirts are vastly overpriced. You are better placed going to either T&A or Hildtitch and Key for a premium shirt. Attitude of some staff poor.

Used to wear there shirts as a go to. The Oxford was excellent but the prices have gone up so much they are no longer worth it.

Emmett has been going since 1992. And this is probably the best (if not, only the best) shirt shop in the City. Emmett's main flagship store is located on the King's Road in Chelsea.
