‼️AVOID AVOID AVOID ‼️ Do not trust any good reviews here! The management team are putting pressure on those maintenance people so the maintenance people will ask residents to give them 5 stars good reviews on google map!!! All the good reviews you can see here are all for those maintenance team!!! Not what Emory point actually is!!!! I’ll list every single problems here below: 1. The floor is EXTREMELY THIN. If u are unluckily and have a bad neighbor who parties a lot or always walk barefoot, you will hear clearly the party, music or walking noises. Sometimes the whole ceiling was shaking. 2. The leasing office/management team people are very RUDE. When I was trying to contact them about the noise issues described above, they basically just told me there’s nothing that they can do… and the attitude was like I owe them a thousand dollars… 3. The leasing office will charge you for no reason… when I moved in, I asked them if they have the magnetic strip for parking, Keith who at that time was one of the manager in the leasing office, gave me one and never mentioned that there’s a parking fee. Later on, the new management team said I was getting the free ride the entire time since they charged 80 dollars per month for parking…. 4. Safety issues I lived there for a year and there’s robbery and gun shot….. in terms of sending messages to remind the residents to stay safe or apologize to what happened in the Emory point community, they chose to post commercial ads. They just want your money and not prioritize your living experience at all!!!!!

Lived here for 3 years, can’t say I recommend. The garage gate was constantly broken and many of the call boxes, causing a security concern. There was one break in on my floor during my time there. My car was damaged by someone living there and management didn’t seem to care, when we tried contacting the head of security she hung up on us. It took them 3 weeks to replace my broken washing machine. The building has passed through 3 different management companies and that causes many issues with keeping track of residential things. For instance, my call box number was changed and it took three separate visits to the leasing department to get it fixed. At the time of my leaving (Nov 2025) they were a few months late on safety inspections for elevators… so, the building isn’t really well kept. The stair wells are never cleaned and are very dirty, same with the trash chute room. They also charge for everything they can when you move out. It was fine for college ig but I’d recommend checking out all your options first.

Riazullah fixed a couple of the maintenance issues I had requested with the toilet and a light switch. He was extremely fast and respectful!! Really appreciate the awesome maintenance team. Lee in the front office has also been very helpful since I moved here and even went out of her way to make it easier for me to take care of some document printing/scanning.

Over the past few months, Lee has helped both of my daughters and found the perfect units for both. She helped me in the application process when snappt was not working and made sure that the unit stayed reserved for us during that time. She showed us units on 2 different occasions and also ensured that move in went smoothly. We are very appreciative for all that Lee has done for us. Thank you!

Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe living conditions at Emory Point. This building has two elevators, and both have been out of service or dangerously malfunctioning for months: Elevator #1: Broken for several months. Almost every time I try to use it, it gets stuck on the first floor with doors that won’t close. It takes 3 - 4 minutes of repeated attempts before the doors finally shut, and when this happens, the other elevator cannot even be called. Elevator #2: Even worse. In just the past week, it has dropped two full floors with me inside on four separate occasions. That’s about every other day I have been forced to experience a terrifying free-fall. My personal safety has been at constant risk. This week: Both elevators are now completely out of service. I have an ankle injury, yet I am forced to climb six floors daily while carrying groceries. This is unacceptable for any apartment community, let alone one that charges premium rent. To make things worse, I have submitted four maintenance requests regarding the elevators. Management has never once sent anyone to fix them. Instead, they repeatedly mark my requests as “completed” without doing any actual work. This is dishonest and shows a complete disregard for residents’ safety. Emory Point charges luxury prices but fails to provide even the most basic standard of safety and livability. I strongly warn anyone considering moving here. You should think twice before putting your health and safety at risk.

Issue fixed, good service. Replace ac filter recently and Abdulwasi help me with that. Be careful of late rent payment on portal, late fees are $300 and only allow for cash app/cashier check.

Emory Point is a scam, I would give it zero stars if I could. Renters beware. We've been working on apartment rental for my son since May, they keep charging fees and sending apartment leases with dates and prices that differ markedly from what we agreed on - longer duration, much higher prices, etc, asking us to pay for lease changes even though they are the ones who made a mistake ( we also didn't hear from them for over a month during the summer). My son starts school in 3 weeks - I am now out of $650 of fees and he has no place to live. In a mad scramble.

My car battery died today and Lee from the leasing office was very helpful by offering to use her car to jumpstart mine!
