Emporium Hotel South Bank

Could not fault anything about our stay. Valet staff were the best we have ever dealt with. They were friendly and super helpful. The reception staff wee efficient and welcoming. And the room had everything we needed and more. Loved the large towels and that the bathroom did not fog up. Would definitely stay again for a treat.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Emporium! We stayed in a River View King Suite - room was beautifully appointed and designed. Luxurious bedding, lighting, bathroom and facilities. Nice robes and complimentary items. Loved the rooftop bar, and would have loved a massage at the japanese spa but they were booked out. Next time we'll be sure to book that in advance. Valet parking was great and every single staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and attentive. 5 out of 5 experience!

The hotel I've already have been! The bed is so huge and comfy. Food is excellent. Also, what an amazing service. All staffs are incredible kind, but I would like to thank especially Natalia. She did an amazing job for my partner and I. She made our 3rd anniversary more special. Thank you!

This hotel is the very best in Brisbane and, in my opinion, at the very top in Australia. The staff are the ultimate in service and make a truly indelible impression. They are a joy. Then there are the hotel's extraordinary internal design features, colour and glass predominating. If I were to choose a feature specifically, it would be with great difficulty, but the Reserve Wine Bar and first class Jazz, stands out.......then there is the Belle Epoque and ....well I could go on and on. Well done the Emporium !!

The best thing is the view for sure.. the sauna and the steam were so relaxing the jacuzzi as well. We had a great time there everyone was lovely and made us feel as we were at home. Breakfast was delicious. |Thanks everyone for all that you did for us! 😊😊😊

3rd time here, and I accidentally booked the wrong dates… but Bec, the front desk manager, is an absolute legend and deserves a trophy as she somehow managed to find a cancelled room with river view - she did everything possible and made the impossible possible for us to say in the room we wanted! All staff here is super friendly and always helping! As always: 5 stars across the board- would even give 6 if possible BTW for first timers: the room top pool is absolutely spectacular!!!

From the exquisite appetizers to the sumptuous main courses and delectable desserts, every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and creativity. The use of fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. To top it off, we were treated to some delightful complimentary extras that enhanced our experience. It’s clear that Emporium Restaurant goes above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience for their guests. Overall, our dinner at Emporium was an absolute delight. We left with satisfied palates and wonderful memories, eager to return for another fantastic evening. Highly recommend!

Very fun decor and atmosphere, room was great , room service is good quality and reasonably priced. Rooftop restaurant and infinity pool have spectacular views of Brisbane. Rooms are pricey , but you feel like you get what you pay for. Definitely a 5 star hotel.
