We did a group dinner here! They had a fairly private area where we could sit down, relax and eat at our own pace. It has really good food! We really recommend the pork ribs, the croquettes, the salmon, the tomato with tuna, the Catalan cream, and so much more!

Google
It's such a fantastic place, 100% gluten-free, so many choices your head will turn. We had beef caneloni and Paella, with a good dose of sangría and then some desserts to blow your mind. Homemade cheesecake was simply beyond words... it's a must. 100% recommended 🎖

Visited in October 2024. As a coeliac person the food was safe and amazing food for a dedicated gf restaurant. My partner who is not gf also thought the same. We tried the fish, corn dip, calamari all spectacular. Service was fantastic too. Highly recommend

Went here with my friend who is gluten free. The food was really excellent, the quality of the fish extremely fresh. The prices were a bit expensive for some of the dishes eg the squid but overall good experience

Google
Amazing GF food - risotto was one of the best ever - even for a non GF person . Lovely host too, will be back!

Google
Absolutely brilliant restaurant. Great GF food. We went as a family of 4, with 2 children. It struck just the right balance of being relaxed, but still an occasion. We were well looked after, service was immaculate, and the food was some of the best gluten free food we have eaten. Will be going again!

The entire restaurant is gluten free which is a great plus. The food was fine and so was the service. We came to have lunch there and it was fine but for this price you might have expected a little bigger portions. The price was fine and everything was delicious and very nice

Google
Great experience, definitely a great meal, with amazing service, they seem like a great team. Never had gluten free chicken crisps or cheesecake. A must try!

Yelp
On a spring visit to Barcelona I did some research for gluten free options since we were traveling with our son with Celiacs. This restaurant popped up on every search. I made a reservation for a late lunch after some early sightseeing seeing. The entire place is gluten free so my son was in heaven selecting tapas he normally would not be able to enjoy. Even the rest of the family who don't require GF eating enjoyed the food. The restaurant is beautiful and cosy, exposed brick and tastefully done flowers and metalwork made it feel posh for lunch. Service was spectacular. Our waitress early on told us when the kitchen would close so if we needed more plates we knew in advance. Although we didn't order full meals the tapas we had were great. Would highly recommend you make advance reservations as it's very popular. A few small tables outside also available but the inside really is where you'd prefer to be.

Yelp
Omg what a mess! The servers have no idea what's in the dishes. I told the hostess and server that I am seafood (both fish and shellfish) and gluten intolerant and asked that the order not contain any cross contamination. There was an appetizer named "Russian Salad" with a very vague and poorly translated English description, so I asked for the ingredients. I was told there's no gluten or seafood in it or would it be in contact with any. While eating it, I noted some shredded ingredients that had a texture similar to fish, so I asked if it contained any fish. The answer was emphatically no, so I ate it. I then xperienced symptoms of gluten or seafood ingestion (they are almost the same, so I couldn't tell) in the usual time frame from ingestion to symptoms. Of course, after that, I came across someone who told me a Russian Salad is made with tuna.

Yelp
Food was awesome. The place is gluten-free although we weren't specifically looking for that. We had a lot of vegetarian options to choose from. And the service was also great. Highly recommend. .

Yelp
Our daughter is gluten free so for most of the trip patatas bravas were a staple. It was nice to find a truly gluten free restaurant and one that had a kids menu. It was probably our best meal in Barcelona. The staff were super friendly also and went along with my beginner Spanish. Wonderful ambiance as well. Really a fantastic meal and would highly recommend.

Yelp
Stylish, busy bistro. Gets really busy really fast after it opens. Nice, open space so not too noisy. Staff is very helpful with multiple servers moving the meal along. Menu is combination of tapas to share and entrees. Our starters were tenroasted artichokes and a spinach salad with melted Camembert with a mustard dressing. Mains were cod on white beans and octopus on purée that was large and well cooked so it wasn't too chewy. Topped off with large vanilla crème brûlée. A good time is had by all.

Yelp
Came here for the lunch menu. This restaurant has the menu in both Spanish and English. Great deal - 13.90€. The ambiance was cute but what I loved most on this hot summer day was the AC! They also have gluten free options. My boyfriend and I both did the lunch menu and ordered all different plates so we could have a variety. For appetizers: Scrambled egg with asparagus and Portobello mushrooms. I'm a mushroom lover and the dish was great. The asparagus had a bit of a crunch to it and the plate was well seasoned. Roasted Tomino cheeses and dry tomato on top of arugula. I actually liked this plate better then the scrambled egg. For entree: Aubergine (eggplant) filled cod with caramelized onions and olive paste. This you must get! It was very filling and better tasting then the other entree we got. Braised fish with yucca chips (extra 1.90€) - it was a piece of tuna steak. I thought it was over cooked and a bit dry. The yucca chips are very crispy and not much flavor to it. For desserts we got the cheesecake and chocolate coulant (extra 1.90€) Loved the cheesecake. Chocolate coulant was a little to rich for me. Overall, great service and decently priced lunch menu.

Yelp
This is, hands down, one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. It was a little tough to get a table, but once we did... Oh my!!! We shared the gf bread, ablnd the fried eggs with a couple kinds of traditional sausages. For a main I had grilled octopus and my husband had lamb. Usually we determine who wins the entrée, but it was a draw. Each entrée was both generous and delicious. For dessert I had a creme chocolate (mousse) with olive oil and salt, and my hudband had a pastry of cream with a chocolate sauce. I'm definitely a fan of the mousse. As it was our last outing before flying back to the US, we had sangría tinta, but the wine list was full of local wines. The service was excellent. The waiter spoke catalán, Spanish, Portugués, English and a little French. We had some fun with all of it. I look forward to another visit. There are a lot of dairy free options. I recommend a reservation (we got lucky). Vegans might have a bit of a tough time. There are better choices for you in the immediate area!!!

Yelp
So... I'm not sure why this place has such a good rating. The sever was so nice, the wine was good, and the restaurant was beautiful but that's it. I ordered the duck confit and it was legitimately burnt. It was the worst duck I've ever had. I am shocked they served it. The potatoes that came with we mushy and flavorless. My far the worst restaurant I've been to while visiting which is so sad because it's gluten free!! Such a shame... the dessert was really good but the duck was ridiculously burnt... like pieces so dried out it was inedible. This place is to expensive for something like that.

Yelp
This is an excellent GF restaurante. So fun and yummy. The location off the Rambla is easy. And we recommend the lamb.

Yelp
A local told us about this place so we gave it a shot... The food was fabulous!!! See my pics! So so good!

Yelp
We were a group of nine people at dinner. Our order was taken fast and our food came fast and was all great. Very well done.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this restaurant as we were walking around looking for a place for dinner. Menu looked great so we stopped in. So glad we did! The food was great. Not your typical Spanish restaurant.. Not really tapas here. Everything from the beef carpaccio, tuna tartar, coconut shrimp, filet, rack of lamb were all delicious! Had a crema catalana for dessert which was delicious also. Bonus if you need- they have a kids menu. The service was also great. My kids kept wanted more and more of things and as we ordered more of something, it all came out pretty quick. They couldn't get enough!

Yelp
Looking for gluten free restaurants in Google this one came up. In all respects this is a standard restaurant to appeal to all. But with the added focus of producing a wide range of excellent gluten free food. The ambience was sophisticated, reception and service were exceptional and the food was excellent. The prices were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to gluten freerers and "normals" alike.

Yelp
Amazing food and great atmosphere! Will definitely come again soon. One of the best upscale restaurants in Barcelona! Love it!!!

Yelp
I think I must be seeing things through rose colored glasses because everywhere I go looks pretty awesome (and the Spaniards seem only half-enthused). However, I think I'm valid in my points when it comes to this place. Beautiful decor with mercury glass mirrors everywhere, huge old doors propped up against the wall and flowers galore. We sat by the window to people- and dog-watch (P.S. the dog-watching in Barcelona is top notch - there are some very independent and proud pooches here). After uncorking a great bottle of local wine and settling in with some starters, we discovered this place had excellent music (by the way, most music you hear in Europe is American). After tender salmon, soft mashed potatoes, and perfectly grilled asparagus, I overenthusiastically ordered the cheesecake, thus revealing my tourist-ness. Damn. Don't plan on eating when Americans do...this place doesn't even open until 8:30 PM. And it didn't get crowded until 10:00 PM. That's just the way they do it Spain. They're better.

Yelp
The hotel we were staying at recommended we try En Ville when looking for something local off La Rambla. I'm very happy they did. The flavors were just delicious. We were told stick with meats here, as the freshest seafood is near the port. We ordered lamb and pork, both were juicy and very flavorful. We had two desserts, one was the coconut lime mousse which was the lightest mousse we've ever had. It was amazing! Hard to judge the vibe as we supposedly dined on a holiday in Barcelona, so it was quit. Regardless, friendly service and casual nice feeling that had I lived in Barcelona, I'd make my local joint.

Yelp
Literally the BEST restaurant I have ever eaten at. We had several appetizers, split the lamb, pumpkin risotto, & scallops, and had tiramisu for dessert. ALL gluten free and ALL amazing! Seriously I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you have Celiacs, or even if you don't, this place is a MUST in Barcelona! Wish I could go back every single day!

Yelp
One of the best meals I had on my vacation. From the service to food, everything was wonderful.. we tried a few dishes to include the paella and the scallops. Those were our favorites. Cheesecake also great. Prices were reasonable and well worth the cost of the food. Drink prices were also great.

Yelp
We were randomly waking thru the Gothic quarter and came across this place. One look at the menu and we had to book a reservation. Came back and started with the veal carpaccio and the prawns with rosemary/honey sauce and both were excellent. Our son wanted pumpkin risotto without the mushrooms which they easily accommodated. Wife and I had the icky confit and scallops and both were really good. Ended with the chocolate desert and the tart tatin which were awesome. Wine recommendation was good too. Loved the restaurants ambiance too. Highly recommended. English menu, English speaking staff.

Yelp
Wonderful dining experience! If you need gluten free they s is the place. Had the smoked d salmon appetizer and was surprised at the flavors. Enjoyed the staff and fantastic service.

Yelp
This restaurant is excellent! Wonderful menu, fabulous service, lovely decor. Our food was so good and the choices so varied that we came back a second night. There were six of us and everyone selected a different entree. The preparation of each dish was delicious and the wine selections were great too. We asked the manager if they would consider opening a restaurant in Los Angeles! Loved this place.

Yelp
My wife, daughter and I made reservations for dinner specifically because they both are gluten allergic and are very careful with their diets. While I am gluten tolerate we have a difficult time finding restaurants that we all enjoy. Well, En ville more than exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is very nice but welcoming, being off the more traditional tourist routes. The staff speaks English and is very accommodating of all of our requests. The food is superb with a nice range of beef, seafood and pasta all gluten free. I found my gluten free scallops and pea foam dish beautifully prepared and delicious. My daughter had a craving for a hamburger and fries and thoroughly enjoyed her meal. My wife had risotto which she loved. The desert menu was vast and we all enjoyed the creme brûlée. Would highly recommend this restaurant to all.

Yelp
The food, the service and the ambience were all outstanding. The four of us walked in as a result of these reviews. We are glad we did. Prices were fair and did not seem very touristy.
