Enashipai Resort & Spa

The villa rooms were excellent and clean. Staff were very friendly. At the reception we were received warmly by Beatrice. Japheth gave us a tour of the lovely place with his cart. We got to enjoy delicious and tasty food and drinks from the restaurant and lounge. We also met the welcoming and very friendly Fred the gym and sauna instructor. We had a lovely time with him. Additionally, we visited the gift shop for some souvenirs and the lovely lady from the shop was soo good to us. She even gave us ideas on what gifts to go for. The highlight of our visit was the swimming pool. Elias the swim instructor was excellent at his job and we really loved our swim as well as new swimming technics from him. We will definitely be coming back for some more.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The amenities are excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food was consistently good. The environment is serene and well maintained. Accommodation offers both comfort and privacy. The team-building activities were exceptionally well planned and engaging - the best we have experienced. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would highly recommend the hotel.

A very tired hotel! Our room was not worth the amount we paid by a long way. It was pretty worn out, a bit dirty and just old and tired. Quite a basic room for the amount we had paid for it. The hotel complex itself is good and the food in general was a good standard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, no issue ion that front.|The glamping tent on safari and the hotel in Nairobi were far superior and half the price.

Wonderful experience right from the start with warm towels and a welcome drink 😊. Absolutely good service with Caroline Nyagoha our host being extremely professional. With her support we were able to go for a boat ride, bike ride and an amazing buffet lunch which we all enjoyed. The private museum was very interesting and Caroline's knowledge of the Masai culture was exceptional! We will definitely come again one day.😊

We stayed for one night at Enashipai Resort & Spa during our visit to Lake Naivasha and truly enjoyed our experience. The resort is beautifully designed and has direct access to the lake, with boats usually dropping guests right at the property’s jetty (around 1 km from the main area). We appreciated seeing a separate Indian section in the restaurant, which made it easy for us to enjoy our preferred meals. The resort also has a kids’ play area, spa, boutique shop, and even a small museum, making it a perfect place for both families and couples. The staff were very helpful — upon our request, they kindly allotted a room near the restaurant for our convenience since we were traveling with our child. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our daughter loved her cute little bed. We did quite a bit of shopping at the resort’s store, which had beautiful items, though we regret not being able to buy some larger ones due to luggage space limits. Overall, a wonderful stay in a stunning property — wish we had planned a longer stay!

Enashipai is usually a five-star experience for me, but on this visit I would rate it 3 stars. The design remains outstanding ,both interior and exterior and the grounds are beautiful, green, and inviting. The Siyara Spa was excellent. Christopher was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. I went in exhausted from meetings, with back pain and a headache, and left feeling refreshed and pain-free. His service was truly five-star. However, the food and beverage service at the spa was unacceptable. I ordered tea and mandazi specifically to avoid strong aromas that could conflict with the spa environment. The order arrived incorrectly multiple times: first a takeaway cup with no mandazi, then a teapot with croissants instead, and despite clearly restating my request, the mandazi never arrived. A later order was also wrong. This points to a serious F&B service breakdown. The water fountain outside the spa also needs urgent attention. The water was dirty, stagnant, and unhygienic. On all three of my spa visits, the fountain has not been operational, which significantly detracts from the ambience. Aside from these issues, the experience was good , but these lapses are significant and should be addressed for Enashipai to maintain its five-star standard.

Enashipai means ‘a place of happiness ,’ and it truly is! Calm surroundings, lush gardens and stunning views of Lake Naivasha make it perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. There’s so much to do; boat rides, scooter rides, bike rides, a pool, a game room, gym and a 5 km walking path. The food is delicious, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The villas are amazing. Upper executive rooms are spacious with outside showers and the executive villas have kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms. The nightclub is away from the villas, keeping the calm intact. Truly a place of happiness in every sense.

Great place with good service and excellent staffs. Josphat house keeping was excellent, the guy at the swimming pool, the excellent waiters at santeu restaurant were great. But this one guy at the reception ( george) dark was working on Saturday evening. He needs to work on his customer care. He treats people with alot of discrimination. I totally didn't like the experience i received during check in. It was totally unprofessional.
